The Jerry Baker Memorial Velodrome is a 400-metre (1,300 ft) outdoor bicycle racing track located in Redmond, Washington. It was built in 1974 and was resurfaced in 2005. The current track racing surface is 400 meters in total length, with a maximum slope of 23 degrees in the corners. As such, the "Gentle Giant" is one of the longest in the country. Currently operated by the Marymoor Velodrome Association, the track hosted the US Master's Track National Championships in 2014.

Marymoor Park, located on the north end of Lake Sammamish in Redmond, Washington, is King County's largest, oldest, and most popular park, with more than 3 million annual visitors coming to roam its 640 acres (2.6 km2). Among recreational activities available are various sports facilities, rock climbing, a 40-acre off-leash dog park and a velodrome. It is also one end of the Sammamish River Trail, a biking and walking trail. In addition, a radio control aircraft flying field and a pet memorial garden are within the park's boundaries. The historic Willowmoor farm and Clise Mansion lie at the western edge of the park, along the Sammamish River. The farm and mansion were created in the early 1900s by James Clise, a banker. The landscaping was designed by the Olmsted Brothers. The mansion is on the National Register of Historic Places.Ralph Dodd and two of his brothers, Dean & Lloyd Dodd were partners with Walter Nettleton in operating a large dairy farm at Willowmoor farm from 1930 - 1964. The brothers renamed the farm Marymoor in honor of Walter's young daughter, Mary Nettleton, who died in a bicycle accident. Although all 6 of Ralph Dodd's brothers were happily married, Ralph remained single. Ralph considered the children of Bellevue's Kemper Freeman to be his family, having lived at Marymoor when the Freeman's resided there. The park is home to a summer concert series known as Concerts at Marymoor, produced by AEG Live, which invites popular artists every year. The park also hosts movies at Marymoor every summer.At the western end of the park, 2.1 acres are used by the Marymoor Community Gardener's Association, one of the oldest public gardens in the country.In February 2003, King County added a one dollar parking fee to offset budget reductions. Marymoor has a 40-acre off-leash dog area, where dogs can play in fields or swim in the Sammamish Slough. In February 2022, the King County Council passed a "motion of support" for the development of a cricket facility on 20 acres (8.1 ha) of land at Marymoor Park. The cricket ground would be a potential venue for Major League Cricket, the United States national team, and the 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. Construction is expected to begin in early 2023.

Anderson Park is a public park in the city of Redmond, Washington. The site was acquired in 1928 as Redmond City Park before being expanded and improved through the economic response of the Federal Works Progress Administration in 1938. The park was given its present name in 1946, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The official name of the park is Albert Anderson Memorial Park, often shortened to Anderson Park, or referred to by the original name of Redmond City Park. Albert Anderson was key to the modern redevelopment of the park through his community work regarding park projects and volunteer coordination. The main features of the park include a set of two cabins formerly used for public events and services, formerly hosting the Redmond Senior Center and various other city administrative offices prior to the development of city hall.

Redmond Town Center is a mixed-use development and shopping center located in downtown Redmond, Washington. Owned and managed by Fairbourne Properties, Redmond Town Center has more than 110 shops, restaurants, lodging, and entertainment venues in an outdoor environment. It opened in 1997 on the site of a defunct municipal golf course along the north side of State Route 520.DRA Advisors and JSH acquired the retail component of the Redmond Town Center in 2013, shortly after Shorenstein Properties bought the office portion, which is occupied by Microsoft and AT&T. In late 2019, the retail portion was sold to Fairbourne Properties.

Downtown Redmond station is a future Link light rail station on the north side of Redmond Town Center shopping mall in downtown Redmond, Washington. It will be elevated located along Cleveland Street (SR 202) between 164th and 166th avenues.The station was originally included in the Sound Transit 2 ballot measure in 2008, but was left out of the East Link Extension after a funding shortfall stemming from the City of Bellevue's desire for a tunneled alignment under Downtown Bellevue. Sound Transit instead completed environmental reviews and selected a preferred alignment to Downtown Redmond, indefinitely deferring the final segment of East Link until a later date. The Sound Transit 3 ballot measure, passed in 2016, includes $1.1 billion in funding for the two stations in Downtown Redmond, which will open by 2024. Preliminary engineering on the Redmond extension was approved in February 2016, after being suspended in 2010.

The James W. Clise House is a house built for and occupied by Seattle real estate pioneer James W. Clise (1855-1939) and his wife Anna Herr Clise (1866-1936). The house and 440-acre model dairy farm became Marymoor Park in Redmond, Washington, United States, and the house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Bear Creek is a tributary of the Sammamish River in King County, Washington, United States. The stream flows approximately 12.4 miles (20.0 km) from its source at Paradise Lake near Maltby to a confluence with the Sammamish River at Marymoor Park in Redmond. The creek has two tributaries, Cottage Lake Creek and Evans Creek, and a watershed of 32,100 acres (13,000 ha).The Marymoor Prehistoric Indian Site in Redmond shows human occupation in the vicinity of the creek with artifacts on its banks dating to 4,000 BCE.

Redmond High School (RHS) is a four-year public high school located in Redmond, Washington, one of four high schools in the Lake Washington School District (LWSD). Opened in 1964, Redmond High School is the second oldest high school in the Lake Washington School District. Redmond Middle School, Timberline Middle School, and Evergreen Middle School (grades 6–8) feed into Redmond High School (grades 9–12). Redmond High School sits atop Education Hill in Redmond, in an updated building which opened in 2003 with a two-story structure that features many environmentally friendly energy alternatives such as a large photovoltaic array and a state-of the-art geothermal heating system. The original building opened in 1964 and underwent extensive remodelling during the 1983–84 and 2011-2012 school years.As of 2020, the principal of Redmond High School is Jill VanderVeer and the three assistant principals are Andrew Hosford, Rob Jones, and Colette Roche. Jill VanderVeer entered her position at the start of the 2019-20 school year, replacing the former principal Jane Todd, who was principal from 2006 to 2019, replacing Brian Hunter, who was principal until 2006.

Founded in 1971, it is one of the largest nonprofits in the state of Washington, employing about 275 people with an annual budget of about $61,000,000.Hopelink has presented an annual Reaching Out Benefit Luncheon, one of the biggest fundraising events in the state. Past guest speakers have included Queen Latifah, Tererai Trent, Jill Biden, Tom Colicchio, John Legend, Lisa Ling, Edward James Olmos, Christopher Gardner, Mark Kennedy Shriver and Donald Driver.

East Redmond was a short-lived town in King County, Washington that existed from 1956 to 1965. The town, then located to the east of Redmond in the Seattle metropolitan area, was formed as a result of a land use dispute between neighbors. East Redmond, with a population of fewer than 400 people, was found to have not met the state's minimum population requirement for incorporation and was dis-incorporated by a decision of the Washington Supreme Court in 1965.

Building 92 on the campus contains a visitor center (with interactive exhibits) and store that are open to the public.
