Wotanstein (Hesse)

Mader Stein, or Maderstein, is a 265 m (869 ft) (NHN) high hill in North Hesse, Schwalm-Eder-Kreis, north-east of the village of Maden, which belongs to the town of Gudensberg.

Goldbach is a river of Hesse, Germany. It is a tributary of the Ems near Gudensberg.

It was created in 1866 when Prussia annexed the Electorate of Hesse, forming part of the new Province of Hesse-Nassau. Pilgerbach is a 8-kilometre-long (5.0 mi) river of north Hesse, Germany, in the district of Edermünde. It is a westerly tributary of the Eder into which it flows near Edermünde-Grifte, just before the Eder flows into the Fulda. The name Pilgerbach can be translated in English as Pilgrim's stream.

Felsberg is a town in the Schwalm-Eder district about 25 kilometres (16 miles) south of Kassel.

The Rhünda (German pronunciation: [ˈrhʏnda]), also called the Rhündabach, is a 12.9 kilometres (8.0 mi) long, eastern tributary of the River Schwalm in the Schwalm-Eder-Kreis, North Hesse, Germany.

The Schwalm is a river in Hesse, Germany, right tributary of the Eder. It rises on the north side of the Vogelsberg Mountains. It flows north through Alsfeld, Schwalmstadt and Borken. The Schwalm flows into the Eder near Wabern, east of Fritzlar, after a total length of 97 km (60 mi). The main tributaries are the Efze, the Gilsa, the Grenff and the Antrift.

Edermünde is a municipality in northern Hesse, Germany.

The Rhünda Skull is a fossil human skull that was found just outside the village of Rhünda in North Hesse, Germany. It is dated to the Magdalenian, about 12,000 years old.
