Gare de l'Est (Paris Métro)

The 10th arrondissement of Paris (Xe arrondissement) is one of the 20 arrondissements of the capital city of France. In spoken French, this arrondissement is referred to as dixième ("10th arrondissement of Paris" = "dixième arrondissement de Paris"). The arrondissement, called Entrepôt (warehouse), is situated on the right bank of the River Seine. The arrondissement contains two of Paris's six main railway stations: the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est. Built during the 19th century, these two termini are among the busiest in Europe. The 10th arrondissement also contains a large portion of the Canal Saint-Martin, linking the northeastern parts of Paris with the River Seine.

The Gare de l'Est (pronounced [ɡaʁ də lɛst]; English: "Station of the East" or "East station"), officially Paris-Est, is one of the six large mainline railway station termini in Paris, France. It is located in the 10th arrondissement, not far southeast from the Gare du Nord, facing the Boulevard de Strasbourg, part of the north-south axis of Paris created by Georges-Eugène Haussmann. Opened in 1849, it is currently the fifth-busiest of the six main railway stations in Paris before the Gare d'Austerlitz. The Gare de l'Est is the western terminus of the Paris–Strasbourg railway and Paris–Mulhouse railway which then proceeds to Basel, Switzerland.

Saint-Laurent (French pronunciation: ​[sɛ̃ lo.ʁɑ̃]) is a church in the 10th arrondissement of Paris (119, rue du Faubourg-Saint-Martin, 68, boulevard de Strasbourg or 68, boulevard de Magenta). It is built on Paris's north–south axis, linking Senlis and Orléans, as laid out by the Romans in the course of the mid 1st century BC, now marked by the rue du Faubourg-Saint-Martin, rue Saint-Martin, rue Saint-Jacques and rue du Faubourg-Saint-Jacques). It has been listed since 2016 as a monument historique by the French Ministry of Culture.

The boulevard de Magenta is located in the Ninth and Tenth arrondissements of Paris, France. It begins at place de la République and 1, rue Beaurepaire, and ends at 1, boulevard de Rochechouart and 53, boulevard de la Chapelle.

The Couvent des Récollets de Paris is a former Franciscan friary in Paris. It has been a listed monument historique since 1974.

The Boulevard de Strasbourg is a major thoroughfare in Paris, France. Located in the 10th arrondissement, it begins at 7 Boulevard Saint-Denis and ends at 7 Rue du 8-Mai-1945. It extends the Boulevard de Sebastopol, leading to the Gare de l'Est. Its length is 775 metres and it has a minimum width of 30 metres.

Magenta is a station of the Île-de-France Réseau Express Régional, in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, France. Built on the site of the Gare du Nord, the original name of Magenta station was Nord-Est with the possibility of a connection to both Paris-Nord and Paris-Est.

Château d'Eau (French pronunciation: ​[ʃɑto do]; literal translation: Water Tower) is a station on Line 4 of the Paris Métro. Located in the 10th arrondissement, it features two édicules Guimard that were classified as a monument historique on 29 May 1978 by the Ministry of Culture.

The Institut supérieur européen de formation par l'action (ISEFAC) is a French private business school created in 2000. Located at Paris, Lille, Nice, Bordeaux, Lyon, Nantes, and Brussels, the school provides two courses: ISEFAC Bachelor and ISEFAC Dual education system.

Château-Landon (French pronunciation: ​[ʃɑto lɑ̃dɔ̃]) is a station on line 7 of the Paris Métro in the 10th arrondissement. The station was opened on 5 November 1910 as part of the first section of the line from Opéra to Porte de la Villette. It is named after the Rue Château-Landon, a street which was built on property once owned by a family from Château-Landon in Seine-et-Marne. The street is on the alignment of the Roman road from Lutetia towards the North via Saint-Denis. It was planned to become the end of the future new line (created from the merger of line 3bis and line 7bis). It is also planned to build an underground pedestrian connection to the RER Line E station of Magenta, which would also link to the Gare du Nord and the Gare de l'Est.

Le Manoir de Paris (literally The Paris Manor) is a walk-through haunted house. It is one of the former ceramic workshops of Choisy-le-Roi, in the 10th district of Paris, France.
