Saligao Assembly constituency is one of the 40 Goa Legislative Assembly constituencies of the state of Goa in southern India. Saligao is also one of the 20 constituencies falling under the North Goa Lok Sabha constituency. It is part of North Goa district.

Pilerne is a village situated in north Goa in the Bardez taluka of the North Goa district. It is rustic despite being fairly close to the North Goa tourist belt, and is considered a Census Town for the purposes of the Census. The village has mainly been inhabited by Goan Catholics.

Penha de França is a town in Bardez, Goa in India. It is north of the capital Panjim in North Goa. It takes its name from the patroness of its church, Nossa Senhora da Penha de França which it shares with Penha de França in Lisbon. It is the birthplace of writer Vimala Devi.

Sangolda is a village in Bardez sub-district, North Goa, India.

Reis Magos is a village located on the northern bank of the Mandovi River in Bardez, Goa, opposite to the capital city of Panjim. The village is famous for two of Goa’s famous structures; the Reis Magos Fort, and the Reis Magos Church – the first church in Bardez. Reis Magos is the Portuguese name for the Three Wise Men from the Bible.

Mall De Goa is a shopping mall in Porvorim in the Indian state of Goa. It is the largest shopping mall in Goa and was the second mall in the state after Caculo Mall in the capital Panaji. The mall was opened on 27 February 2016. It contains more than 82 retail outlets including food courts, restaurants, family entertainment zones and an INOX multiplex. The property is owned by Jai Bhuvan Group. The estimated cost for this project is nearly INR 100 crores. Mall De Goa was inaugurated at the hands of former Defence Minister and Chief Minister of Goa Manohar Parrikar on 27 February 2016. The mall is spread across 1,80,000 square feet. On 4 February 2017, DJ Aneesh Gera launched the 'Offersky App' on the Google Play Store which would enable the people to browse through different offers and other activities ongoing in the mall.

Nagoa is a village in the Bardez sub-district of Goa, and lies between the North Goa headquarters town of Mapusa and the tourist-destination and former fishing village of Calangute. It is not to be mixed-up with a village of the same name which lies in the South Goa sub-district of Salcete.

The Goa Cricket Association Academy Ground, formerly known as the District Institute of Education and Training Ground, is a cricket ground in Porvorim, Goa, India. The first recorded match held on the ground came in November 2008 when Goa Under-16s played Kerala Under-16s. Two first-class matches have been played at the ground, the first of which came in the 2011-11 Ranji Trophy. The first saw Goa play Jharkhand, while the second saw Tripura as the visitors. The Goa Cricket Academy is based at the ground.

Goa Cricket Association Stadium is a cricket stadium, proposed to be built in Dhargal, Goa. The stadium will be the home ground for Goa Cricket Association. The project is currently suspended due to various problems including but was obstructed by the corruption and financial troubles. Goa is the only state association that does not own its own ground.The ground will be established in 1.30 lakh square metres with all facilities like practice stadium, indoor practice area etc. The ground will have floodlight so that stadium can host day-night matches with capacity of 45,000 persons.

Saligão ([saːɭɡãːw]) is a census town in North Goa district in the Indian state of Goa. It is surrounded by the villages of Porvorim, Parra, Guirim, Sangolda, Pilerne, Candolim, Calangute and Nagoa and is in Bardez Taluka of Goa. It is 10 km from Panjim the capital of Goa, 6 km from Mapusa the capital of Bardez Taluka, and 3 km from the Calangute beach.
