Fort d'Aubervilliers (French pronunciation: [fɔʁ dobɛʁvilje]) is a station of the Paris Métro. It is named after the old Fort d'Aubervilliers, one of the 16 forts built between 1841 and 1845 as the first belt of defence at a cannonball's distance outside Paris' 19th century wall.

The Fort d'Aubervilliers is a former fortification of Paris built for 1842 to 1846 in Aubervilliers to control the "route de Flandre", now Route nationale 2, to the northeast of Paris. The Fort d'Aubervilliers is part of the first ring of Paris fortifications outside the old city walls built by Adolphe Thiers in the 1840s to defend the capital against invasion and to control the city's rebellions.

Avicenne Hospital (French: Hôpital Avicenne) is Musilm community founded hospital in Bobigny, Seine-Saint-Denis, in the northern suburbs of Paris. Opened in 1935 as the Franco-Muslim Hospital (Hôpital franco-musulman de Paris), it was built specifically to cater for North-African immigrants who had flocked to the Paris area. Renamed Avicenne in 1978, in memory of the Persian physician Avicenna, it is now a university hospital catering for the local population.

The commune features Le Bourget Airport, which in turn hosts the Musée de l'Air et de l'Espace (Air and Space Museum). A very small part of Le Bourget Airport lies on the territory of the commune of Le Bourget, which nonetheless gave its name to the airport. Most of the airport lies on the territory of the communes of Dugny, Bonneuil-en-France, and Gonesse. The Bureau d'Enquêtes et d'Analyses pour la Sécurité de l'Aviation Civile is also headquartered on the airport grounds and in Le Bourget proper.

Pantin is located on the edge of the city of Paris and is mainly formed by a plain crossed by national roadway 2 and 3, the Paris–Strasbourg railway line and the canal de l'Ourcq.
