Saughall Massie () is a village on the Wirral Peninsula, Merseyside, England. It is part of the Moreton West & Saughall Massie Ward of the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral and the parliamentary constituency of Wallasey. A small village primarily made up of large fields owned by local farmers, it is bordered by Greasby, Meols, Moreton and Upton. At the 2001 census Saughall Massie had a population of 1,260.

The Birket is a tributary of the River Mersey, on the Wirral, Merseyside. The watercourse starts as lowland field drainage south of Hoylake and flows along to the south of Meols. Arrowe Brook joins at Moreton, and the Fender joins at Leasowe. The Birket discharges into the West Float at the site of the former Wallasey Pool. It is about 8 miles (13 km) long. The Birket was recorded by Ordnance Survey, around 1842.

It forms a contiguous built up area with the nearby town of Hoylake which lies to the west. Historically in Cheshire, since 1 April 1974 it has been part of the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral, in Merseyside. The 2001 census recorded the population of Meols as 5,110. In the 2011 census specific population figures for Meols were not available. The total population of the Hoylake and Meols local government ward was 13,348.

Meols Park and Recreation Ground is located in Meols on the Wirral Peninsula, England. The park consists of a small playground area and a larger grassed area, with an area for playing football. The park is situated on School Lane and is bordered by Mumfords Lane, Greenwood Road and Dovepoint Road. The park is also near to the North Wirral Coastal Park. There is a community group, known as the Friends of Meols Park, formed in 2007 whose aim was to refurbish and look after the development of the park.

The North Wirral Coastal Park, on the Wirral Peninsula, England is a coastal park including public open space, common land, natural foreshore and sand-dunes. The park lies between Dove Point in Meols, and the Kings Parade in New Brighton, and was created in 1986. The park is managed by the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral ranger service from their offices in the Leasowe Lighthouse, and occupies some 400 acres (988 hectares) of land in a four-mile stretch along the coastline making it Wirral's largest park. Although the park in its current form is relatively new, the history of the site goes back at least 5000 years to when the area, including the foreshore, was heavily forested. The remains of this coastal forestland are known as the 'submerged forest' and can be seen at Dove Point, Meols, between the slipway and the groyne.

Moreton is a town in the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral in Merseyside, England. It is located approximately 3 mi (4.8 km) to the west of Wallasey. Historically part of Cheshire, it is now within the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral. The town was divided in 2004 between the local government wards of Leasowe & Moreton East and Moreton West & Saughall Massie. Moreton is also part of the parliamentary constituency of Wallasey. In the 2001 census it had a population of 17,670.

It is an active Anglican parish church in the deanery of Wirral, North, the archdeaconry of Chester and the diocese of Chester. Its benefice is united with that of St Nicholas, Greasby. The church is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II listed building.

Greasby Brook is a tributary of Arrowe Brook, in Wirral, Merseyside. The brook starts near to Dawlish Road in Thurstaston. The brook flows through Thurstaston Common and around the western side of Greasby, before converging, firstly, with Newton Brook, and then with Arrowe Brook between Greasby and Saughall Massie. Arrowe Brook then joins the Birket at Moreton. The Birket, in turn, discharges into the West Float at the site of the former Wallasey Pool.

Frankby (locally ) is a village on the Wirral Peninsula, in Merseyside, England. It is located between Greasby and Newton on the outskirts of the town of West Kirby. The hamlet of Larton is to the north west. Historically within the county of Cheshire, it is part of the Greasby, Frankby and Irby Ward of the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral and is in the parliamentary constituency of Wirral West. According to the 2001 census, of a total ward population of 14,667, 310 people live in Frankby. In the 2011 census, population figures specific to Frankby were not available. However, the total population of Greasby, Frankby and Irby Ward was 13,991.

Larton is a hamlet near the town of West Kirby, on the Wirral Peninsula, in Merseyside, England. Administratively it is part of the local government ward of Greasby, Frankby and Irby in the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral and is within the parliamentary constituency of Wirral West. Larton is located to the north west of the village of Frankby and east of Newton, to which it was historically linked as a combined township. Although Newton contains the majority of the former township's population, Larton's name remains in geographical use with the Larton Livery riding school, Larton Farm and a "state of the art" veterinary surgery.
