Holy Trinity Church, Heath Town

Heath Town railway station was a station built by the Wolverhampton and Walsall Railway in 1872, and was operated by the Midland Railway from 1876 onwards. It served the Heath Town area of Wolverhampton, and was located just off Grove Street. The station closed in 1910.

Wednesfield Heath railway station was a station built on the Grand Junction Railway and opened on 4 July 1837 as Wolverhampton: 23  (often signposted as Wednesfield Heath for Wolverhampton). It was the first railway station serving the town (now city) of Wolverhampton, and was located around a mile to the east of the city centre within the suburb of Heath Town, on Station Road (also known as Powell Street). It was designated as a First Class station. The station was closed in 1853, when it was replaced by a more centrally located station on the nearby Stour Valley Line. It reopened two years later, renamed Wednesfield Heath. The station was closed to passengers by the London and North Western Railway on 1 January 1873. The station remained open for goods traffic until 1965 when it was demolished - leaving only part of the northbound platform extant. Part of the area is now a nature reserve, called Station Fields. The lines through the station are in use today as a bypass for Wolverhampton.

Heath Park School (known as 'Heath Park') is a mixed secondary school and sixth form located in the Heath Town area of Wolverhampton in the West Midlands of England.Previously a community school administered by Wolverhampton City Council, Heath Park converted to academy status in December 2011. However the school continues to coordinate with Wolverhampton City Council for admissions. Heath Park offers GCSEs as programmes of study for pupils, while students in the sixth form have the option to study from a range of A-levels and BTECs. The sixth form provision is offered in conjunction with Moseley Park School.

New Cross Hospital is a hospital in the Heath Town district of Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England. It is located to the east of the city centre in Wednesfield and is managed by the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.

Heath Town is a district of the City of Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England, located east of the city centre. It is also a ward of City of Wolverhampton Council. The ward forms part of the Wolverhampton North East constituency. Heath Town ward borders the wards of Bushbury South and Low Hill, Fallings Park, Wednesfield North, Wednesfield South, East Park and St Peter's. As well as Heath Town, the ward covers parts of Park Village, Springfield, Horseley Fields and Wednesfield. It is home to New Cross Hospital (the city's main Hospital), Wolverhampton Railway station, Heath Park Secondary school and a Royal Mail distribution centre.

Park Village is an inner city area of Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England. It is situated in the north-east of the city on the A460 Cannock Road, which at that point is the border between the city council's Bushbury South and Low Hill and Heath Town wards.

Springfield is an area of Wolverhampton, England immediately north east of the city centre. It was the home of the Springfield Brewery from 1873 until 1991. The brewery site has been redeveloped by The University of Wolverhampton for its architecture and built environment 'super-campus', which includes the National Brownfield Institute. There are modern student residential blocks, one of which is the tallest structure in Wolverhampton. For local government, Springfield is within the ward of Heath Town.

Bentley Bridge Leisure Park is an extensive modern leisure/retail park located in the Wednesfield area of Wolverhampton in the West Midlands. It has been developed since the late 1990s, to the south of Wednesfield town centre. The park is split into two halves − a leisure area and a shopping area. The site is bounded by the Wyrley and Essington Canal and New Cross Hospital to the North and West, the recently built Wolverhampton Swimming and Fitness Centre to the South and Wednesfield Town to the East, which is easily accessed via a village link, consisting of an open plan amphitheatre style square, landscaped lawns and the newly built Wednesfield library. The first retailer to open was The Co-operative Food (owned by the then West Midlands Co-operative Society) but this was sold to Sainsbury's a few years later who subsequently expanded and refurbished the store.

The Chillington Iron Works opened in 1822. Foster, Rastrick and Company in Stourbridge played a role in equipping the works. An extensive 2 ft 6 in (762 mm) gauge tramway connected the ironworks with the Birmingham canal at Chillington Wharf, but had disappeared by the turn of the century. Steam locomotives from John Smith Village Foundry at Coven, were purchased for use on the line.

Deansfield is an area of Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England. It is situated in the city council's East Park ward, to the east of the city centre. Most of the housing in the area was built by the local council during the 1950s but has since been bought by private owners. St Matthias School (formerly Deansfield Community School), founded in 1968, is located in the area. It also has a main link road connecting Wednesfield to Bilston via Stowheath Lane. This provides a vital link to the Black Country and more importantly the Black Country Route, which provides access to towns such as West Bromwich, Wednesbury, Darlaston and Birmingham.

Fallings Park is a suburb of Wolverhampton, West Midlands, and a ward of Wolverhampton City Council. It is situated in the northeast of the city, bordering South Staffordshire and the Wednesfield North, Heath Town, Bushbury South and Low Hill and Bushbury North wards. It forms part of the Wolverhampton North East constituency. Fallings Park ward covers over 5,000 properties in the following areas: Longknowle, Newbolds, Scotlands, Underhill, Willows. The population of the Wolverhampton Ward taken at the 2011 census was 12,410.A 50-house model housing exhibition was erected by Wolverhampton council at Fallings Park in 1908, but the planned housing estate was never completed due to the outbreak of World War I in 1914.
