Raynes Park Vale Football Club is a semi-professional football club based in Raynes Park in the London Borough of Merton, England. The club is affiliated to the Surrey County Football Association and is a FA Charter Standard Club. They play in the Combined Counties League Premier Division South and play their home games at Prince George's Playing Fields, Grand Drive.

Raynes Park is a residential suburb, railway station and local centre near Wimbledon, London, and is within the London Borough of Merton. It is situated southwest of Wimbledon Common, to the northwest of Wimbledon Chase and to the east of New Malden, in South West London. It is 7.8 miles (12.5 km) southwest of Charing Cross. Cannon Hill Common is a public park in the London Borough of Merton. It is situated near Raynes Park and Morden. It is also the location of a Local Nature Reserve and the Paddock Allotments.

East Pyl Brook is a 3.9 km (2.4 mi) long stream (brook) in Greater London, England, that is a tributary to Pyl Brook, itself a tributary of Beverley Brook. Rising in the suburb of Rosehill in the London Borough of Sutton, East Pyl Brook flows a westerly course for its entire length. After reaching the open green space of Morden Park, Morden, in the London Borough of Merton, East Pyl Brook flows under a neighbourhood in Lower Morden via a culvert then flows into Pyl Brook, near Morden Cemetery.

Harris Academy Wimbledon is coeducational secondary school located in the Wimbledon in Greater London, England. It is part of the Harris Federation multi-academy trust. It opened to pupils in September 2018 in temporary accommodation. It had a pre-opening Ofsted inspection.

St Matthew's Church, Wimbledon is a Church of England parish church on Durham Road in West Wimbledon, London. Its 1910 building by Ernest Charles Shearman was damaged during the Second World War and replaced in 1958 with the present one, designed by Sebastian Comper.

Derwent Floodwash is a 1.8 hectare Local Nature Reserve and Site of Borough Importance for Nature Conservation, Grade II, in Morden Park in the London Borough of Merton. It is owned by the London Borough of Wandsworth and managed by Merton Council. The site borders Pyl Brook, and it is designed to store flood waters when the brook overflows, preventing flooding of properties downstream.The Floodwash is a wet meadow which has uncommon flower species, such as spiked sedge and grass vetchling. Ponds have been created around the edges, which support dragonflies in the summer.There is access from Derwent Road.
