DMCC (Arabic: مركز دبي للسلع المتعددة) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE.The station opened on 15 October 2010 as Jumeirah Lakes Towers, along with four other intermediate stations on the Red Line. The station is named after Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.

The Orra Marina is a 31-floor tower in the Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of Orra Marina was completed in 2012.The development was undertaken by Orra International, a company known for its ventures in both real estate and jewelry. The owner of Orra Marina is generally attributed to Orra Real Estate, a division of Orra International, which is part of the larger Orra Group.

Al-Rahim Mosque or al-Raheem is the only mosque in Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is located near the southernmost point of Dubai Marina. It opened in October 2013.

Almas Tower (Arabic: برج الماس Diamond Tower) is a 68-storey, 360 m (1,180 ft), supertall skyscraper in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the office building began in early 2005 and was completed in 2008 with the installation of some remaining cladding panels at the top of the tower. The building was topped out in 2008, and became the tallest building in Dubai until 2009 when it was surpassed by Burj Khalifa.

Marina Promenade is a cluster of six residential towers located in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The six towers range in height from 77 m (250 ft) to 147 m (480 ft). The shortest tower has 23 floors while the tallest has 39 floors.

Vue De Lac (French for "View of Lake") is a complex of three towers in Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Two of the towers, Vue De Lac 1 and Vista Del Lago, have 40 floors. Vue De Lac 2 has 45 floors. Completion of the complex was initially promised for September 2007. In 2009 a group of 30 investors filed a case with RERA against delays in construction and changes to design plans. An official from Al Attar Properties responded that the changes were due to regulation changes and that refunds would not be considered. In early 2010 Al Attar Properties started chasing investors for $18.5 million, despite the development still not being completed. Al Attar Properties has been subject of extensive lawsuits by the investors. As of 2011 main construction work had still not commenced on the development.The development featured on an episode of Homes from Hell on ITV1 in July 2010. Other projects by the same developer include: Global Point, Polaris, Skyscraper, Toronto tower, Vancouver Tower. Toronto and Vancouver towers were cancelled by Dubai RERA. - Vue De Lac - Vista De Lago Toronto and Vancouver tower projects by Al Attar Properties were cancelled and lands were sold through auction.

Jumeirah Beach Residence (also known as JBR) is a 1.7 kilometres (1.1 mi) long, 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi) gross floor area waterfront community located on the coast of the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a residential development and contains 40 towers (35 are residential and 5 are hotels). JBR can accommodate about 15,000 people, living in its apartments and hotel rooms. The Project has 6,917 apartments, from 900 sq ft (84 m2) studios to 5,500 sq ft (510 m2) penthouses. JBR has a total of six residential blocks, Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf and Murjan (in order from west to east). JBR is within walking distance to Dubai Marina, Dubai Tram and Dubai Metro. The developer, Dubai Properties (a subsidiary of Dubai Holding), launched JBR in August 2002. This 6-billion dirham project was completed in 2010.

The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7-kilometre strip at the ground and plaza level of the Jumeirah Beach Residence complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was developed by Dubai Properties Group, and was completed in 2007 and opened officially in August 2008.The Walk is one of Dubai’s outdoor and tourist attractions, with activities such as street painting, recycled art displays, comedy shows, sand sculptures, photography displays, and booths selling fashion accessories and crafts. It is located adjacent to Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk, which opened their doors in October 2000, introducing Dubai’s ‘golden mile’ in Jumeirah to the signature service and quintessential hospitality associated with the Hilton Worldwide Resorts brand.

Bay Central is a complex of three towers in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The West Tower, and the Intercontinental Tower stand at a height of 42 floors. The Central Tower, consists of 50 floors (180 metres). The Central and West towers are residential towers and were completed in 2013. The third tower is the Intercontinental Hotel and was opened in May 2015 after a 2-year delay.

The Concorde Tower is a 45-floor tower in the Jumeirah Lake Towers Free Zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The residential tower, which is estimated to cost US$120 million to construct, has a total structural height of 190 m (623 ft). The developer said the building was to be completed in December 2007. Due to the force majeure situations, building got completed in February 2009, and ready for use on April 2009.

The Al Fattan Marine Towers is a complex in the Dubai Marina section of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The towers are located within Jumeirah Beach Residence, a 40-tower, 7,000 unit residential and hotel development which runs alongside Dubai Marina. The Al Fattan Marine Towers consist of two twin 50-story towers, the Al Fattan Tower, and the Oasis Beach Tower, consisting of serviced and residential apartments which have since been sold to individual investors and homeowners. Both towers stand at a height of 245 m (804 ft) and a roof height of 230 m (755 ft), and are the tallest buildings in Jumeirah Beach Residence. Construction of both towers was completed in 2006. Following completion the developer, Al Fattan Properties LLC built a 12-storey office and retail building on an adjacent plot between the towers and Dubai Marina restricting views of the marina from the towers. In 2012 Al Fattan commenced construction of two high-rise towers on the beach in front of the towers which will largely restrict seaviews from Al Fattan Marine Towers. Al Fattan had earlier demolished a 10-story hotel on the site, the Oasis Hotel, which it had built about a decade earlier. Originally Al Fattan proposed to build a mega 97-tower building on the site to be called Burj Al Fattan, however a subsequent decision was made to split the development into two high-rise towers. The exact number of floors is not known as there has been no public disclosure of the project. Al Fattan Properties LLC is a developer of villas, offices, retail complexes, warehouses, hotels and resorts. A project completed in 2012 is a 5 star 259 room beachfront resort on Palm Jumeirah which also houses 28 luxury residences. The resort, managed by Turkish luxury hotel chain Rixos Hotels has been named Rixos The Palm Dubai.
