Manhattan Heights (Chinese: 高逸華軒) is a residential skyscraper located in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. Completed in the year 2000, the greenish tower stands 607 ft (185 m) tall and has 55 floors. The architect of this building is SLHO & Associates Ltd.Part of the building is being operated as a serviced apartment.

Sai Wan Estate (Chinese: 西環邨) is a public housing estate in Kennedy Town, Sai Wan, Hong Kong. Built in 1958 and 1959, it sits in a hillside that had to be extensively cut away for its construction. the estate comprises 640 flats in five linear blocks of 10 to 14 storeys. It is the only public housing estate in Central and Western District developed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority and it is the second oldest existing public housing estate built by the Hong Kong Housing Authority, after Model Housing Estate.Sai Wan Estate was designed by government architect Stanley Feltham.Despite its age, in 2008 the Housing Authority decided not to redevelop the estate in the short term. Instead, repair works were planned to be carried out in the buildings to sustain the estate for the following 15 years.

Kennedy Town is the western terminus of the Island line. The station serves the Kennedy Town area on the northwestern end of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong.

Kwun Lung Lau is a public housing estate in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. It is one of the first public housing developments in Hong Kong, built in 1967 to alleviate a housing crisis in the territory. It is on 20 Lung Wah Street. It consists of seven buildings, namely Block A - G. The overall shape was that of a snaking dragon, and hence its name which means Watching Dragon Building in Chinese. Kwun Lung Lau is also famous for a landslide on 23 July 1994 that killed five people and injured three. Leaking water and heavy rain had built up behind a masonry retaining wall, which was too thin, and subsequently collapsed. This disaster caused a major review of slope safety in Hong Kong.

Belcher's Street is a main street in Kennedy Town of Hong Kong. It connects east Victoria Road and joins west Queen's Road West. A small section in its west end built a turn around for Hong Kong Tramways. The street was named after Edward Belcher, a Canadian-born Royal Navy officer who surveyed the harbour of Hong Kong in 1841. The former Western Fire Station, located at No. 12 Belcher's Street, was converted into the Po Leung Kuk Chan Au Big Yan Home for the Elderly. It is a Grade III historic building and is located along the Central and Western Heritage Trail.

Kennedy Town is at the western end of Sai Wan on Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. It was named after Arthur Edward Kennedy, the 7th Governor of Hong Kong from 1872 to 1877. Administratively, it is part of Central and Western District. Due to its distance from major commercial cores and longtime inaccessibility by train, town development was less vigorous than in other parts of urban Hong Kong. But since the MTR was extended to the area in 2014, it is rapidly gentrifying, with many older businesses, such as vehicle repair workshops and cha chaan tengs, making way for new luxury developments, as well as high-end bars and restaurants.

Smithfield is a street with a length of approximately 1,300 m in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. Its northern section is a commercial and residential area, while its southern section is a road connecting it to Pok Fu Lam Road. Smithfield was historically the site of a cattle quarantine depot and a slaughterhouse, and was probably named after its London namesake.

Belcher is one of the 15 constituencies in the Central and Western District of Hong Kong. The constituency returns one district councillor to the Central and Western District Council, with an election every four years. Belcher constituency is loosely based on the area around The Belcher's in Shek Tong Tsui with estimated population of 20,077.

Lo Pan Temple is a temple located in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong dedicated to Lo Pan (魯班; also transliterated as "Lu Ban"), the patron saint of Chinese builders and contractors. First built in 1884, it is now classified as a Grade I historic building, and is also part of the Central and Western Heritage Trail-The Western District and the Peak Route.

The Kennedy Town Swimming Pool (Chinese: 堅尼地城游泳池) is a public swimming complex in Kennedy Town, Hong Kong. There have been two pools of this name. The first iteration opened in 1974 while the current iteration opened in 2011.
