The Pinkston–Mays Store Building is a historic commercial building at 107-109 Lackston Street in Lowell, Arkansas. It is a two-story brick building with a flat roof, and is divided into two storefronts, separated by a stairway leading to the second floor. The two storefronts are arranged identically, with a central entrance flanked by fixed glass windows. The elements of the first floor facade are separated by brick pilaster, and the storefronts are highlighted by brick corbelling above. Built in 1902, the building is a little-altered local example of early 20th century commercial architecture.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The Springfield to Fayetteville Road-Cross Hollow Segment is a 2-mile (3.2 km) section of a historic 19th-century road in Benton County, Arkansas. The road is now designated Old Wire Road, and the historic segment runs northward from its junction with County Road 620, northeast of Lowell. This road bed is a part of one of the first roads built in the area, running from Fayetteville, Arkansas to Springfield, Missouri. Built in 1835, the road bed has its original width (about 20 feet (6.1 m)) and original embankments. The road is notable as part of the northern route of the Trail of Tears, when Native Americans living east of the Mississippi River were forcibly relocated to what is now Oklahoma, and for its use in military operations during the American Civil War. It is the longest known intact segment of the Trail of Tears in Arkansas.The road segment was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

Lowell is a city in Benton County, Arkansas, United States. Located within the Ozarks, first settlement was along Old Wire Road in the 1840s, and although destroyed during the Civil War, the community was reestablished by J. R. McClure and thrived when the St. Louis–San Francisco Railway came through the area in the 1880s. Today, the city is a growing bedroom community within the rapidly growing Northwest Arkansas region. Lowell is also home to the headquarters of trucking company J.B. Hunt. Lowell's population was 9,839 at the 2020 census, an increase of 34% since 2010.

Bethel Heights was a city in Benton County, Arkansas, United States. Always a small, sparsely populated community, the region coalesced around a school named Bethel in the late 19th century but did not incorporate until 1967 to avoid annexation by larger neighboring communities. The town offered police and fire protection and wastewater service to residents, but sent students to Springdale Public Schools and purchased water from Springdale Water Utilities. By the 21st century, Northwest Arkansas was gaining population rapidly, and Bethel Heights reincorporated as a city and grew from a population of 714 in 2000 to 2,372 at the 2010 census. Growth put pressure on the city's subsurface discharge wastewater treatment system, and following a series of wastewater treatment plant violations, voters dissolved the city and completely annexed into Springdale in August 2020.

Accident is an unincorporated community in Township 2, Benton County, Arkansas, United States. It is located near Highway 264 north of Bethel Heights.

The Beasley Homestead is a historic house and farmstead on US Highway 71 Business (US 71B) in Bethel Heights, Arkansas. The main house, a Bungalow-style single-story structure built in 1927, is of a type common to Benton County in the 1920s. The outbuildings of the farmstead, including a barn, machine shed, and chicken house, were built at the same time and with similar detailing. The complex makes a rare complete and well-preserved farmstead from the period.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The McCleod House is a historic house on South Mills Lane in Springdale, Arkansas. It is a 1+1/2 story wood frame I-house, with a projecting single-story porch on the front, and a leanto section on the back, giving the house a saltbox shape. A gable at the center of the front facade contains a door giving access to the upper level of the porch. The house, built c. 1866, is a well-preserved example of a once-common housing form.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Rabbit Foot Lodge is a historic house at 3600 Silent Grove Road in Springdale, Arkansas. Sited on 100 acres (40 ha) northwest of downtown Springdale, it is a large two-story log structure, fashioned from materials gathered on the property in 1908. A distinctive combination of Ozark and Adirondack styling, it architecturally resembles an American Foursquare house, with a distinctive roofline that includes pyramidal elements with flared eaves. The exterior walls, as well as major interior walls, are fashioned from logs that were squared to about 6 by 8 inches (15 cm × 20 cm). Exterior walls were joined with large spikes, while the interior walls were joined to the exterior ones with mortise and tenon joints. When the house was built it received immediate notice in architectural and popular circles. It was owned for a time by Arkansas politician J. William Fulbright. The house (along with about 24 acres (9.7 ha) of surrounding land) was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
