Kramer is a Capital MetroRail commuter rail station in Austin, Texas. It is located in Northwest Austin near the corner of Kramer and Braker Lanes. At 1 mile walking distance, Kramer is the closest station to The Domain, a major high-density business, retail, and residential center. Kramer Station is slated to close upon the opening of two new stations: McKalla Place to the South and Broadmoor to the North.

The Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) at the University of Texas at Austin, United States, is an advanced computing research center that provides comprehensive advanced computing resources and support services to researchers in Texas and across the US. Through the National Science Foundation (NSF) Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE) project, TACC’s resources and services are made available to the national academic research community. TACC is located on UT's J. J. Pickle Research Campus. TACC collaborators include researchers in other UT Austin departments and centers, at Texas universities in the High Performance Computing Across Texas Consortium, and at other U.S. universities and government laboratories.

McKalla is a planned Capital MetroRail commuter rail infill station in Austin, Texas. The station is being built to provide convenient access to Q2 Stadium. Ground broke on construction on July 18, 2022, and the new station will open on February 24, 2024, coinciding with the first home match of Austin FC's 2024 season. Construction costs are estimated at $13 million. Soon after opening of the new stop, nearby Kramer station is expected to be closed.

Le Cordon Bleu of Culinary Arts in Austin (LCB-Austin) was a private school located in The Domain, a 235-acre (0.95 km2), multi-use park in Austin, Texas. The cooking school was affiliated with Le Cordon Bleu Schools North America. Originally named Le Chef College of Hospitality Careers, Ronald F. Boston started the school as a chef-apprenticeship program in 1981. In 1999, the school was renamed Texas Culinary Academy. TCA was acquired by Career Education Corporation in August 2001. LCB-Austin operated within a 52,000-square-foot (4,831.0 m2) facility that contained six 2,000-square-foot (185.8 m2) labs, classrooms, a student library, a computer lab, a restaurant, a cafe and a retail store. Also located within the facility was a 100-seat demonstration kitchen. The school operated two on-campus restaurants. Ventana, a 100-seat restaurant which served classical French cuisine, opened in late 2002, and The Bleu River Grille, a casual coffee and sandwich shop.LCB-Austin offered an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts and certificates in Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie & Baking and Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts.

The J. J. Pickle Research Campus (PRC) in Austin, Texas, United States is owned and operated by the University of Texas at Austin. It sits on 475 acres (1.9 km²) in northwest Austin, approximately 9 miles (14 km) north of the main UT campus and just south of the Domain.

Broadmoor is a planned Capital MetroRail commuter rail infill station in Austin, Texas. The station is being built to improve access to The Domain, a major high-density business, retail, and residential center. Construction was expected to begin in September 2020 with service starting in 2022, but was delayed until the station’s groundbreaking on January 18, 2022, thereby pushing the opening date back to 2024. Upon opening of the new station as well as the forthcoming McKalla station at Austin FC’s Q2 Stadium, the nearby Kramer station is expected to close. Brandywine Realty and the Charles Schwab Corporation contributed funds for the station's construction.

The Domain is a high-density office, retail, and residential center in northwest Austin, Texas, United States that has been described as being "Austin's second downtown". The initial phase of the project was completed in March 2007. It is owned and operated by Endeavor Real Estate Group, Cousins Properties, Simon Property Group, and Stonelake Capital Partners. It is bordered on the west by Union Pacific Railroad, on the west and north by Loop 1, on the south by Braker Lane, and on the east by Burnet Road.
