Conflans–Fin d'Oise is a railway station serving Conflans-Sainte-Honorine. It is a two-level station situated on the lines from Saint-Lazare to Cergy-le-Haut and from Saint-Lazare to Mantes-la-Jolie via Conflans-Sainte-Honorine. The lower station (RER A and Transilien L) of Conflans-Fin-d'Oise welcomed nearly 9,500 passengers per day in 2009. In 2012, 1860 passengers took the train to the train station (Transilien J) every week.

The commune of Achères lies on the south bank of the Seine in a loop of the river, on the edge of the Forest of Saint-Germain-en-Laye. It borders Saint-Germain-en-Laye and Poissy on the south, Andrésy and Carrières-sous-Poissy on the west, Conflans-Sainte-Honorine and Herblay on the north, and Maisons-Laffitte and La Frette-sur-Seine on the east. Conflans-Sainte-Honorine is a railway station in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, a northwestern suburb of Paris, France. It is on the lines from Saint-Lazare to Pontoise and from Saint-Lazare to Mantes-la-Jolie via Meulan.

Conflans-Sainte-Honorine ([kɔ̃.flɑ̃.sɛ̃t‿ɔ.nɔ.ʁin]) is a commune in the Yvelines department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France. It is located in the northwestern suburbs of Paris, 24.2 km (15.0 mi) from the center of Paris. The commune was originally named for its geographic position at the confluence of the Seine and Oise rivers. The village was given the addition "Sainte Honorine" in the 13th century after the female Saint Honorina, whose relics had been kept there since AD 876. Partly on account of its strategic position, Conflans-Sainte-Honorine is considered the capital of the French inland waterways, and the right bank of the river Seine is still lined with barges (although these are now used mainly as houseboats). Every year in June, the town celebrates the Pardon national de la batellerie in remembrance of its former importance to inland shipping.

Neuville-sur-Oise (French pronunciation: [nøvil syʁ waz] ) is a commune in the Val-d'Oise department, in the northwest suburbs of Paris, France. It is located in the "new town" of Cergy-Pontoise, created in the 1960s. Neuville-sur-Oise is a rather anonymous village between Jouy-le-Moutier and Cergy inside the last meander of the river Oise. Forty years after the creation of Cergy-Pontoise, the village has retained its bucolic atmosphere and there has been little construction of large scale residential developments. In the 17th century, Charles de la Grange unites the villages of Ham (Cergy), the Sergentery of Neuville-sur-Oise and the Barony of Conflans. The Baron of Conflans, councillor to the king, Lord of Neuville and Ham built the castle of Neuville. In 1995 was opened the university of Cergy-Neuville on the site of an old cottage near the D203, a station was also built to serve both the village and the university.

It is located 26.3 km (16.3 mi) from the centre of Paris, in the "new town" of Cergy-Pontoise, Val-d'Oise, created in the 1960s. Inhabitants are called Éragniens (masculine) and Éragniennés (feminine). In 2018, the commune had a population of 18,162.
