Rev. Plummer T. Hall House

John T and Mary Turner House is a historic home located at Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina. It was built about 1889, and is a two-story, side gable I-house with one-story sections at its rear. It incorporates Queen Anne and Colonial Revival-style design elements. It was constructed by John T. Turner, an African-American entrepreneur.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

The Willis M. Graves House, also known as the Graves-Fields House and Oakcrest, is a historic home located on Oberlin Road in Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina. It was built about 1884 in the freedmen's village of Oberlin, and is a two-story, frame Queen Anne style dwelling. It has a projecting, two-story polygonal bay capped by a very large gable; one-story wraparound porch; and a projecting, two-story square tower with a pyramidal roof. It was built by Willis M. Graves, an African-American brick mason.It was originally listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002 (#02000500). It was delisted in 2019 due to being relocated, but was relisted again in 2021.

The Rev. M.L. Latta House was a historic home located in the Oberlin neighborhood of Raleigh, North Carolina. It was the last remaining building from Latta University, a trade school for African Americans that operated from 1892 until 1920. The house was named after Morgan London Latta, a freedman and former slave who graduated from Shaw University after the Civil War. It was built about 1905, and was a substantial, two-story Queen Anne style residence with a Tuscan order wraparound porch. He founded Latta University to educate freedmen and orphans in Raleigh's African-American community and built the campus next to his house. His house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002, and designated a Raleigh Historic Landmark. On January 8, 2007, a fire destroyed the house, leaving only the manmade brick foundation. Before the fire, plans had been made by The Latta House Foundation to adapt the house as a cultural center. After the fire, the property owner gave the land to the city of Raleigh for use as a park.

Occidental Life Insurance Company Building is a historic office building located at Raleigh, North Carolina. The building is located in Cameron Village, North Carolina's first suburban shopping center. It was built in 1956, and is a four-story, 68,000 square-foot steel frame structure encapsulated in concrete. The building was design by architecture firm Kemp, Bunch & Jackson and in the International Style. It has a brick base, limestone walls, aluminum windows with green-tinted glass, and entrance canopies with rounded aluminum eaves. Prior to moving to this building, the Occidental Life Insurance Company offices were housed in the Professional Building for nearly 30 years.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Village District (formerly Cameron Village), was the first planned community to be developed in Raleigh, North Carolina. Development was started in 1947 when J.W. York and R.A Bryan bought 158 acres (64 ha) of undeveloped land two miles west of downtown Raleigh, near the North Carolina State University campus. The "village" was to consist of a shopping center, apartments, and single family homes. The area was renamed to Village District in 2021 to distance itself from the slave owning Cameron family, who owned Stagville Plantation, that it was originally named after.

It is located east of the Cameron Village Historic District. The house was built in 1951, and is a single-story, double-pile, Ranch-style house. It has a low pitched hipped roof and a gable-roofed breezeway joining the house to a side-gabled, single-car garage.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

Also on the property is a contributing two car garage and apartment building (late 1930s, 1950), herb house (c. 1937), front garden (1937-1938), back garden (1937 onward), herb garden (c. 1937), and brick terrace (1937-1938). It was the home of noted local artist Isabelle Bowen Henderson and representative of the Williamsburg Revival design movement in Raleigh.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

It has a low-pitched, gable-front roof, with a deep overhang. It features three-tiered floor-to-ceiling windows.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

It is located at 723 St. Mary's Street, Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. Broughton was named after businessman and politician, Needham B. Broughton, who contributed much to the public schools of the Raleigh area. Broughton is known for its castle-like stone facade design and tall bell tower. The architect was William Henley Deitrick.
