Lo Pan Temple is a temple located in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong dedicated to Lo Pan (魯班; also transliterated as "Lu Ban"), the patron saint of Chinese builders and contractors. First built in 1884, it is now classified as a Grade I historic building, and is also part of the Central and Western Heritage Trail-The Western District and the Peak Route.

Ricci Hall (Chinese: 利瑪竇宿舍; pinyin: Lì mǎ dòu sùshè) is a hall of residence founded in 1929 by the Society of Jesus in memory of Jesuit Matteo Ricci (1552–1610). Located at 93 Pok Fu Lam Road, Ricci Hall is the only Catholic hostel in The University of Hong Kong. In early 1960, it was decided that space of Ricci Hall was inadequate; it should be renovated and rebuilt. On 8 December 1967, the extension of Ricci Hall was inaugurated.Ricci Hall is a sports-oriented dorm intended primarily for undergraduate students.

Sai Wan, also known as Western district, or simply Western, is an area in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong that corresponds to Sai Ying Pun, Shek Tong Tsui, Belcher Bay and Kennedy Town. However, Some Hong Kong people consider Kennedy Town as the only part of Sai Wan. It formed part of the City of Victoria. West Point, a former cape where major government structures in Sai Wan are close to, also used to refer to Sai Wan. After Hong Kong's handover to People's republic of China, Sai Wan become the location for the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and people in Hong Kong, including the former head of the Liaison Office Zhang Xiaoming, colloquially refer the name Sai Wan as the Liaison office itself.

Belcher's Street is a main street in Kennedy Town of Hong Kong. It connects east Victoria Road and joins west Queen's Road West. A small section in its west end built a turn around for Hong Kong Tramways. The street was named after Edward Belcher, a Canadian-born Royal Navy officer who surveyed the harbour of Hong Kong in 1841. The former Western Fire Station, located at No. 12 Belcher's Street, was converted into the Po Leung Kuk Chan Au Big Yan Home for the Elderly. It is a Grade III historic building and is located along the Central and Western Heritage Trail.

The Pokfield Road Bus Terminus (Chinese: 蒲飛路巴士總站) is a bus terminus located on Pok Fu Lam Road, Central and Western District, Hong Kong.

The Kennedy Town Swimming Pool (Chinese: 堅尼地城游泳池) is a public swimming complex in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. There have been two pools of this name. The first iteration opened in 1974 while the current iteration opened in 2011.

The Belcher's (Chinese: 寶翠園; Jyutping: bou2 ceoi3 jyun4) is a private residential estate in Shek Tong Tsui, Hong Kong Island. It consists of six residential buildings constructed in two phases; three buildings were constructed in each phase. Construction for the first phase was completed in 2000, and in 2001 for the second phase. The estate was named after the adjacent Belcher's Street, which in turned was named after Sir Edward Belcher, a Canadian-born British naval officer and explorer. The Belcher's is connected to the Westwood mall.

St. John’s College is an Anglican college affiliated to the University of Hong Kong, which provides accommodation to undergraduates and postgraduates. As the successor of St. John’s Hall, which was founded in 1912, the College is the oldest residential hall/college of the University. Constitutionally, the College is a body corporate established by statute, the St. John’s College Ordinance (Chapter 1089, Laws of Hong Kong), on 27 April 1956. As such, unlike other residential halls/colleges that are directly administered by the University, the College enjoys financial and administrative independence. The Ricci Hall, run by the Jesuits, is the only other non-University-administered hall. The aims of the College, as specified in the Preamble of the St. John’s College Ordinance, are "the pursuit of virtue and sound learning with faith in God and within the order of the Anglican Communion; and to this end to provide accommodation for teachers and students of all races where they may live, study and worship together; and to promote extramural activities in Christian learning and service, that the members of the College may the better understand and fulfil their duty to God and their neighbours".The College situates on Pokfulam Road to the south-west of the University Main Campus and directly opposite to the Flora Ho Sports Centre. It has its own dining hall, a bar with billiards table, a library, a chapel and a student common room. It has a student body of 223 undergraduates and 111 postgraduates, all provided with single rooms. Residents refer to the College as "St. John's" and to themselves as "St. Johnians" (respectively "聖莊" and "莊民" in Cantonese).

Kennedy Town is the western terminus of the Island line. The station serves the Kennedy Town area on the northwestern end of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong.

Smithfield is a street with a length of approximately 1,300 m in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. Its northern section is a commercial and residential area, while its southern section is a road connecting it to Pok Fu Lam Road. Smithfield was historically the site of a cattle quarantine depot and a slaughterhouse, and was probably named after its London namesake.

Manhattan Heights (Chinese: 高逸華軒) is a residential skyscraper located in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. Completed in the year 2000, the greenish tower stands 607 ft (185 m) tall and has 55 floors. The architect of this building is SLHO & Associates Ltd.Part of the building is being operated as a serviced apartment.

HKU (Chinese: 香港大學) is a station on the Hong Kong MTR Island line located in the Lung Fu Shan and Shek Tong Tsui neighbourhoods of the Western District, Hong Kong. It is named after The University of Hong Kong, which is also served by the station. Part of the West Island line, a westward extension to the existing Island line, HKU station opened on 28 December 2014 along with Kennedy Town station. As of its opening, HKU station is the largest and deepest station in the MTR network, at 70 metres (230 ft) below ground.
