Fitzgerald Station and Farmstead is a collection of historic buildings and structures in Springdale, Arkansas associated with the Butterfield Overland Mail Trail. Historically the site of a tavern popular with travelers heading west prior to the establishment of the Butterfield Trail, the property became a station along the route in the 1850s. Today, the property retains an original 1850s barn built as a waypoint along the route, as well as an 1870s house and associated outbuildings. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in May 2003.

Bethel Heights was a city in Benton County, Arkansas, United States. Always a small, sparsely populated community, the region coalesced around a school named Bethel in the late 19th century but did not incorporate until 1967 to avoid annexation by larger neighboring communities. The town offered police and fire protection and wastewater service to residents, but sent students to Springdale Public Schools and purchased water from Springdale Water Utilities. By the 21st century, Northwest Arkansas was gaining population rapidly, and Bethel Heights reincorporated as a city and grew from a population of 714 in 2000 to 2,372 at the 2010 census. Growth put pressure on the city's subsurface discharge wastewater treatment system, and following a series of wastewater treatment plant violations, voters dissolved the city and completely annexed into Springdale in August 2020.

KYNG (1590 kHz) is a commercial AM radio station licensed to Springdale, Arkansas. The station broadcasts a sports format. The station is currently owned by Cumulus Media. It is programmed along with co-owned 92.1 KQSM-FM as "The Ticket". Both stations carry nationally syndicated sports shows from CBS Sports Radio.

The Beasley Homestead is a historic house and farmstead on US Highway 71 Business (US 71B) in Bethel Heights, Arkansas. The main house, a Bungalow-style single-story structure built in 1927, is of a type common to Benton County in the 1920s. The outbuildings of the farmstead, including a barn, machine shed, and chicken house, were built at the same time and with similar detailing. The complex makes a rare complete and well-preserved farmstead from the period.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The Green Barn was a historic barn on McClure Avenue in Lowell, Arkansas. It was a square structure with a pyramidal roof topped by a square louvered cupola, that had shed-roof leantos on three sides. The building was earthfast, with posts set in the ground. Built c. 1910, it had an unusual shape differing significantly from typical barns of the area.The barn was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, at which time it was reported to be significantly deteriorated; and has since been destroyed.

The Springfield to Fayetteville Road-Cross Hollow Segment is a 2-mile (3.2 km) section of a historic 19th-century road in Benton County, Arkansas. The road is now designated Old Wire Road, and the historic segment runs northward from its junction with County Road 620, northeast of Lowell. This road bed is a part of one of the first roads built in the area, running from Fayetteville, Arkansas to Springfield, Missouri. Built in 1835, the road bed has its original width (about 20 feet (6.1 m)) and original embankments. The road is notable as part of the northern route of the Trail of Tears, when Native Americans living east of the Mississippi River were forcibly relocated to what is now Oklahoma, and for its use in military operations during the American Civil War. It is the longest known intact segment of the Trail of Tears in Arkansas.The road segment was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

The Pinkston–Mays Store Building is a historic commercial building at 107-109 Lackston Street in Lowell, Arkansas. It is a two-story brick building with a flat roof, and is divided into two storefronts, separated by a stairway leading to the second floor. The two storefronts are arranged identically, with a central entrance flanked by fixed glass windows. The elements of the first floor facade are separated by brick pilaster, and the storefronts are highlighted by brick corbelling above. Built in 1902, the building is a little-altered local example of early 20th century commercial architecture.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The House at 712 N. Mill Street in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is a particularly fine local example of Craftsman/Bungalow style architecture. Built c. 1914, it is a 1+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure, set on a foundation of rusticated concrete blocks. The walls are finished in novelty siding, and there is a shed-roof porch extending across most of its front, supported by slightly tapered box columns mounted on concrete piers. The area under the porch includes exposed rafter ends. A gable-roof dormer with three sash windows pierces the roof above the porch.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Shiloh Historic District is a historic area of downtown Springdale, Arkansas listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The district encompasses eighteen significant buildings within its 32 acres (13 ha), with eight having historic or architectural significance and twelve relating to the early commercial and industrial development of Springdale. Also included within the area are several roads of historic significance to the city. The district covers an area straddling Spring Brook, around which the community developed beginning in the 1830s, and is roughly centered on the 1870 Shiloh Church building, which is the community's oldest surviving building.

Shiloh Church is a historic church at Huntsville and Main Streets in Springdale, Arkansas. It is a two-story wood-frame structure, finished with wooden clapboards and topped by a gable roof with a small belfry. Decoration is relatively plain, with pilastered corners, a plain entablature along the side walls, and transom windows above the pair of entrances on the main facade. Built in 1870, it is the oldest surviving building in Springdale. It was used for many years as both a church (by multiple denominations) and the local Masonic lodge. By the late 1920s it had been abandoned by all of these users, and was acquired in 1932 by the local chapter of the International Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF), which used it as its lodge. The IOOF chapter deeded the building to the city in 2005. The church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

The Price Produce and Service Station is a collection of three related commercial buildings at 413, 415, and 417 East Emma Avenue in Springdale, Arkansas. It includes one building that hosted an automotive filling station and produce shop, a second that traditionally housed a barbershop, and a third structure, originally open but now enclosed and housing a residence, that was used as an automobile service area. The buildings were all built in 1934, and are united by common Art Deco styling, most prominently lancet-topped pilasters that rise above the height of their roofs. The complex is regarded as a fine local example of vernacular Art Deco, and as a surviving element of the automotive culture of the 1930s.The buildings were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

The Beely-Johnson American Legion Post 139 is a historic meeting hall at 200 North Spring Street in Springdale, Arkansas. It is a single-story vernacular structure, built out of rough-cut stone laid in irregular courses, and topped by a gable roof. The building is one of the few remaining stone buildings on Springdale. It was built in 1934 with locally raised funding after a grant proposal to the Civil Works Administration, a federal government jobs program, was rejected. The building has served as a meeting point for a large number of local civic organizations, and has been used as a polling place.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007 for its architecture and role in the area's social history.
