Kaushalya Dam

Himshikha is a planned, small township located near Pinjore in district Panchkula, Haryana, India on the Pinjore — Mallah Road. The township was built by the Haryana Housing Board between 1985 and 1989. The Government of Haryana acquired the land from the nearby villages of Naggal Sodhiyan, Ishar Nagar and Islam Nagar to build the township. It has a picturesque location in the foothills of Shivaliks. A lake near Himshikha forms part of a dam on the Kaushalya River.

Mata Mansa Devi is a Hindu temple dedicated to goddess Mansa Devi, a form of Shakti, in the Panchkula district of the Indian state of Haryana. The temple complex is spread of 100 acres (0.40 km2) of the Shivalik foothills in the village of Bilaspur, near Sector 13 (earlier known as Mani Majra) of Chandigarh, and Panchkula, 10 km from Chandi Mandir, another noted Devi shrine in the region, both just outside Chandigarh.It is one of the prominent Shakti Pitha temples of North India involving 7 Shakti goddesses, namely Mata Mansa Devi, Naina Devi, Jawalamukhi, Chintpurni, Brajeshwari, Chamunda Devi and Jayanti Devi. Thousands of devotees visit the shrine from various parts of the country, and especially during the Navratra mela, this number rises to lakhs every day for the nine auspicious days.

Nada Sahib is a Sikh gurudwara in the Panchkula district of the Indian state of Haryana. Situated on the banks of the Ghaggar-Hakra River in the Sivalik Hills of Panchkula, it is the site where Guru Gobind Singh Ji halted while travelling from Paonta Sahib to Anandpur Sahib after the Battle of Bhangani in 1688.

The Sukhna Wildlife Sanctuary is a 2600 hectare (6400+ acres) nature preserve located in the Sivalik Hills of Chandigarh, India, near Sukhna Lake. The area was officially declared a wildlife sanctuary in 1998. The sanctuary is open for a select number of visitors, and an entry pass is required, which is issued by the Forest Department Office (Sec-19B, Chandigarh). The reserve is typically not open to the public during the rainy season.
