Capellen railway station (Luxembourgish: Gare Capellen, French: Gare de Capellen, German: Bahnhof Capellen) is a railway station serving Capellen, in the commune of Mamer, in south-western Luxembourg. It is operated by Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois, the state-owned railway company. The station is situated on Line 50, which connects Luxembourg City to the west of the country and the Belgian town of Arlon. It lies to the south of Capellen, close to the NAMSA site, on the road from Capellen to Holzem.

Capellen is a canton in southwestern Luxembourg. Its capital is Capellen (in the commune of Mamer).

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (French: Agence OTAN de soutien et d'acquisition), abbreviated to NSPA, is the main logistics and procurement agency of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) and is the executive branch of the NATO Support and Procurement Organisation (NSPO), formerly NATO Maintenance and Supply Organization (NAMSO).Until 2012, the tasks were organised with the NATO Supply Agency and other institutions. It has about 1200 employees in Luxembourg, France, Italy and Hungary. On 1 April 2015, organisation and structure of NSPO and NSPA changed. This change marks the expansion of Agency capabilities to include all aspects of systems procurement from initial acquisition throughout sustainment. Capellen (Luxembourgish: Cap/Capellen [kɑpˈælən]) is a town in the commune of Mamer, in south-western Luxembourg, 12 km west of Luxembourg City. As of 2006, the town has a population of 1,336. Despite not having a commune named after it, Capellen lends its name to the canton of Capellen, and is the only town in Luxembourg to bear the latter distinction but not the former. Capellen is home of the NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency (NAMSA), currently being transformed into the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) which will act as the headquarters of NATO's Agencies. The site occupies a large part of the town south of the route d'Arlon. To the west of the NAMSA complex is Capellen railway station, which lies on Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois' Line 50. The town is the site of one of the six regional headquarters of the Grand Ducal Police. A museum dedicated to police uniforms and accessories, both national and international, was opened in the town on 21 June 2007.

Dippach (Luxembourgish: Dippech [ˈdipəɕ] ) is a commune and small town in south-western Luxembourg. It is part of the canton of Capellen, which is part of the district of Luxembourg. The commune's administrative centre is Schouweiler. The River Mess, a tributary of the Alzette, rises here. As of 2005, the town of Dippach, which lies in the north-east of the commune, has a population of 790. Other villages within the commune include Bettange-sur-Mess, Schouweiler, and Sprinkange.

Garnich (Luxembourgish: Garnech) is a commune and small town in southwestern Luxembourg. It is part of the canton of Capellen. As of 2014, the town of Garnich, which lies in the east of the commune, has a population of 1202. Other towns within the commune include Dahlem (population 2014: 400), Hivange (population 2014: 118), and Kahler (population 2014: 277) for a total population of 1997 in 2014 in the commune. Amongst these, 1454 are of Luxembourish nationality (72,81%) and 543 (27,19%) are of other nationality.

Bettange-sur-Mess (Luxembourgish: Betten op der Mess) is a small village in the commune of Dippach, in south-western Luxembourg. As of 2005, the town has a population of 974. It is situated on the Mess River, from which its suffix is derived.

Mamer railway station (Luxembourgish: Gare Mamer, French: Gare de Mamer, German: Bahnhof Mamer) is a railway station serving Mamer, in south-western Luxembourg. It is operated by Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois, the state-owned railway company. The station is situated on Line 50, which connects Luxembourg City to the west of the country and the Belgian town of Arlon. It is a station close to both the European School of Luxembourg II, but also Lycée Technique Josy Barthel. It is therefore busy with students in the mornings.

Ecoparc Windhof (Luxembourgish: Wandhaff) is a village in the south of the commune of Koerich in south-western Luxembourg. It lies on the N6 road from Luxembourg City to Arlon in Belgium. Although it was just a small collection of houses until about 20 years ago, it is now expanding rapidly as a business development area.

Olm (Luxembourgish: Ollem) is a village in the commune of Kehlen, in western Luxembourg.

Mamer Lycée railway station (Luxembourgish: Gare Mamer Lycée, French: Gare de Mamer Lycée, German: Bahnhof Mamer Lycée) is a railway station in Mamer, in south-western Luxembourg. It is named after the Lycée Technique Josy Barthel, which it was built to serve. It is operated by Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois, the state-owned railway company. The station also serves the European School, Luxembourg II. In 2013 some parents at the school expressed concern with the speeds of some of the trains.The station is situated on Line 50, which connects Luxembourg City to the west of the country and the Belgian town of Arlon.

Sprinkange (Luxembourgish: Sprénkeng, German: Sprinkingen) is a small town in the commune of Dippach, in south-western Luxembourg. As of 2005, the town has a population of 354.
