Rosmalen (Dutch pronunciation: [rɔsˈmaːlə(n)]) is a town in the province of North Brabant, in the south of the Netherlands. The town is located 6 kilometers east of the city of 's-Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch) and has been part of that municipality since 1996. Its population is around 37,240 on 1 January 2021. In 2005 the town began construction of a new neighbourhood, De Groote Wielen (named after the large kolks in the area created by flood water), to include 5,000 homes and other buildings. Rosmalen has a significant and locally well known football club, OJC Rosmalen. Many players from OJC have played for professional football clubs, like FC Den Bosch, RKC Waalwijk, Willem II. Rosmalen is also the home of the second-largest basketball club in the Netherlands: The Black Eagles. Well-known players like Kees Akerboom, Jr., Thijs Vermeulen, Robin Goossens and Rob van Mil demonstrate the success of the club in developing talented players. Rosmalen is the location of the Autotron, formerly a car museum/attraction park and now a convention center. The park hosts an annual international tennis tournament in the summer, the Rosmalen Grass Court Championships. The park is located about 7 km east of 's-Hertogenbosch and can be reached via the A59.

Markt is the name of a Square in Rosmalen, North Brabant, Netherlands. It used to be the garden of a rectory until 1911. The name is given to the square, because the Street market was held on this square. Until 1981 there were two graves of Canadian soldiers who rode their motorcycle over a mine near Sprokkelbosch during World War II. Because people didn't know for sure if they are Catholic or not, they are buried outside the church's graveyard The Saint Lambertchurch is located next to the square.

The Saint Lambertchurch (Dutch: Sint-Lambertuskerk) is a Catholic church in Rosmalen, North Brabant, Netherlands. The name of the church refers to Lambert of Maastricht, the Seventh-Century Bishop of Maastricht. In the Twelfth Century there was a church in Rosmalen, which was made of wood. In 1300 the church was made of Tuff, a stone which was used very commonly in the period. The tower of the church was given its current form in 1430. The nave of the church was rebuilt in 1550. After the Siege of 's-Hertogenbosch, the church was used by Protestants. The church was also used as a prison and a town hall. The church was restored to Roman Catholic service in 1823. In 1911 the choir was replaced and a second transept added to a design by Frank A. Ludewig from Nijmegen.

Rosmalen is a railway station located in the town of Rosmalen. It is one of three railway stations in the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. The railway station was opened at the Tilburg–Nijmegen railway in 1881. It was closed again in 1938. In 1981 the railway station was reopened again, but this time on another location.

Post mill Rosmalen (Dutch: Standerdmolen Rosmalen) is a post mill in Rosmalen, Netherlands. The mill is situated in the neighbourhood of Molenhoek. The mill was built in 1732 on a natural slope. This slope is accented with old millstones. In the past there were several mills in Rosmalen, but this mill is the only one remaining. After the Second World War the mill was damaged, and there were plans to demolish the mill. Because the mill became a rijksmonument, the mill was restored. The owner of the mill is the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch

The neighbourhood can be found south of the railway track Tilburg - Nijmegen which passes through the municipality Rosmalen is part of, namely, 's-Hertogenbosch. Before 1900 Molenhoek was a hamlet, like all other neighbourhoods of Rosmalen south of the railway track. The Post mill Rosmalen, which was built in 1732, can be found in the neighbourhood Molenhoek.
