Ludgvan ( LUJ-ən; Cornish: Lujuan) is a civil parish and village in Cornwall, England, UK, 2+1⁄2 miles (4.0 km) northeast of Penzance. Ludgvan village is split between Churchtown, on the hill, and Lower Quarter to the east, adjoining Crowlas. For the purposes of local government, Ludgvan elects a parish council every four years; the town elects a member to Cornwall Council under the Ludgvan division.

The Red River (Cornish: Dowr Amal, meaning boundary river) which discharges into the sea to the west of Marazion is one of two watercourses in Cornwall in southwest England, UK, which share this name. It rises in the parish of Towednack and flows in a generally southeasterly direction, passing through the parish of Ludgvan before turning to the southwest and discharging into Mount's Bay. It is bridged by numerous minor roads and paths but also by the B3311 road, the A30 road, the rail line between Hayle and Penzance and the A394 road.

Marazion Marsh is a Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) reserve situated in a shallow river valley, half a kilometre to the west of Marazion, Cornwall, UK. It is separated from the coast by a shingle bar and small sand dune system and contains Cornwall's largest reed bed.

Marazion (; Cornish: Marhasyow) is a civil parish and town, on the shore of Mount's Bay in Cornwall, UK. It is 2 miles (3.2 km) east of Penzance and the tidal island of St Michael's Mount is half-a-mile offshore. At low water a causeway links it to the town and at high water passenger boats carry visitors between Marazion and St Michael's Mount. Marazion is a tourist resort with an active community of artists who produce and sell paintings and pottery in the town's art galleries. Marazion lies within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Almost a third of Cornwall has AONB designation, with the same status and protection as a National Park. On the western side of the town is Marazion Marsh, a RSPB reserve and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

Marazion Town Hall is a municipal building in the Market Place, Marazion, Cornwall, England. The town hall, which is currently used as a museum, is a Grade II listed building.

Ninnes Bridge is a hamlet in west Cornwall, England. Ninnes Bridge is northwest of Canon's Town and near Trencrom Hill.Before it was called Ninnes Bridge it went by the name of Gonew. In 1872 land was bought for a chapel. The trustees were John Quick, Wm. Quick, John Hollow, Thos. Eddy and Jas. Inch (farmers), John Curnow, Hy. James, Thos. Martin, and Wm. Bennetts (miners), Chas. Burt (tailor), Edw. Richards (grocer of St. Ives), Rich. Paynter Stevens, Math. Woolcock, Thos. Hy. Bryant (fishermen of St.Ives). This attractive little chapel was built for about £150 and was opened in 1873.

Trencrom Hill (or Trecrobben) is a prominent hill fort, owned by the National Trust, near Lelant, Cornwall. It is crowned by an univallate Neolithic tor enclosure and was re-used as a hillfort in the Iron Age. Cairns or hut circles can be seen in the level area enclosed by the stone and earth banks. The hill overlooks the Hayle Estuary and river, and Mount's Bay and St Michael's Mount can be seen to the south. The hill was recorded as Torcrobm in 1758 which is derived from Cornish "torr crobm", i.e. 'hunched bulge'.Trink lies one kilometre to the north west.
