The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (French: Agence OTAN de soutien et d'acquisition), abbreviated to NSPA, is the main logistics and procurement agency of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) and is the executive branch of the NATO Support and Procurement Organisation (NSPO), formerly NATO Maintenance and Supply Organization (NAMSO).Until 2012, the tasks were organised with the NATO Supply Agency and other institutions. It has about 1200 employees in Luxembourg, France, Italy and Hungary. On 1 April 2015, organisation and structure of NSPO and NSPA changed. This change marks the expansion of Agency capabilities to include all aspects of systems procurement from initial acquisition throughout sustainment. NSPA covers five areas: Systems Procurement and Life Cycle Management Support to Operations and Exercises Strategic Transport and Storage Logistics Services and Project Management Fuel ManagementThe headquarter of NSPA is situated in the town of Capellen, in the commune of Mamer, in south-western Luxembourg.

Capellen railway station (Luxembourgish: Gare Capellen, French: Gare de Capellen, German: Bahnhof Capellen) is a railway station serving Capellen, in the commune of Mamer, in south-western Luxembourg. It is operated by Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois, the state-owned railway company. The station is situated on Line 50, which connects Luxembourg City to the west of the country and the Belgian town of Arlon. It lies to the south of Capellen, close to the NAMSA site, on the road from Capellen to Holzem.

Olm (Luxembourgish: Ollem) is a village in the commune of Kehlen, in western Luxembourg.

Capellen is a canton in southwestern Luxembourg. Its capital is Capellen (in the commune of Mamer).

Goetzingen (Luxembourgish: Gëtzen; German: Götzingen) is a village in the commune of Koerich, in western Luxembourg. As of 2005, the town had a population of 333. Once an agricultural community, Goetzingen is now almost entirely residential. Owing to its proximity to Capellen and the A6 motorway or European route E25 to Luxembourg City and Brussels, it is increasingly popular for those working in the surrounding area. Goetzingen forms an extended cross along the CR 109 from Koerich to Capellen and the road from Windhof to Nospelt.

Holzem (pronounced [ˈholtsəm]) is a small town in the commune of Mamer, in southwestern Luxembourg. As of 2006, it has a population of 581 of which 406 are Luxembourgers. Holzem still has a distinctly rural atmosphere but in recent years a number of small companies have been established there.

Goeblange (Luxembourgish: Giewel, German: Göblingen) is a village in the commune of Koerich, in southern Luxembourg about 13 km west of Luxembourg City. As of 2005, the village had a population of 425.

Mamer railway station (Luxembourgish: Gare Mamer, French: Gare de Mamer, German: Bahnhof Mamer) is a railway station serving Mamer, in south-western Luxembourg. It is operated by Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois, the state-owned railway company. The station is situated on Line 50, which connects Luxembourg City to the west of the country and the Belgian town of Arlon. It is a station close to both the European School of Luxembourg II, but also Lycée Technique Josy Barthel. It is therefore busy with students in the mornings.

Mamer Castle (Luxembourgish: Mamer Schlass, French: Château de Mamer, German: Mamer Schloss) is the town hall for the commune of Mamer, in south-western Luxembourg. It is the home of the communal council, the site of local government offices, and the centre of administration for communal services. It is located on Place de l'Indépendance near the centre of the town. It is made up of four buildings, set in recently landscaped surroundings. At the main entrance, there is a sculpture of Nicolas Frantz, two-time Tour de France winner, and Josy Barthel, Luxembourg's only Olympic gold medallist, both of whom were born in Mamer.

Mamer (Luxembourgish pronunciation: [ˈmaːmɐ] ) is a commune and town (strictly classified as a village) in south-western Luxembourg. It is located 7 km (4.3 mi) west of Luxembourg City. The commune includes both Mamer itself and the smaller communities of Capellen and Holzem. Mamer is situated on the river Mamer, a tributary of the Alzette. The A6 motorway from Luxembourg to Brussels, also designated European route E25, runs through Mamer. As of 2014, Mamer, which lies in the east of the commune, has a population of 8,173. The town is the thirteenth-largest in Luxembourg. The commune as a whole is the fourteenth-most populous in the country.

Stade François Trausch is a football stadium in Mamer, in south-western Luxembourg. It is currently the home stadium of FC Mamer 32. The stadium has a capacity of 2,600.

Ecoparc Windhof (Luxembourgish: Wandhaff) is a village in the south of the commune of Koerich in south-western Luxembourg. It lies on the N6 road from Luxembourg City to Arlon in Belgium. Although it was just a small collection of houses until about 20 years ago, it is now expanding rapidly as a business development area.
