Jennings Lodge is a census-designated place and unincorporated community in Clackamas County, Oregon, United States, between Milwaukie and Gladstone. For statistical purposes, the United States Census Bureau has defined Jennings Lodge as a census-designated place (CDP). The census definition of the area may not precisely correspond to local understanding of the area with the same name. As of the United States Census, 2010, it had a total population of 7,315. Even though Jennings Lodge is not part of Oregon City; the local elementary school (along with nearby Candy Lane Elementary) forms an exclave of the Oregon City School District.

The Portland Aquarium was a 12,500-square-foot (1,160 m2) for-profit aquarium in Oak Grove, Oregon, United States that opened to the public on December 15, 2012.On February 16, 2016 the aquarium closed and the animals will were distributed to other aquariums in its chain of private, for-profit aquariums. Many of the animals were sold to third parties. One of the founders, Vince Covino, went on to launch a chain of other aquariums and interactive wildlife attractions called SeaQuest.

Hog Island, also known as Oak Island, is an island in the Willamette River in Clackamas County, Oregon. It is located within the boundaries of the census-designated place of Oak Grove. Hog Island is owned by Clackamas County and maintained by a nonprofit group known as Willamette Riverkeeper. It is accessible by boat. The island's native plants include Oregon White Oak, Douglas Fir, Oregon grape, Snowberry, and Camas.

Concord School is a historic building and former school (Concord Elementary School) in Oak Grove, Oregon. The school was built by the Works Progress Administration and closed in 2014. Clackamas County has considered moving the Oak Lodge Library to the building. The building was named one of Oregon's Most Endangered Places by Restore Oregon. North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District took ownership of it in March 2018.

Mary S. Young Park is a city park in the U.S. state of Oregon. It is located within the city of West Linn, alongside the Willamette River, and is heavily wooded. It offers more than five miles of hiking trails, bicycle trails, picnicking, bird watching, fishing, sports fields, and a very popular dog off-leash area. The park was created via a donation by Mary Scarborough Young and her husband Thomas E. Young. It was named after Mrs. Young and dedicated on August 7, 1973. It was once owned by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, but is now owned and operated by the West Linn Parks and Recreation. "Mary S. Marylhurst University was a private applied liberal arts and business university in Marylhurst, Oregon. It was among the oldest collegiate degree-granting institutions in Oregon, having awarded its first degree in 1897. Marylhurst was founded as St. Mary's College and run for many years by the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary. The former campus is located about nine miles south of Portland, Oregon on the Willamette River. Although Marylhurst University was a Roman Catholic school, it served students of all faiths and backgrounds. The university offered bachelor's degree completion programs in diverse liberal arts and business fields, and graduate degrees in such fields as business and nonprofit administration, food systems and society, teaching, art therapy counseling, divinity and applied theology, and interdisciplinary studies. After its establishment in 1893, Marylhurst became the first women's liberal arts college in the Pacific Northwest. In 1974, Marylhurst College became a co-educational institution, and in 1998 it was reorganized as Marylhurst University through the addition of new academic programs. The university closed at the end of the summer of 2018. Declining enrollment was given as the main reason, with enrollment having dropped from 1,409 to 743 in just four years, from fall 2013 to fall 2017. In recent years, the university's student population had peaked around 2,000 during the Great Recession of 2007–2009. Prior to the closure, however, Marylhurst's faculty challenged this narrative.

St. Catherine Hall, original known as St. Rose's Residence Hall, is a building on the now defunct Marylhurst University campus in Marylhurst, Oregon, United States. It was built during the 1930s. The university closed in late 2018.

The B.P. John Administrative Building is a building on the now defunct Marylhurst University campus, in Marylhurst, Oregon, United States. It was designed by Joseph Jacobberger and completed in 1929. The building originally housed the entire college, and included an auditorium, a bakery and cafeteria, a chapel, classrooms, a gymnasium, a library, and a swimming pool. The second floor originally had living areas for the Sisters of the Holy Names. The 100-seat music venue Wiegand Hall was added during the 1990s. In 2013, the building's chapel was renovated. The university closed in late 2018.

The Art Gym is a nonprofit, noncollecting contemporary arts exhibition space at Marylhurst University in Marylhurst, Oregon near Portland, United States. The Art Gym is devoted to the artwork of the Pacific Northwest supporting retrospectives, mid-career surveys, experimental, and large-scale exhibitions. Since 1980, The Art Gym, has shown the work of more than 300 artists, produced more than 80 exhibition catalogs, and sponsored numerous artist roundtables and public forums.

Flavia Hall is a building on the now defunct Marylhurst University campus, in Marylhurst, Oregon, United States. It was designed by architects Joseph Jacobberger and Alfred H. Smith, and completed c. 1937. The building originally served as a dormitory, and was later converted into an office building. The university closed in late 2018. The university's Harry A. Merlo Science Center was unveiled in 1997 as part of the building's $3.2 million renovation.

The Shoen Library was a library on the now defunct Marylhurst University campus, in Marylhurst, Oregon, United States. The building was completed in 1968.The library's construction was funded by Sam Shoen Sr., in commemoration of his late wife, Anna Mary Carty Shoen, who attended the university.The university closed in late 2018.
