Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport (IATA: BCN, ICAO: LEBL) (Catalan: Aeroport Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat, Spanish: Aeropuerto Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat), and also known as El Prat Airport, is an international airport located 15 km (9.3 mi) southwest of the centre of Barcelona, lying in the municipalities of El Prat de Llobregat, Viladecans, and Sant Boi, in Catalonia, Spain. It is the second largest and second busiest airport in Spain, and the sixth busiest in Europe. In 2019, Barcelona Airport handled a record 52,686,314 million passengers, up 5.0% from 2018. It is a hub for Level and Vueling, and a focus city for Air Europa, Iberia, EasyJet and Ryanair. The Barcelona–Madrid air shuttle service, known as "Pont Aeri" (in Catalan) or "Puente Aéreo" (in Spanish), literally "Air Bridge", was the world's busiest route until 2008, with the highest number of flight operations (971 per week) in 2007. The schedule has been reduced since February 2008, when a Madrid–Barcelona high-speed rail line was opened, covering the distance in 2 hours 30 minutes, and quickly became popular.

Airport T2 (Spanish: Aeropuerto T2, Catalan: Aeroport T2) is both a Rodalies de Catalunya commuter rail station and a Barcelona Metro station serving terminal complex T2 of Barcelona–El Prat Airport. They are located adjacent to the airport's terminal T2B, in the municipality of El Prat de Llobregat, to the southwest of Barcelona, in Catalonia, Spain. The Rodalies de Catalunya station is the southern terminus of the current rail link coming from El Prat de Llobregat railway station. It is operated by Renfe Operadora and is served by Barcelona commuter rail service line R2 Nord. The metro station is on the airport branch of Barcelona Metro line 9 (L9) and is operated by Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB). Opened in 1975, the current Rodalies de Catalunya station is the only commuter rail station serving the airport, so that it is simply known as Airport (Spanish: Aeropuerto, Catalan: Aeroport). Besides, it is due to disappear around 2022 with the construction of a new airport rail link, which will also reach airport terminal T1. The Barcelona Metro line 9 station started operating in 2016, when the line's 20-kilometre-long (12 mi) portion between the airport terminals and Zona Universitària station in western Barcelona opened for passenger service as the L9 Sud ("South").

Mas Blau is a Barcelona Metro station, located in the El Prat de Llobregat municipality, in the Metropolitan area of Barcelona. The El Prat Museum, in El Prat de Llobregat (Baix Llobregat), was created in 1962 as part of an initiative of the town council to recover the town’s historic and natural heritage. It is located in Balcells Tower, a building from the mid-19th century that was used for farming and as a summer residence, and is part of the Barcelona Provincial Council Local Museum Network. In the next few years the El Prat Museum will relocate to a new building currently under construction.

El Prat de Llobregat or El Prat Estació is both a Rodalies de Catalunya and a Barcelona Metro station serving the suburb of El Prat de Llobregat, to the south-west of Barcelona, in Catalonia, Spain. It is on the conventional Madrid–Barcelona railway and is served by all trains on Barcelona commuter rail service lines R2 and R2 Nord, as well as some R2 Sud trains. Some trains on regional line R15 also call at the station. The metro station is on the airport branch of Barcelona Metro line 9 (L9) and is operated by Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB).

The Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport largely lies within the municipal limits. It is part of the Barcelona metropolitan area.

Sant Boi de Llobregat (IPA: [ˌsam‿ˈbɔj ðɐ ʎuβɾɐˈɣat]) is a city in the Province of Barcelona in Catalonia, Spain, located on the banks of the Llobregat river. The station is served by line L9.The station is located underneath the western approach to the Mercabarna market, with its only entrance provided by a staircase and elevator at the intersection of Carrer K and the Carrer Transversal 6, with a ticket office below ground. The two 108-metre (354 ft) long side platforms are at a lower level.The station was opened in 2016, at the time of the extension of line L9 from Zona Universitaria station to Aeroport T1 station.
