Belcher's Street

Belcher is one of the 15 constituencies in the Central and Western District of Hong Kong. The constituency returns one district councillor to the Central and Western District Council, with an election every four years. Belcher constituency is loosely based on the area around The Belcher's in Shek Tong Tsui with estimated population of 20,077.

Manhattan Heights (Chinese: 高逸華軒) is a residential skyscraper located in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. Completed in the year 2000, the greenish tower stands 607 ft (185 m) tall and has 55 floors. The architect of this building is SLHO & Associates Ltd.Part of the building is being operated as a serviced apartment.

The Kennedy Town Swimming Pool (Chinese: 堅尼地城游泳池) is a public swimming complex in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. There have been two pools of this name. The first iteration opened in 1974 while the current iteration opened in 2011.

Sai Wan, also known as Western district, or simply Western, is an area in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong that corresponds to Sai Ying Pun, Shek Tong Tsui, Belcher Bay and Kennedy Town. However, Some Hong Kong people consider Kennedy Town as the only part of Sai Wan. It formed part of the City of Victoria. West Point, a former cape where major government structures in Sai Wan are close to, also used to refer to Sai Wan. After Hong Kong's handover to People's republic of China, Sai Wan become the location for the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and people in Hong Kong, including the former head of the Liaison Office Zhang Xiaoming, colloquially refer the name Sai Wan as the Liaison office itself.

Lo Pan Temple is a temple located in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong dedicated to Lo Pan (魯班; also transliterated as "Lu Ban"), the patron saint of Chinese builders and contractors. First built in 1884, it is now classified as a Grade I historic building, and is also part of the Central and Western Heritage Trail-The Western District and the Peak Route.

Ricci Hall (Chinese: 利瑪竇宿舍; pinyin: Lì mǎ dòu sùshè) is a hall of residence founded in 1929 by the Society of Jesus in memory of Jesuit Matteo Ricci (1552–1610). Located at 93 Pok Fu Lam Road, Ricci Hall is the only Catholic hostel in The University of Hong Kong. In early 1960, it was decided that space of Ricci Hall was inadequate; it should be renovated and rebuilt. On 8 December 1967, the extension of Ricci Hall was inaugurated.Ricci Hall is a sports-oriented dorm intended primarily for undergraduate students.

The Merton (Chinese: 泓都) is a high-rise development located in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. The complex consists of three towers. The Merton 1 rises 59 floors and 197 metres (646 ft), and stands as the 60th-tallest building in territory. The Merton 2 and The Merton 3 rise 51 floors and 180 metres (591 ft), and stand as the 100th-tallest buildings in the territory; the two structures are tied in rank with the Sham Wan Towers and Liberté 5 and 6. The entire complex, composed almost entirely of residential units, was designed by architectural firm Ronald Lu & Partners and developed by New World Development. Construction began in 1998 and completed in 2005.The complex has a club house in each of the three towers, comprising a swimming pool, gymnasium, yoga and aerobics rooms, reading room, indoor kids playing area, steam room, and sauna. Several scenic walks such as the Mount Davis Trail start a few minutes of walking distance from the complex. There are several bars and eateries within walking distance of The Merton. The Merton is a few minutes walk to both Cadogan Temporary Playground and Forbes Playground. The Smithfield wet market is a 6-minute walk from the complex. The Kennedy Town MTR station is about 5 minutes walk from the complex. The station is situated at the end of the Island line, and is 4 stations (10 minutes) away from the Central station.

Kennedy Town is the western terminus of the Island line. The station serves the Kennedy Town area on the northwestern end of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong.

Smithfield is a street with a length of approximately 1,300 m in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. Its northern section is a commercial and residential area, while its southern section is a road connecting it to Pok Fu Lam Road. Smithfield was historically the site of a cattle quarantine depot and a slaughterhouse, and was probably named after its London namesake.

The Pokfield Road Bus Terminus (Chinese: 蒲飛路巴士總站) is a bus terminus located on Pok Fu Lam Road, Central and Western District, Hong Kong.

Kwun Lung Lau is a public housing estate in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. It is one of the first public housing developments in Hong Kong, built in 1967 to alleviate a housing crisis in the territory. It is on 20 Lung Wah Street. It consists of seven buildings, namely Block A - G. The overall shape was that of a snaking dragon, and hence its name which means Watching Dragon Building in Chinese. Kwun Lung Lau is also famous for a landslide on 23 July 1994 that killed five people and injured three. Leaking water and heavy rain had built up behind a masonry retaining wall, which was too thin, and subsequently collapsed. This disaster caused a major review of slope safety in Hong Kong.

The Belcher's (Chinese: 寶翠園; Jyutping: bou2 ceoi3 jyun4) is a private residential estate in Shek Tong Tsui, Hong Kong Island. It consists of six residential buildings constructed in two phases; three buildings were constructed in each phase. Construction for the first phase was completed in 2000, and in 2001 for the second phase. The estate was named after the adjacent Belcher's Street, which in turned was named after Sir Edward Belcher, a Canadian-born British naval officer and explorer. The Belcher's is connected to the Westwood mall.
