Christian Thomas Shultz House is a historic home located near Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, North Carolina. It was built about 1830, and is a two-story, log dwelling with a hall and parlor plan with a pair of exterior gable-end chimneys. It is sheathed in German siding. A one-story frame rear ell was added about 1945. Also on the property is a contributing log smokehouse, dated to the late-1860s.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

Vienna is a small unincorporated community located in Forsyth County, North Carolina, United States. The community is mostly centered at Vienna-Dozier Road and Yadkinville Road. Vienna was once incorporated in 1794 (Powell 1968, p. 291). Lewisville annexed Vienna June 30, 2004, despite protests from many area residents. Vienna has continued to exist as a separate community.

Vienna Township is one of fifteen townships in Forsyth County, North Carolina, United States. The township had a population of 10,243 according to the 2010 census.Geographically, Vienna Township occupies 26.19 square miles (67.8 km2) in southwestern Forsyth County. Vienna Township contains parts of the town of Lewisville as well as the unincorporated communities of Pfafftown and Vienna. The township fronts the Yadkin River on its western boundary.

Ronald W. Reagan High School (also known as Reagan High School) is a public high school in Pfafftown, North Carolina, United States, under the direction of the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools system. It is named after former U.S. president Ronald Reagan. It had a student population of approximately 1,850 during the 2014–2015 school year. The school was constructed to begin operation at the beginning of the 2005–2006 school year. The class of 2007 was the first to graduate from Reagan High School. Brad Royal is the current principal.

Old Town (or Oldtown) is a former unincorporated community in North Carolina which was annexed by Winston-Salem. It was located near Bethania, Tobaccoville, and Pfafftown along NC 67. The name now refers to a neighborhood that occupies the former unincorporated community limits.

John Jacob Schaub House is a historic home located in C. G. Hill Memorial Park at Pfafftown, Forsyth County, North Carolina. It was built in 1829–1830, and is a two-story, two bay by two bay, single pile brick dwelling. It features a Georgian style interior design and exterior end chimneys with stepped shoulders and decorative caps. It was built by John Jacob Schaub, a member of the Unitas Fratrum, or Moravian Church.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Old Town Township is one of fifteen townships in Forsyth County, North Carolina, United States. The township had a population of 149 according to the 2010 census.Geographically, Old Town Township occupies 0.53 square miles (1.4 km2) in central Forsyth County. Parts of the town of Bethania are located here, but nearly all of the original township has been annexed by the City of Winston-Salem and made part of Winston Township, including the original community of Old Town.
