North Chili is a hamlet in Chili, Monroe County, New York, United States. The community is located at the intersection of New York State Route 33 and New York State Route 259, 10.3 miles (16.6 km) west-southwest of downtown Rochester.

Ogden is a town in Monroe County, New York, United States. The population was 20,270 at the 2020 census. The Erie Canal passes through the Town of Ogden.

Chili ( CHY-ly) is a town in Monroe County, New York, United States. The population was 29,123 at the 2020 census. It is a suburb of the city of Rochester. The Town of Chili was established in 1822 from part of the Town of Riga. North Chili was a stop on the Underground Railroad. Black Creek Park is one of many parks in Chili where visitors can make use of nature trails that run along the creek.

Black Creek Park is a park in Monroe County, New York, about ten miles (16 km) southwest of the city of Rochester. It is a relatively undeveloped 1,505-acre (6.09 km2) park operated by Monroe County, including soccer and baseball fields, as well as a number of trails for hiking, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing; picnic areas, a sledding hill, and two enclosed lodges. The current foreman is Ed Britton. The main entrance is at 3835 Union Street, south of Chili Avenue (Route 33A), in Chili, New York. Black Creek runs across the north edge of the park, and wetlands associated with the Mill Creek cross the park near the south side. The Chili Historical Society is located at the southeast edge of the park (entrance on Union Street). In the spring of 2018, the local volunteer trail management group #TrailsROC installed a Fairy Trail on a brand new path near the Woodside Lodge. The intention for the trail is to be a community place for families. The trail is about 1 mile long, and in the spring of 2019, has about 40 Fairy Houses.

Spencerport High School is the only high school in the Spencerport Central School District, located at 2707 Spencerport Road, in Spencerport, New York, United States. Led by Principal Sean McCabe, the school has over 1200 students and staff and offers a wide variety of courses from Photography to Sports and Entertainment Marketing.The school is two stories high and has two gymnasiums, two cafeterias, and a pool. The new larger eight-lane pool with a diving area was built in 2008, and is currently finished. A weight room with brand new equipment and an extra practice room used for cheerleading, wrestling, and baseball is also available. In 2003 the school built an auditorium that seats one thousand people, and hosts multiple school and community events. Also recently built was an additional hallway for health, second language, technology, and the academy classes.

The Village of Spencerport is within the Town of Ogden and is a village on the Erie Canal. Spencerport Airpark (D91) is a grass strip general aviation airport south of the village.

Spencerport Methodist Church, also known as Spencerport United Methodist Church, is a historic Methodist church located at Spencerport in Monroe County, New York, United States. It is a Romanesque style, three- by seven-bay church building constructed of brick on a foundation of Medina sandstone. Initially constructed in 1870–1871, the interior was updated in 1909 to the Akron Plan precepts for church design.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

William Payne House is a historic home located at Greece, Monroe County, New York. It was built in 1905, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, Queen Anne style frame dwelling with a hipped and cross-gable roof. It is sheathed in clapboard and features a full-with front porch. Also on the property is a contributing carriage house.: 3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.

Churchville is a village in Monroe County, New York, United States. According to the 2010 census, the population was 1,961. The village is named after Samuel Church, an early settler.The village is west of the City of Rochester in the north part of the Town of Riga. It is at the intersection of Routes 33 and 36, north of Interstate 490. Churchville Park and golf course are north of the village near Hutton Circle and Kendall Road.

WHAM (1180 kHz) is a commercial clear channel AM radio station in Rochester, New York, United States. It is owned by iHeartMedia and airs a news/talk radio format. The studios and offices are at Five Star Bank Plaza in downtown Rochester. Its 50,000-watt non-directional transmitter, located in Chili, New York, operates the maximum power for commercial AM stations in the United States and Canada. During the day, it provides at least secondary coverage to all of Western New York, including Buffalo. It can also be heard in much of Southern Ontario, including Toronto, Peterborough, and Kingston. At night, WHAM can be received across much of the Eastern United States and Eastern Canada with a good radio. It is the Emergency Alert System's primary entry point station for Western New York.

Adams-Ryan House is a historic inn located at Adams Basin in the town of Ogden in Monroe County, New York. It was constructed about 1825 and is a rare surviving example of an inn that operated along the towpath of the Erie Canal. The original structure reflects a vernacular Federal style. Later alterations added vernacular Greek Revival style details. Throughout the 19th century there were several additions to the original structure and in 1912 it underwent further alterations and remodeling. It ceased operating as an inn in 1916 and was virtually abandoned between 1939 and 1972. Also on the property are a contributing barn and privy. It is now operated as a bed and breakfast. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 5, 1985.
