Greyhound Lines operated a bus station and terminal in Portland, Oregon's Old Town Chinatown, until 2019. The building was closed to the public, and as of fall 2020 was slated to operate as a temporarily homeless shelter.

Union Station/Northwest 6th & Hoyt and Union Station/Northwest 5th & Glisan are light rail stations on the MAX Green, Orange and Yellow Lines in Portland, Oregon. They are the first stops southbound on the Portland Transit Mall MAX extension. The Union Station/Northwest 6th & Hoyt Street station is served only by the Green and Yellow Lines, and the Union Station/Northwest 5th & Glisan Street station is served only by the Green and Orange Lines. Originally, from the opening of these stations in 2009 until 2015, the Yellow Line served both, but in September 2015 the then-new Orange Line replaced the Yellow Line at all southbound stations on the transit mall. The stations are built into the sidewalks of 5th and 6th Avenues, with the 5th Avenue platform used by southbound trains and the 6th Avenue platform by northbound trains. They are located next to Union Station, where there are connections to Amtrak and Greyhound buses. When opened on August 30, 2009, the stations were located in Fareless Square (within fare zone 1), which was renamed the Free Rail Zone four months later, but the fare-free zone was eliminated in 2012 when TriMet discontinued all use of fare zones.

The Hoyt Hotel was a 175-room hotel located in Portland, Oregon. Harvey Dick purchased the hotel in 1941. In 1962, he renovated the hotel and added the Barbary Coast Lounge and Roaring 20s Room, a nightclub that attracted celebrities such as Johnny Carson, Duke Ellington, and Anne Francis. Dick closed the hotel in 1972 due to declining business.

Portland Union Station is a train station in Portland, Oregon, United States, situated near the western shore of the Willamette River in Old Town Chinatown. It serves as an intermediate stop for Amtrak's Cascades and Coast Starlight routes and, along with King Street Station in Seattle, is one of two western termini of the Empire Builder. The station is a major transport hub for the Portland metropolitan area with connections to MAX Light Rail, the Portland Streetcar, and local and intercity bus services. The station building contains Wilf's Restaurant & Bar on the ground level and offices on the upper floors. It also has Amtrak's first Metropolitan Lounge on the West Coast, which is reserved for first-class sleeping car and business-class passengers.Southeast of the station, the tracks make a sharp turn and cross the river on the historic Steel Bridge. To the northwest, they follow the river, passing through rail yards before crossing the river again on the Burlington Northern Railroad Bridge 5.1. The station is owned by the city of Portland and operated by Prosper Portland, the city's urban renewal agency. The city earns $200,000 a year from nearly 30 tenants. Amtrak, the main tenant, has a continuing lease in 2021.

The Oregon Cracker Company Building is a historic structure located in Portland, Oregon, United States. Built around 1897 as a food processing plant, and expanded in 1901, it is one of Portland's finest Romanesque Revival buildings. The building also includes early examples of structural features that were innovative for the time, but which later became common. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

The Yamaguchi Hotel was a historic building in Portland, Oregon, in the United States. Located at the intersection of 4th Avenue and Glisan Street in the northwest Portland part of the Old Town Chinatown neighborhood, the building was owned by Blanchet House and they still own the lot. It was built in 1909 and demolished on March 21, 2023From 1921 to 1941 when this area was Japantown, it was the Yamaguchi Hotel. From 1952 to 2012, it was used by Blanchet House as a House of hospitality offering meals and homeless services. After Blanchet House moved nearby, the building sat vacant for 11 years until it was demolished.

SERA Architects is an American architectural firm headquartered in Portland, Oregon, with a second office in Oakland, California. It is the fifth largest architecture firm in Portland, offering architectural, interior design, and urban design and planning services. Founded in Portland in 1968 by Architect Bing Sheldon, who led the Portland Downtown Plan to revitalize the city’s urban core, the firm’s early work focused on historic renovations and adaptive reuse projects. In 2015, SERA opened a second office in Mountain View, California.The firm is known for its research and implementation of sustainable design. In 2014 and 2015, two of its projects were named among the top ten greenest in the U.S. by the American Institute of Architects.

The Dirty Duck building, or Dirty Duck Tavern building, was located at the intersection of Northwest Third Avenue and Glisan Street in Portland, Oregon's Old Town Chinatown neighborhood, in the United States. Originally called the Kiernan Building, the one-story structure earned its nickname from Gail's Dirty Duck Tavern, a gay bar that served as a tenant for 25 years.

The Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) is an art school of Willamette University and is located in Portland, Oregon. Established in 1909, the art school grants Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees and graduate degrees including the Master of Fine Arts (MFA) and Master of Arts (MA) degrees. It has an enrollment of about 500 students. The college merged with Willamette University in 2021.The college has 12 Bachelor of Fine Arts majors and eight graduate programs, a dual-degree MA/MFA option, and a Post-Baccalaureate program within the Hallie Ford School of Graduate Studies. PNCA also provides Community Education in art and design to the local community.

The 511 Federal Building is a former federal post office that is currently known as the Arlene and Harold Schnitzer Center for Art and Design of the Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) in Portland, Oregon, United States. PNCA moved into the building in February 2015, after a $32 million remodeling project.Previous occupants of the building included the Department of Homeland Security offices for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as well as the Department of Agriculture. The building was constructed in 1916–1918 and opened in 1919 after being commissioned by the Secretary of the Treasury, one of the last post offices built under the 1893 Tarsney Act, and cost $1 million. It was designed by architect Lewis P. Hobart. It is located between Portland's Old Town Chinatown and the Pearl District. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, as the U.S. Post Office. The building is six stories tall and has a footprint of approximately 20,000 square feet (1,900 m2). It has a basement and sub-basement, complete with walled off shanghai tunnels.

Festival Lanterns is an outdoor 2006 art installation consisting of granite and steel sculptures by American artist Brian Goldbloom, installed in northwest Portland, Oregon, in the United States. The work is administered by the Regional Arts & Culture Council.
