Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is an NHS foundation trust located in the suburb of Broadgreen within the city of Liverpool, England. It manages the Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital which serves the population of Merseyside, North West England, North Wales and the Isle of Man but also provides some specialist services for patients from all areas of the United Kingdom performing up to 12,000 procedures a year.

Dixons Broadgreen Academy is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form located in Liverpool, England. It was formerly known as Broadgreen High School, Broadgreen Community Comprehensive, and Broadgreen International School.The school eventually converted to academy status in December 2021 and is now sponsored by the Dixons Academies Trust.

Broadgreen Hospital is a teaching hospital in the eastern suburb of Broadgreen in the city of Liverpool, England. The hospital, alongside the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and Liverpool University Dental Hospital in the city centre is managed by the Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Broadgreen ward is an electoral district of Liverpool City Council. It was created in 1953. Its boundaries were changed for the 1973 and 1980 elections. The ward was dissolved prior to the 2004 Liverpool City Council election and distributed into the new Knotty Ash ward, and small parts of the Old Swan and Yew Tree wards.The 2022 review by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England decided that the existing 30 wards each represented by three Councillors should be replaced by 64 wards represented by 85 councillors with varying representation by one, two or three councillors per ward. The Broadgreen ward was recreated as a smaller, single-member ward from a section of the previous Knotty Ash and Old Swan wards. The new ward is roughly bounded by Edge Lane Drive, Bowring Park Road, the North Liverpool Extension Line, Alder Road, Queens Drive, Cunningham Road, and Oakhill Road.

Broadgreen (officially Broad Green) is an eastern suburb of Liverpool, Merseyside, England. On the edge of the city, it is bordered by Old Swan to the north-west, Knotty Ash to the north-east, Childwall to the south and, further east, Bowring Park. Until 2004, it was a Liverpool City Council ward.

Knotty Ash & Stanley railway station was located on the North Liverpool Extension Line to the north of the East Prescot Road, Knotty Ash, Liverpool, England. The station opened in 1879 as "Old Swan & Knotty Ash". It was renamed "Knotty Ash & Stanley" in 1888, but it was always referred to locally simply as "Knotty Ash". The station nameboards read "Knotty Ash".It closed to passengers on 7 November 1960, to general goods in 1965 and completely in 1972. The line through the station was used by freight trains until 1975, the tracks were lifted in early 1979. By 2015 the trackbed though the station site formed part of the Trans Pennine Trail.

Broadgreen Primary School, is a primary school located in Liverpool, Old Swan, England. The primary school has 289 pupils in total. The school now has a new headteacher, Mrs A. M. Moore, who officially started in September 2012.

Springfield Park is a 22-acre (8.9 ha) park in Liverpool, England. It is located in the suburb of Knotty Ash, and lies to the north of Prescot Road. Much of the park is now occupied by the newly rebuilt Alder Hey Children's Hospital, which opened in October 2015. The park has a direct track that links to the Trans Pennine Trail. It also has a path that leads into Alder Veterinary Hospital's Car-park and then continues to Eaton Road.

Childwall is a Liverpool City Council Ward in the Liverpool Wavertree Parliamentary constituency. The population of this ward at the 2011 census was 13,098. The ward boundary was changed at the 2004 municipal elections to take in a small part of the former Valley ward and losing part to the new Wavertree ward.

Broad Green railway station is a railway station serving the Broadgreen district of Liverpool, England. It is situated 3+1⁄2 miles (5.6 km) east of Liverpool Lime Street. Electrically powered trains have been operating through the station since March 2015, using Class 319 EMUs.

Thingwall House was a Jacobethan manor house built in 1869 by Henry Arthur Bright, the shipping magnate, and was originally known as Ashfield. It is set on a 4.8-acre (19,000 m2) site in the district of Knotty Ash, Liverpool, England. It should not be confused with Thingwall Hall, a local stately home just a few minutes walk further south. In 1921 it was bequeathed by the Bright family to the city of Liverpool on condition that it was held in trust to be used as a home for 'girls of feeble mind'. It was owned by the Knotty Ash Special School Trust with Liverpool City Council serving as its trustees.
