Notre Dame Preparatory High School is a private Catholic high school located in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States.

Scottsdale Preparatory Academy is a charter school in Scottsdale, Arizona owned by Great Hearts Academies. It serves grades 6 to 12. It moved to a different campus in the 2011–2012 school year, also accommodating the fifth grade portion of GHA's Scottsdale Archway Academy. The school is a member of the Great Hearts Academies. The first senior class graduated in the 2011–2012 school year.

WestWorld of Scottsdale, popularly shortened to WestWorld, is a premier, internationally recognized, multi-use events facility in Scottsdale, Arizona. Westworld annually hosts the Barrett-Jackson Classic Car Auction as well as conventions, trade shows, concerts, equestrian shows and other events. It is located on 386 acres at the base of the McDowell Mountains. The 330,000 square feet (30,658 m2) climate controlled Tony Nelson Equestrian Center which includes a 120,000 square feet (11,148 m2), 3,400 permanent seat Equidome, 117,000 square feet (10,870 m2) North exhibition hall and 37,000 square feet (3,437 m2) South exhibition hall. Wendell Arena, a 6,756-seat stadium used for horse shows, rodeos, and sometimes high-school football. 11 outdoor arenas 12 acre turf field Monterra banquet facility 470+ RV spaces with electric and waterThe complex also contains various paved and unpaved parking lots for event parking.

Northcentral University was a private online university with its headquarters in San Diego, California. It was established in 1996 and is classified among "D/PU: Doctoral/Professional Universities"; it offers bachelor's, master's, specialist, and doctoral degrees. NCU was acquired by the National University System in 2019.In 2022 Northcentral University merged into National University, with Northcentral academic programs continuing as National programs.

Arizona's 6th congressional district is a congressional district located in the U.S. state of Arizona and encompasses all of Greenlee County, most of Cochise County, and parts of Pima County, Pinal County and Graham County. The company was founded in Fullerton, California, by Clarence Leonidas "Leo" Fender in 1946. Andy Mooney has served as the chief executive officer (CEO) since June 2015. In January 2020, Servco Pacific became the majority owner after acquiring the shares of TPG Growth.

Mosrite is an American guitar manufacturing company, based in Bakersfield, California, from the late 1950s to the early 1990s. Founded by Semie Moseley, Mosrite guitars were played by many rock and roll and country artists. Mosrite guitars were known for innovative design, high-quality engineering, very thin, low-fretted and narrow necks (though Mosrite used taller frets and wider necks after the 1960s,) and extremely hot (high output) pickups. Moseley's design for The Ventures, known as "the Ventures model" (later known as the "Mark I") was generally considered to be the flagship of the line. Mosrite also made a small number of acoustic guitars; The Serenade model, and four Balladere models, including one 12 string.

The company was shut down in 2015 by the FTC for engaging in deceptive practices and pyramid scheming.The company, based in Tempe, Arizona, was founded in 2004 by Benson K., Lauren, and Karen Boreyko. In 2013, the company reported US$221 million in revenue. Most distributors were in their twenties. The company had frequently been accused of being a pyramid scheme by U.S. media, business analysts, and former distributors, and was fined by the Italian government.

Taliesin West was architect Frank Lloyd Wright's winter home and studio in the desert from 1937 until his death in 1959 at the age of 91. Today, it is the headquarters of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. Open to the public for tours, Taliesin West is located on Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard in Scottsdale, Arizona. The complex drew its name from Wright's home, Taliesin, in Spring Green, Wisconsin.

The McDowell Mountain Range (Yavapai: Wi:kajasa) is located about twenty miles north-east of downtown Phoenix, Arizona, and may be seen from most places throughout the city. The range is composed of miocene deposits left nearly five million years ago. The McDowells share borders with the cities of Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, and Maricopa County. The city of Scottsdale has made its share of the McDowells a preserve, and has set up a wide trail network in partnership with the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy. The McDowell Sonoran Conservancy was established in 1991. The highest peak in the McDowells is East End, at 4,069 feet (1,240 m). This mountain range also serves as a sacred marker to the Yavapai people. The boundaries of the range are generally defined by Saddleback Mountain in the South and Granite Mountain as the Northern boundary. The McDowells also comprise popular landmarks such as Pinnacle Peak and Tom's Thumb. Although technically a stand-alone, Mt. McDowell (referred to as Red Mountain by Phoenix residents), not to be confused with McDowell Peak, is sometimes listed on maps as a part of the McDowell Mountains.

McDowell Peak is located in the McDowell Mountains, to the northeast of Phoenix, Arizona. Its height is 4,036 feet (1,230 m). McDowell Peak is located approximately half a mile north of the easily recognizable Thompson Peak, and shares a ridge with Drinkwater Peak. It is bordered on the south by Bell Pass, and on the north by Windgate Pass. The peak is in Scottsdale's McDowell Sonoran Preserve, owned and operated by the city of Scottsdale. By local ordinances "all preserve users must remain on designated and posted trails..." As of August 2016, there were no trails to the summit of McDowell Peak meaning that access was restricted.

TPC Scottsdale is a 36-hole golf complex in the southwestern United States, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, northeast of Phoenix. Opened 37 years ago in 1986, the resort is part of the Tournament Players Club network of golf courses operated by the PGA Tour. The Stadium Course has been home to the tour's annual Phoenix Open since 1987.
