The Shrine of Mary, Queen of Peace, Our Lady of EDSA, or more popularly, the EDSA Shrine is a small church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila located at the intersection of Ortigas Avenue and Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) in Barangay Ugong Norte, Quezon City. The church is also called the Archdiocesan Shrine of Mary, Queen of Peace or Mary, Queen of Peace Quasi-Parish, although these names are seldom used. It is also a declared Important Cultural Property by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts. Built in 1989 on donated land to commemorate the People Power Revolution, the shrine is the site of two peaceful demonstrations that toppled Presidents Ferdinand Marcos (the People Power Revolution or EDSA I) in 1986, and Joseph Estrada (the EDSA Revolution of 2001 or EDSA II). The EDSA Shrine is the northernmost tip of the Ortigas Center, a financial and commercial district occupying large tracts of land in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, and Pasig.

Skycity is an 80-story unfinished skyscraper in Mandaluyong, Philippines. It is a joint venture between real estate developer E. Ganzon Inc. (EGI) and Sam Buena Realty Corporation. Its estimated height is 335 metres (1,099 ft). If constructed, it will become the tallest building in the country. Skycity is planned as a mixed-used skyscraper with a hotel, office space and residential space. Construction was suspended due to a lawsuit filed by a homeowners' association from nearby upscale Greenhills East Village. As of September 14, 2005, the Philippine Court of Appeals promulgated a resolution allowing the developers to resume construction of the skyscraper. As of 2008, no construction work had proceeded on the excavation area, which is the only completed phase of the project. In 2010, the second division of the Philippine Supreme Court rejected the challenges of the Greenhills East Association, and the developer said that the project (now described as a 77-story building with 8 basements) would proceed.

Galleria Corporate Center is a 29-storey office building in Ortigas Center, in Quezon City. It is located beside Robinsons Galleria.

Robinsons Galleria, also known as Robinsons Galleria Ortigas, is a mixed-use complex and shopping mall located at EDSA corner Ortigas Avenue, Quezon City just near SM Megamall. The mall is owned by Robinsons Malls, and it is their flagship mall. It is the 1st Robinsons Mall to bear the Galleria branding. It was built on January 12, 1990 with a total gross floor area of approximately 216,000 m2 (2,330,000 sq ft).

The Philippine Railways Institute (PRI) is a rail transportation research and training center in the Philippines. It deals with research and development on the management, operation, and maintenance of railways, and training of personnel in the rail transportation industry.

Saint Pedro Poveda College (more commonly known as Poveda, formerly known as the Poveda Learning Centre and Institución Teresiana) is a private, Roman Catholic co-educational school run by the Teresian Association of Lay Missionaries, which was founded in Spain. It is located in the heart of Metro Manila's Ortigas Business District. The alumnae and present students of this school include daughters and granddaughters of Filipino presidents, industrialists, politicians, businessmen and prominent figures in Philippine society. Founded in 1960 as Institución Teresiana, the school was inaugurated by Maria del Carmen Franco de Martinez-Bordiu, the Marquesa de Villaverde and only daughter of Generalissimo Francisco Franco of Spain. It conducts classes in three languages: English, Spanish and Filipino. The school's regular program from Grade 1 to Grade 12 is exclusively for girls, while its preschool program from Pre-Kindergarten to Kinder 2 and the Poveda Distance Learning Program (PDLP) with offerings from Grade 7 to Grade 10 are open to both male and female students.

Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria is hotel located at the Ortigas business district in Manila, Philippines. Built in 2004, Crowne Plaza Manila is the first Crowne Plaza property in Manila. The hotel has 263 deluxe and suite rooms. The current General Manager of the hotel as of 2019 is Jolly Barun.Crowne Plaza was the first hotel in the Philippines to roll out a mobile Internet solution for its Wi-Fi needs.In 2011, Crowne Plaza has undertaken a refurbishment of its ballrooms. The renovation of events space marks the facility's first make-over since it opened its doors in 2005.In 2018, the bicameral conference committee for the Bangsamoro Organic Law was held in the hotel.In 2019, the Philippine Fashion Week was held in the hotel, with it becoming its permanent home for the next three years.

The Robinsons Equitable Tower, formerly known as the Robinsons PCI Bank Tower, is an office skyscraper located in Pasig, Philippines. It was completed in 1997 and stands at 175 metres (574 feet), making it the current 2nd-tallest complete building in Pasig, and is one of the highest building in the Philippines.

Ortigas Avenue is a 15.5 km (9.6 mi) highway running from eastern Metro Manila to western Rizal. It is one of the busiest highways in Metro Manila, serving as the main thoroughfare of the metro's east–west corridor, catering mainly to the traffic to and from Rizal. The western terminus of the highway is at the boundary of San Juan and Quezon City. The highway then traverses through Ortigas Center and along the cities of Mandaluyong, Quezon City, and Pasig, followed by the municipalities of Cainta and Taytay, and finally ending in the city of Antipolo. The portion of Ortigas Avenue from Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Avenue (C-5) in Pasig to Taytay Diversion Road in Taytay is designated as a component of Radial Road 5 (R-5). The highway is also designated as National Route 60 (N60) and National Route 184 (N184) of the Philippine highway network, respectively.

Robinsons Cyberscape is an office development located in Ortigas Center, Quezon City, Metro Manila, one of the oldest CBDs in the Philippines. Owned by Robinson Land Corporation, the development is composed of two buildings named Robinsons Cyberscape Alpha (Tower One) and Robinsons Cyberscape Beta (Tower Two). Expected to be fully turned over by 2016, these buildings introduce a total of 80,000 m2 (861,112.83 sq ft) square meters of additional space in Ortigas CBD.

La Salle Green Hills ("LSGH") is a private Catholic school run by the Philippine District of the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools in Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was established in 1959 by the De La Salle Brothers led by Brother H. Gabriel Connon, FSC primarily to provide more slots to students wishing to avail of the then very popular De La Salle primary education offered in Taft Avenue, Manila. La Salle Green Hills offers primary and secondary education. It is a member of the De La Salle Philippines, the association of all Lasallian institutions in the Philippines, namely De La Salle University in Manila (1911), De La Salle Araneta University in Malabon (1946), University of St. La Salle in Bacolod (1952), and the La Salle Academy in Iligan (1958).La Salle Green Hills was given a clean seven-year accreditation by the PAASCU in 1991 and 1998, thus making it the first high school institution in the Philippines with this distinction. Both Grade School and High School departments of La Salle Green Hills were awarded Level III accreditation—the highest possible level—by the PAASCU and FAAP.

Asian Development Bank Avenue, commonly referred to as simply ADB Avenue, is a short north–south thoroughfare in Ortigas Center, eastern Metro Manila, Philippines. It is an eight-lane divided road connecting Ortigas Avenue in the north to Julia Vargas Avenue in the south. It was formerly part of San Miguel Avenue, named after food and beverage giant San Miguel Corporation that is headquartered on the junction with Julia Vargas. This section of San Miguel Ave. from Julia Vargas to Ortigas Ave. was renamed in 1991 after the Asian Development Bank moved from its old building on Roxas Boulevard (now occupied by the Department of Foreign Affairs) to its present 6.5-hectare headquarters on the avenue's junction with Guadix Drive.ADB Avenue and San Miguel Avenue form the eastern city limit of Mandaluyong and the western city limit of Pasig. North of Guadix Drive, the road enters Ugong Norte, Quezon City. It is also home to the Robinsons Galleria and The Podium shopping complexes.
