Heart's Delight is a settlement located to the south of Sittingbourne in Kent, England. Heart's Delight Road, leading to it, has the postal address of Tunstall. At the 2011 Census the population of the settlement was included in the civil parish of Borden. According to Edward Hasted, in 1798, Heart's Delight was a small hamlet in the parish of Borden. Wrens farm was an estate in 1664 (but called 'Rains Farm') and was owned by a squire from Tunstall.There are four Grade II listed houses in the village; 'Hearts Delight House', 'Filmer House', 'Sharp's House', and 'Wren's Farmhouse'. Bobbing is a village and civil parish in the Swale district of Kent, England, about a mile north-west of Sittingbourne, and forming part of its urban area. The hamlet of Howt Green and village of Keycol are included within the parish. According to the 2011 census Bobbing parish had a population of 1,969.The parish of Bobbing, according to Edward Hasted in 1800, contains about seven hundred and eighty acres of land, of which forty were wood.The mediaeval manor house of Bobbing Court, now a Grade II listed ruin, was built by the Savage family; it passed to the distinguished soldier Sir Conyers Clifford, and then by marriage into the St. Leger family.The village church, St Bartholomew, is a grade I listed building. It is within the diocese of Canterbury and deanery of Sittingbourne. According to Edward Hasted in 1798, the church consisted of two small aisles and two chancels, having a tall spire steeple at the west end of it, in which are five bells.The strange career of Titus Oates, inventor of the Popish Plot, included a brief period as Vicar of Bobbing. He was presented with the living by the local squire, Sir George Moore (who had recently purchased Bobbing Court) in 1673, but his drunkenness and blasphemy so horrified his parishioners that they ejected him before the end of the year.In 2003, the Cremation Society of Great Britain opened the "Garden of England Crematorium" on the outskirts of the village.

Tunstall is a linear village and civil parish in Swale in Kent, England. It is about 2 km to the south-west of the centre of Sittingbourne, on a road towards Bredgar.

Swale is a local government district with borough status in Kent, England. The council is based in Sittingbourne, the borough's largest town. The borough also contains the towns of Faversham, Queenborough and Sheerness, along with numerous villages and surrounding rural areas. It includes the Isle of Sheppey and is named after The Swale, the narrow channel which separates Sheppey from the mainland part of the borough. Keycol is a village near Sittingbourne in Kent, England. At the 2011 Census the population of the village was recorded in the civil parish of Bobbing. This is on the old Roman road A2 between Key Street (the junction between Sittingbourne and the A249) and Newington. Keycol Hill was the site of Keycol Hill Hospital. It was erected at a cost of about £5,000. According to Kelly's Directory of Kent of 1903. In 1880 the hospital had a loan of £320 from the Local Government Board. Which was divided into two parts - an Isolation unit and a T.B. Sanatorium. It was administered separately by the Sittingbourne and Milton District Health Department (previously the Sittingbourne and Milton Joint Hospital Board) and the Kent County Health Department. In 1998, the management transferred to 'The Thames Gateway National Health Service Trust'. Soon afterwards it closed. Then in 2005, 36 buildings were built on the site.Also on Keycol Hill is the Sittingbourne Water Works. Built on Feb 15th, 1868. Away from the main road is Demelza Hospice for Children.

Sittingbourne and Milton was an urban district in Kent, England, consisting of the settlements of Sittingbourne and Milton Regis. It was abolished in 1974 under the Local Government Act 1972, and made part of the Swale district.

The A249 is a road in Kent, England, running from Maidstone to Sheerness on the Isle of Sheppey. It mainly functions as a link between the M2 and M20 motorways, and for goods vehicle traffic to the port at Sheerness. In 2006, an upgraded dual carriageway section opened between Iwade and Queenborough, including a new fixed crossing over the Swale. The existing lifting Kingsferry Bridge was retained as an alternative route. On 5 September 2013, more than 100 vehicles were involved in an accident on the crossing.

It is located on the former A249 road alignment, between the junction with the A2 road near Key Street and Danaway. The A249, a dual carriageway since the 1990s, avoids Chestnut Street. Its postal address is Chestnut Street, Borden, Kent; that village is a mile (1.6 km) to the east. There are a number of Grade II listed buildings in the hamlet, including Hooks Hole, Old Houses, Dumbles, Tudor Rose Cottage, Oldstede, and Chestnut Street Farmhouse.
