The Gus J. Solomon United States Courthouse is a federal courthouse located in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. Completed in 1933, it previously housed the United States District Court for the District of Oregon until the Mark O. Hatfield United States Courthouse opened in 1997. The Renaissance Revival courthouse currently is used by commercial tenants and formerly housed a U.S. Postal Service branch. In 1979, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places as U.S. Courthouse.

Ventana al Pacifico ("Window on the Pacific" in English) is an outdoor 1989 marble sculpture by Manuel Neri, located outside of the Gus J. Solomon United States Courthouse in downtown Portland, Oregon.

Ring of Time, also known as The Ring of Time, is an outdoor bronze sculpture by Hilda Grossman Morris, located at the entrance to the Standard Plaza in Portland, Oregon. The allegorical sculpture was created during 1965–1967 and is owned by the Standard Insurance Company.

The Ambassador Apartments is a historic building in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. Since 1979, it has been on the National Register of Historic Places.Described as Jacobean, the Ambassador Apartments is unique in Portland for substituting Idaho sandstone instead of the glazed terra-cotta common in the facades and trim of structures dating from the 1920s. It is a nine-story H-shaped building with about 6,000 square feet (560 m2) per floor.The building has been the residence of many prominent business and professional people, including lumber company owner Louis Gerlinger Sr. during 1929-1940 and William Simon U'Ren during 1927–1949. Edith Green maintained an office on the ground floor.Located on prime downtown real estate, the building has now been converted into condominiums. In 1999, the smallest unit available was advertised for $148,000.

PacWest Center is a 30-story, 127.41 m (418.0 ft) office skyscraper in Portland, Oregon. It is the fifth-tallest building in Portland, and the fourth largest with 491,528 sq ft (45,664.4 m2). The building was designed by Hugh Stubbins & Associates of Cambridge, Massachusetts, and completed in 1984.

City Reflections is an outdoor 2009 bronze sculpture by Patti Warashina, located in downtown Portland, Oregon.

Standard Plaza is a 16-story office building in downtown Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon. At 222 feet (68 m) in height, it was the largest office building in Oregon when it was completed in 1963. The 217,000-square-foot (20,200 m2) structure, occupying a city block on SW 6th Avenue between Main Street and Madison Street, is owned by Standard Insurance Company, which also owns the neighboring Standard Insurance Center. It was designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in the international style.

Southwest 6th & Madison Street and City Hall/Southwest 5th & Jefferson Street stations are a pair of light rail stations on the MAX Green, Orange and Yellow Lines in Portland, Oregon. It is the fifth stop southbound on the Portland Transit Mall extension. The stations are built into the sidewalks of 5th and 6th Avenues, with the 5th Avenue platform heading southbound and the 6th Avenue platform northbound. They are located at the base of the PacWest Center. Points of interest include the Wells Fargo Center, the Portland Building, Portland City Hall, and other numerous government buildings in Downtown Portland. The station serves all bus lines on 5th Avenue and 45–Garden Home Rd, 58–Canyon Rd, 55-Hamilton and 38–Boones Ferry Rd. The stop ID number for the bus stop is 12791. On 5th Ave, lines 17–Hogate-Broadway, 9–Powell Blvd and 19–Woodstock-Gilsan are one block away from the station. The stop ID number for this bus stop is 7594. When opened on August 30, 2009, the stations were located in Fareless Square (within fare zone 1), which was renamed the Free Rail Zone four months later, in January 2010. However, the fare-free zone was eliminated in 2012, when TriMet discontinued all use of fare zones.

1000 Broadway is a 24-story office building in Portland, Oregon. The distinguishing feature of the building is a series of rings that form a dome over the center portion of its roof. Because of this, the building is nicknamed "The Ban Roll-on Building".The architectural firm of Broome, Oringdulph, O'Toole, Rudolph, and Associates designed the building. It was also Portland developer Tom Moyer's first major project. It reportedly cost US$90 million to build the tower. 1000 Broadway opened to the public in 1991.The half-block lot formerly hosted the Broadway Theater, an art deco movie house. Plans to restore and include the old marquee never came to fruition. However, a 4-screen multi-plex movie theater was built inside the new tower. Originally the new theater was operated by Act III Theaters, which had been formed from the chain started by Moyer. The 1000 Broadway theater, along with all Act III theaters, was later acquired by Regal Cinemas in 1998, which in turn closed the 1000 Broadway four-plex in September 2011.

The University Club of Portland is a private social club that was established in 1898 located in downtown Portland, Oregon. It is known as "Portland's Premier Private Social Club". The clubhouse was built in 1913 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.In 2017, the University Club voted in its first female president, Elizabeth Schleuning.

Congress Center (formerly the Orbanco Building and Security Pacific Plaza) is an office building completed in 1980 in Portland, Oregon. It is currently the ninth tallest building in the city. The building's current name dates to January 2002.

The Congress Hotel was a hotel in Portland, Oregon. The hotel has been demolished and replaced by the Congress Center.
