Vadapalani

Vadapalani Metro station is a Metro railway station on the Line 2 of the Chennai Metro, which is currently under operation. The station is among the elevated stations along corridor II of the Chennai Metro, Chennai Central–St. Thomas Mount stretch. The station serves the neighbourhoods of Vadapalani and Kodambakkam. Vadapalani station is one of the major stations on the Koyambedu-Alandur stretch and became operational by early 2015.

Vadapalani Andavar Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Muruga. It is located in Vadapalani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. It was renovated in the 1920s and a Rajagopuram was built during that time. The temple has grown in popularity, which is believed to be in part due to the patronage of cinema stars.

Wavoo Wajeeha Women's College of Arts & Science, is a women's premium self-finance degree college located in Kayalpatnam, Thoothukudi district, Tamil Nadu. It was established in 2006. The college is affiliated with Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. This college offers different courses in Arts, Commerce and Science in both Under Graduate and Post Graduate. The college was established by the Wavoo SAR Educational Trust. The primary objective of the institution is to provide higher education to the girls in the rural area without any discrimination of caste, creed and religion, bringing out their inherent abilities to make them highly qualified, morally sound, socially disciplined and technically competent individuals. The college was started with 124 students and 12 staff members in the academic year 2006-2007, has grown steadily. Akshar Árbol International School is a Pre-K to 12th grade International School in Chennai. United India Colony is a sub-division of Kodambakkam, Chennai, India. United India Colony is a planned residential area and is a relatively greener locality in Chennai. Liberty Theater is the most famous landmark in United India Colony. Its one of the well known movie theaters in Chennai.
