Deaconess Midtown Hospital is a hospital in Evansville, Indiana. It is part of the Deaconess Health System. The hospital has 249 private one person rooms for inpatients. Admittedly it can serve 58 people at a time in its outpatient services.It was known as Deaconess Hospital until August 2017, when it assumed its current name. Before it received a distinct name, it was informally distinguished from other Deaconess hospitals by the community as the Main Hospital, the Downtown Hospital, or the Hospital on Mary Street.

Jacobsville is a neighborhood located within the north-central area of Evansville, Indiana. Garvin Park is a historic public park located in Evansville, Indiana, United States. It was planned and laid out in 1915 for the city of Evansville in a naturalistic landscape style. Located in the park are the contributing concrete and stone bridges and a Works Progress Administration-era bandstand.: 2 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Lamasco is a former town, and current district, in Evansville, Indiana originally bounded by the present day streets of St. Joseph Avenue on the west, First Avenue on the east, Maryland on the north and the Ohio River on the south to Fulton (meaning Pennsylvania east of Fulton). Lamasco includes the Independence Historic District, which was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. Part of this historic district includes West Franklin Street, a retail and service center with a 100-foot-wide street that plays host to the annual West Side Nut Club Fall Festival.

Bosse Field is a baseball stadium located in Evansville, Indiana. Opened in 1915, it was the first municipally owned sports stadium in the United States and is the third-oldest ballpark still in regular use for professional baseball, surpassed only by Fenway Park (1912) in Boston and Wrigley Field (1914) in Chicago.It is the home field for the professional Evansville Otters of the independent Frontier League, as well as high school and American Legion games, and in the past hosted spring training for the Detroit Tigers, college baseball, high school, college, and NFL football, college soccer, and concerts. Six Baseball Hall of Fame members played for Evansville teams at Bosse Field during their minor league careers, including Chuck Klein, Hank Greenberg, Warren Spahn, Bob Uecker, Bert Blyleven and Jack Morris. The historic stadium was also used in 1991 by Columbia Pictures for filming numerous game scenes in the 1992 comedy-drama, A League of Their Own.

The Willard Library is a private donation library incorporated in 1881 to serve the city of Evansville, Indiana, and to carry out the terms of a private trust. The Willard Library houses a trove of local archives and genealogical materials in addition to its collection of standard publications. It is built in the Gothic Revival style, designed by James W. Reid (of Reid & Reid). It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.

Evansville Municipal Market, also known as Old City Market, is a historic public market located in downtown Evansville, Indiana. It was designed by Edward J. Thole of the architecture firm Clifford Shopbell & Co. and built between 1916 and 1918 for the city of Evansville. It is a two-story, Prairie School style brick building. It has a low red pantile roof with deep overhanging eaves. It was converted for use as a fire station in 1954.: 2  It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Hose House No. 10, also known as Old Hose House No. 10, is a historic fire station located at Evansville, Indiana. The Italianate style brick structure was built in December 1888 to serve the then-northeast side. A tower attached to the building was removed in 1947. In 1977 the fire department moved to a new station on the opposite side of Columbia Street.: 2, 3 It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Orr Iron Company, also known as Shelby Steel-Orr Iron, was a historic building in downtown Evansville, Indiana. It was built in 1912. It was demolished in 2008.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

August Kuehn House was a historic home located in downtown Evansville, Indiana. It was built in 1864. It has been demolished. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Charles Leich and Company is a historic factory building located in downtown Evansville, Indiana. It was built in 1887, and is a four-story, brick building.: Part 1, p. 24  The building was originally built for the Evansville Woolen Mill, and Charles Leich and Company acquired it in 1914.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
