Grasse

Communauté d'agglomération du Pays de Grasse is an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Grasse. It is located in the Alpes-Maritimes department, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, southeastern France. It was created in January 2014. Its seat is in Grasse. Its area is 489.9 km2. Its population was 101,594 in 2017, of which 50,396 in Grasse proper.

The arrondissement of Grasse is an arrondissement of France in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. It has 62 communes. Its population is 561,067 (2016), and its area is 1,231.2 km2 (475.4 sq mi).

The canton of Grasse-1 is an administrative division of the Alpes-Maritimes department, southeastern France. It was created at the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. Its seat is in Grasse.It consists of the following communes:

The former French Catholic diocese of Grasse was founded in the 4th or 5th century as the diocese of Antibes. It was originally suffragan to the Archbishop of Aix, and then to the Archbishop of Embrun. The see moved from Antibes to Grasse in 1244. It remained at Grasse Cathedral until the French Revolution. The diocese was suppressed by the Concordat of 1801, its territory passing to the diocese of Nice.

Grasse Cathedral, now the Church of Notre-Dame-du-Puy (French: Cathédrale Notre-Dame-du-Puy de Grasse), is a 12th-century Roman Catholic church located in Grasse, Alpes-Maritimes, France. The former cathedral is in the Romanesque architectural style, and is a national monument.As a cathedral it was the seat of the Bishop of Grasse. The diocese of Grasse was abolished under the Concordat of 1801 and since then the building has been a parish church.

Grasse station (French: Gare de Grasse) is a railway station serving Grasse, Alpes-Maritimes department, southeastern France. It is the terminus of the Cannes-la-Bocca to Grasse Railway Line from Cannes. The station opened in 1871, and was closed after 1938 until it was rebuilt and reopened in 2005. From 1909 until 1938, the station was connected to Grasse's town centre by the Grasse Funicular. Proposals to rebuild a funicular have been ongoing since 2005. The station is served by regional trains (TER Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) to Cannes, Antibes and Nice.

Cabris (French pronunciation: [kabʁis]; Italian: Cabri, formerly) is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southeastern France. The commune, just east of Grasse, is part of Préalpes d'Azur Regional Natural Park. The village of Cabris is a village perché; its parish church Notre-Dame de l'Assomption dates back to 1630.

Peymeinade (French pronunciation: [pɛmenad]; Occitan: Puegmeinada) is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in southeastern France.

Châteauneuf-Grasse (French: [ʃɑtonœf ɡʁas]; Occitan: Castèunòu de Grassa), alternatively known as names are Châteauneuf de Grasse or simply Châteauneuf, is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southeastern France. Châteauneuf-Grasse is situated on the French Riviera, just over 4 km (2.4 mi) from Grasse and 21 km (13 mi) from Cannes; it borders the villages of Plascassier and Opio. It extends across 895 hectares (2,211 acres) and has a population of over 3,600 inhabitants. It is divided into two districts: Pré-du-Lac (where most of the commerce is found) and Le Vignal.

Spéracèdes (French pronunciation: [speʁasɛd]; Occitan: Las Perascedas; Italian, formerly: Speiraceta) is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southeastern France. Part of Préalpes d'Azur Regional Natural Park, Spéracèdes is located 7 km (4.3 mi) east of Grasse and 25 km (15.5 mi) northeast of Cannes on the Mediterranean coast. Its inhabitants are called Spéracèdois (masculine) and Spéracèdoises (feminine) in French.

Auribeau-sur-Siagne (French pronunciation: ​[oʁibo syʁ sjaɲ], literally Auribeau on Siagne; Occitan: Auribèu de Sianha) is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of south-eastern France. The inhabitants of the commune are known as Auribélois or Auribéloises.
