Stockbridge is a city in Henry County, Georgia, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 25,637, up from 9,853 in 2000. Stockbridge is part of the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Rex Mill in Jonesboro, Georgia is a grist mill that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1979.It was likely built sometime between 1820 and 1860 by I. L. ("Touch") Hollingsworth, who is known to have owned the mill in 1880.It is located on Cotton Indian Creek at Rex Road, about 1.5 miles (2.4 km) east of Georgia Highway 42.It is believed to have always been painted red, except once briefly silver but repainted red due to outcry.

Dutchtown High School opened in 2004 and is located in the Dutchtown settlement in the old Sixth Militia District of Henry County along Jonesboro Road. The school is accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission and the Association of Colleges and Schools. The school's mascot is the bulldog. The school offers Advanced Placement courses and examinations, with a 26 percent participation rate in the program among students. As of 2018, it does not have a ranking in U.S. News & World Report's ranking of high schools in the United States.

Creekside Christian Academy is a private non-denominational Christian school located in McDonough, Georgia. It conducts classes for preschool as well as elementary, middle school, and high school grades. In January 2018, Creekside moved its high school students to a new campus known as the West Campus, making the school a dual campus academy. The West Campus located at 2455 Mt. Carmel Rd. in Hampton Georgia, was the former home of Higher Living Christian Church. The church recently has been evicted due to foreclosure. The middle school students of CCA are planning to move over into the West Campus in the Fall of 2018. The elementary and preschool portion of the school with remain at the East Campus (175 Foster Drive Mcdonough Georgia) In 1973, it used to be Clayton Christian School and moved into East Campus 2007.
