Old Orre Church (Norwegian: Orre gamle kirke) is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Klepp Municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. It is located in the village of Orre. It formerly was the main church for the Orre parish which is part of the Jæren prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Stavanger. The small stone church was built in a long church style around the year 1250 using designs by English monks. The church seats about 150 people. It is situated on a small sandy strip of land between the lake Orrevatnet and the Orrestranda beach along the North Sea.

The lake sits about 4 metres (13 ft) above sea level and it is situated along the seashore. The 500-to-2,500-metre (1,600 to 8,200 ft) wide sandy beach strip of land that separates the lake from the sea is home to one of Norway's longest sand beaches, Orrestranda. The village of Orre lies on this strip of land to the southeast of the lake.

It was built in 1950 to replace the nearly 800-year-old Old Orre Church located 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) to the northwest in the village of Orre.The 0.46-square-kilometre (110-acre) village had a population of 794 people as of January 1st 2023 and a population density of 1,689.4 inhabitants per square kilometre (4,376/sq mi). The village has a store, gas station, school, day care, and sports club.

Jærens rev (Jæren's reef) is the westernmost sandbank on the coast of Jæren, located approximately 3 miles (4.8 km) off Reve in Klepp municipality, between Orrestranda and Borestranda. Its location has been used to define the limits of the Norwegian fishery zone.

The population around Kleppe is growing rapidly, mostly in the form of suburban single-family homes, but also in the form of some apartment blocks. There is a shopping mall in Kleppe called Jærhagen.

Bore is a village in Klepp municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The village is located about 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) northwest of the municipal centre of Kleppe. The village lies between the river Figgjoelva, the lake Orrevatnet, and the seashore. Bore Church sits just north of the river, just outside of the village. The Bore area is well known for its sandy beaches along the seashore.

Figgjoelva or Figgjo is a river in Rogaland county, Norway. The 26.4-kilometre (16.4 mi) long river begins at the lake Edlandsvatnet in the village of Ålgård in Gjesdal municipality. It then heads north into the municipality of Sandnes before heading west. For a while, the river forms the municipal border between Sandnes and Time and between Sandnes and Klepp. The last part of the river runs west through Klepp before emptying into the North Sea. The Feistein Lighthouse lies on a small island, just northwest of the mouth of the river. The main part of the river is 26.4 kilometres (16.4 mi), but if you include the tributaries, the river is about twice as long at 45 kilometres (28 mi).The river was developed for power generation as early as 1870, but the many small power plants that were built are now mostly closed. The plants led to the development of several industries, particularly in Ålgård. The Aalgaards Uldvarefabrikker, a large wool-textile company based in Ålgård was established in 1870 along with the first power stations.The river Figgjo was the second largest salmon river in Rogaland county in the year 2000 when 10.6 tonnes (10.4 long tons; 11.7 short tons) of salmon and 677 kilograms (1,493 lb) of sea trout were caught. Historically, the river was also fished for eels. The invasive species, Elodea canadensis (pondweed) has been detected in the river Figgjo as has agricultural pollution, both of which may affect the quality and quantity of fish life in the river.

It is the church for the Bore parish which is part of the Jæren prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Stavanger. The white, wooden church was built in a long church style in 1891 using designs by the architect Hartvig Sverdrup Eckhoff. The church seats about 165 people.

Verdalen is a village in Klepp municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The village is located immediately northwest of the municipal centre of Kleppe, south of the village of Voll, and east of the village of Bore. The residential village of Verdalen has grown together with Kleppe since around 2000, forming one large 3.19-square-kilometre (1.23 sq mi) urban area with a population of 9,245 people in 2019.

Feistein Lighthouse (Norwegian: Feistein fyr) is a coastal lighthouse in Rogaland county, Norway. The lighthouse is located on a small island in Klepp municipality, off the coast of Jæren. It was established in 1859, and automated in 1990.The 26-metre (85 ft) tall cast iron tower sits atop a concrete base. The tower is painted red with two white stripes towards the top. The main light at the top sits at an elevation of 37 metres (121 ft) above sea level which emits two white flashes every 20 seconds. There is also a secondary light located 20.8 metres (68 ft) above sea level that emits a red or green isophase light (depending on direction) that is on for six seconds and then off for six seconds. The main light has an intensity of 2,430,000 candelas and it can be seen for up to 11.9 nautical miles (22.0 km; 13.7 mi). The secondary lights can be seen for slightly less distance. The lighthouse also emits a morse code "T" racon signal.
