Cour Saint-Émilion (Paris Métro)

The Parc de Bercy (English: Park of Bercy) is a public park located along the Rive Droite in the 12th arrondissement of Paris. Development started in 1994 on the site of a former wine depot, before an official opening three years later by Mayor Jean Tiberi. Sponsored by President François Mitterrand, the project covered 14 hectares (34.6 acres). Composed of three different gardens on different themes connected by foot bridges, the Parc de Bercy is Paris's tenth largest park. It is accessible by Bercy and Cour Saint-Émilion Métro stations, as well as by a foot bridge to the Mitterrand site of the Bibliothèque nationale de France (BnF) on the other side of the Seine. The AccorHotels Arena, colloquially known as Bercy in Paris, is located on the park's northern edge.

The wine warehouses of Bercy were a commercial district reserved for wine merchants located in the Bercy neighborhood in the east of the 12th arrondissement of Paris. Located along the Seine, this area received, stored and distributed wines and spirits. During the late 1900s and the early 20th century, the Bercy wine district was the largest wine market in the world.

The Notre-Dame-de-la-Nativité de Bercy church is a Catholic church located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, in the Bercy district, on Place Lachambeaudie. It is also often called Notre-Dame de Bercy. The responsibility for the parish has been entrusted by the Archbishop of Paris to the Emmanuel Community.

The Musée des Arts Forains (Fairground Museum) is a private museum of funfair and fairground objects located within the Pavillons de Bercy in the 12th arrondissement of Paris at 53, avenue des Terroirs de France, Paris, France. It is open to the public by prior reservation.

The Cinémathèque Française (French pronunciation: ​[sinematɛk fʁɑ̃sɛːz]) is a French non-profit film organization founded in 1936 that holds one of the largest archives of film documents and film-related objects in the world. Based in Paris, the archive offers daily screenings of worldwide films.

The pont de Tolbiac is a bridge across the Seine in Paris built between 1879 and 1882 by H.P. Bernard, and J.D.A. Pérouse. It crosses from the 12th to the 13th arrondissement, linking quai de Bercy to rue Neuve Tolbiac. Its nearest Paris Metro station is Cour Saint-Émilion.

Gare de Paris Bercy, officially Gare de Paris Bercy Bourgogne - Pays d'Auvergne, is one of the seven mainline railway station termini in Paris, France. It handles about 4.3 million passengers annually according to the estimates of the SNCF, making it the least busy mainline station in Paris.The station is located in the 12th arrondissement, on the right bank of the river Seine, in the east of Paris. It is located a short distance from Gare de Lyon and serves as an annex of the larger station, helping to relieve the traffic in the busy station. The station is on the Paris–Marseille railway and hosts Intercités long-distance trains and TER Bourgogne-Franche-Comté regional trains. Trains depart from six platforms with tracks labeled with letters from P to V (tracks A to L are located inside Gare de Lyon).The station is named after the Bercy neighborhood where it is located, and the subtitle name refers to the Bourgogne (English: Burgundy) and Auvergne regions that are served by trains departing from this station. The station is close to the Bercy sports arena on the Boulevard de Bercy, a short distance from the Gare d'Austerlitz, and offers connections to the Paris Métro Line 6 and Line 14 at Bercy Métro station.

The Astroparticle and Cosmology (APC) laboratory in Paris gathers researchers (experimentalists, theorists and observers) working in different areas including high-energy astrophysics, cosmology, gravitation, and neutrino physics.The institute was founded in January 2005 and soon moved to new campus of Paris Diderot University in the Paris Rive Gauche area. The laboratory is a "Mixed Research Unit" in French terminology, funded by Paris Diderot University, the Centre national de la recherche scientifique (represented by three of its Institutes: mainly IN2P3, but also INSU and INP), the Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives, and the Paris Observatory. The first director of the laboratory was Pierre Binetruy (2005-2013). From January 2014 until December 2017 the director was Stavros Katsanevas, followed by Sotiris Loucatos, and Antoine Kouchner (since July 2018).

Dugommier (French pronunciation: ​[dyɡɔmje]) is a station of the Paris Métro on line 6 in the 12th arrondissement. The station opened on 1 March 1909 with the opening of the original section of line 6 from Place d'Italie to Nation (although part of line 5—some dating back to 2 October 1900—was incorporated into line 6 on 12 October 1942). It is named after the Rue Dugommier, which was named after Jacques François Dugommier (1738–1794), a general and member of the Convention, which governed France, 1792–1795. It was the location of the Barrière de Charenton, a gate built for the collection of taxation as part of the Wall of the Farmers-General; the gate was built between 1784 and 1788 and demolished during the nineteenth century.Nearby are the Promenade Plantée—a 4.5 kilometres (2.8 mi) long elevated garden along the abandoned railway which led to the former Gare de La Bastille railway station—and the town hall of the 12th arrondissement.

The Great Mills of Paris (Grands Moulins de Paris) are former industrial flourmills which were built in Paris during World War I; they have now been rebuilt and become part of a university campus situated on “Quai Panhard-et-Levassor”. This campus is part of the Paris Rive Gauche development project, in the area known as “quartier de la Gare”, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

Paris Diderot University, also known as Paris 7 (French: Université Paris Diderot), was a French university located in Paris, France. It was one of the inheritors of the historic University of Paris, which was split into 13 universities in 1970. Paris Diderot merged with Paris Descartes University in 2019 to form Paris Cité University. With two Nobel Prize laureates, two Fields Medal winners and two former French Ministers of Education among its faculty or former faculty, the university was famous for its teaching in science, especially in mathematics. Many fundamental results of the theory of probability were discovered at one of its research centres, the Laboratoire de Probabilités et Modèles Aléatoires (Laboratory of Probability and Random Models).
