Spencerport is a village in Monroe County, New York, United States, and a suburb of Rochester. The population count was 3,601 at the 2010 census. The Village of Spencerport is within the Town of Ogden and is a village on the Erie Canal. Spencerport Airpark (D91) is a grass strip general aviation airport south of the village.

Spencerport Methodist Church, also known as Spencerport United Methodist Church, is a historic Methodist church located at Spencerport in Monroe County, New York, United States. It is a Romanesque style, three- by seven-bay church building constructed of brick on a foundation of Medina sandstone. Initially constructed in 1870–1871, the interior was updated in 1909 to the Akron Plan precepts for church design.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

Spencerport High School is the only high school in the Spencerport Central School District, located at 2707 Spencerport Road, in Spencerport, New York, United States. Led by Principal Sean McCabe, the school has over 1200 students and staff and offers a wide variety of courses from Photography to Sports and Entertainment Marketing.The school is two stories high and has two gymnasiums, two cafeterias, and a pool. The new larger eight-lane pool with a diving area was built in 2008, and is currently finished. A weight room with brand new equipment and an extra practice room used for cheerleading, wrestling, and baseball is also available. In 2003 the school built an auditorium that seats one thousand people, and hosts multiple school and community events. Also recently built was an additional hallway for health, second language, technology, and the academy classes.

Roberts Wesleyan University is a private Christian university in Rochester, New York. It was the first educational institution established for Free Methodists in North America. Roberts is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.

North Chili is a hamlet in Chili, Monroe County, New York, United States. The community is located at the intersection of New York State Route 33 and New York State Route 259, 10.3 miles (16.6 km) west-southwest of downtown Rochester.

Adams Basin is a hamlet in Monroe County, New York, United States. The hamlet is the location of the Adams-Ryan House, a historic Erie Canal inn listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985 and now operated as a bed and breakfast. Adams Basin is located in the northwestern corner of the town of Ogden. Though fully surrounded by the Spencerport zip code of 14559, the hamlet has its own post office with zip code 14410. Adams Basin is within the Brockport Central School District

Adams-Ryan House is a historic inn located at Adams Basin in the town of Ogden in Monroe County, New York. It was constructed about 1825 and is a rare surviving example of an inn that operated along the towpath of the Erie Canal. The original structure reflects a vernacular Federal style. Later alterations added vernacular Greek Revival style details. Throughout the 19th century there were several additions to the original structure and in 1912 it underwent further alterations and remodeling. It ceased operating as an inn in 1916 and was virtually abandoned between 1939 and 1972. Also on the property are a contributing barn and privy. It is now operated as a bed and breakfast. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 5, 1985.

William Payne House is a historic home located at Greece, Monroe County, New York. It was built in 1905, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, Queen Anne style frame dwelling with a hipped and cross-gable roof. It is sheathed in clapboard and features a full-with front porch. Also on the property is a contributing carriage house.: 3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.

The Town of Chili was established in 1822 from part of the Town of Riga. North Chili was a stop on the Underground Railroad. Black Creek Park is one of many parks in Chili where visitors can make use of nature trails that run along the creek.

The Gates Chili Central School District is a public school district in Rochester, New York that serves approximately 4,000 students in most of the town of Gates and a large portion of the town of Chili in Monroe County, with over 850 employees and an operating budget of $100 million (approx. $25,628 per student).The Gates Chili school district opened in September 1956 as a consolidation of four Union free School districts (Thomas Edison, Warren Harding, Washington Irving and Florence Brasser), approved by voters of the four districts on December 8, 1955. The District celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2006. The average class size is 22 students (elementary), and 21 students (middle-high school). The student–teacher ratio is 13:1 (elementary), 13:1 (middle-high school). Christopher Dailey was selected by the Board of Education to serve as Superintendent of Schools beginning in July 2019. The former superintendent, Kimberle Ward, left the position in December 2018, with Carol Stehm serving as Interim Superintendent.
