KVCP (88.3 FM) is a non-commercial educational radio station broadcasting a Conservative Christian radio format. Licensed to Phoenix, Arizona, it serves the Phoenix metropolitan area. The station is owned by VCY America, Inc. KVCP originally operated as a shared-time station; it broadcast from 5 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with the remaining hours used by Family Radio's KPHF for its Christian radio format. The stations' owners began this shared time arrangement in 1990 after both vying for the frequency. Both KVCP and KPHF used the same transmitter off Shaw Butte Trail in Phoenix. As of late March 2023, KVCP operates on a full-time basis.

KPHF (88.3 FM) was a radio station broadcasting a religious radio format. It was licensed to Phoenix, Arizona. The station was owned by Family Radio and aired several Christian ministry broadcasts from noted teachers such as RC Sproul, Alistair Begg, Ken Ham, John F. MacArthur, Adriel Sanchez, Dennis Rainey, John Piper, and others as well as traditional and modern hymns and songs by Keith & Kristyn Getty, The Master's Chorale, Fernando Ortega, Chris Rice, Shane & Shane, Sovereign Grace Music, Sara Groves, and multiple other Christian and Gospel music artists.

SAGU American Indian College (SAGU AIC) is a private Christian college in Phoenix, Arizona. It was originally founded in 1957 by missionary Alta Washburn who saw the great need to prepare Native Americans for church ministry. SAGU AIC educates students from about 25 tribes but welcomes students of all ethnicities. It is a regional Assemblies of God college. Until late 2015 the college was accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools but is now an approved campus of Southwestern Assemblies of God University and accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).

Mountain View/25th Avenue is an under-construction light rail station on the Valley Metro system in Phoenix. It is part of the Northwest Extension Phase II. The station is expected to open on January 27, 2024.

North Mountain and Shaw Butte are two adjacent mountains in the Phoenix Mountains Preserve in Phoenix, Arizona. The two mountains lie to the south of Thunderbird Road, north of Hatcher Road, east of North 19th Avenue, and west of North Cave Creek Road.

19th Avenue/Dunlap is a station on the Valley Metro light rail line in Phoenix, Arizona. It was opened as part of Phase 1 of the Northwest Extension of the system on March 19, 2016, and will remain the end of the line until January 27, 2024, when Phase 2 extends the line to Metro Parkway.

Metro Parkway is an under-construction elevated light rail station on the Valley Metro system in Phoenix. It is the northern terminus of the Northwest Extension Phase II, located on the east side of the former Metrocenter mall. The station includes a park and ride facility and relocated bus transit hub. It is the first elevated station in the system and it is expected to open on January 27, 2024.As of 2020 the Metrocenter Transit Center is served by Valley Metro Bus Routes 27, 35, 90, 106, and the I-17 Rapid.

Thunderbird High School is a public high school located in northwestern Phoenix, Arizona. The school is a part of the Glendale Union High School District.

25th Avenue/Dunlap is an under-construction light rail station on the Valley Metro system in Phoenix. It is part of the Northwest Extension Phase II. The station is expected to open on January 27, 2024.

Castles N' Coasters is an amusement park and family amusement center located in Phoenix, Arizona. The approximately 14-acre (57,000 m2) park features four outdoor 18-hole miniature golf courses, several rides, and an indoor video game arcade. The park was built in 1976, and is designed in a Middle-Eastern motif though other eras are featured such as the Wild West-themed miniature golf course and log flume ride. Other attractions includes a go-kart track, bumper cars, bumper boats, 2 roller coasters called Patriot and Desert Storm, some thrill rides including Magic Carpet, Sea Dragon, Free Fall and Sky Diver drop rides, and a log flume called Splashdown.

Metrocenter was a regional enclosed shopping mall in northwest Phoenix, Arizona. It was bounded by Interstate 17, 31st, Dunlap and Peoria Avenues. Before its closure, the three most recently open anchor stores were Harkins Theatres, Walmart Supercenter, and Dillard's Clearance Center; three additional vacant anchor stores included former Sears, JCPenney, and Macy's locations. The mall featured 100 stores, a 12 screen movie theater, and a food court. Since January 2021, the mall had been owned by the Carlyle Development Group based in New York City. The mall officially closed on June 30, 2020. Parts of the film Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure were filmed in the mall.

Desert Storm is a double looping roller coaster located at Castles N' Coasters, an amusement park in Phoenix, Arizona. It is one of the two roller coasters there, the other being the smaller Patriot roller coaster. Desert Storm passes over top of the Li'l Indy go-cart track and extremely close to Splashdown, the park's log flume. The track has a green and white color scheme and the queue line passes by the Flying Bugs and Spinning Tops kiddie rides, climbs stairs and enters the boarding area. Desert Storm is also briefly featured in the Macgillivray Freeman film Dream Big.
