Asian Development Bank Avenue, commonly referred to as simply ADB Avenue, is a short north–south thoroughfare in Ortigas Center, eastern Metro Manila, Philippines. It is an eight-lane divided road connecting Ortigas Avenue in the north to Julia Vargas Avenue in the south. It was formerly part of San Miguel Avenue, named after food and beverage giant San Miguel Corporation that is headquartered on the junction with Julia Vargas. This section of San Miguel Ave. from Julia Vargas to Ortigas Ave. was renamed in 1991 after the Asian Development Bank moved from its old building on Roxas Boulevard (now occupied by the Department of Foreign Affairs) to its present 6.5-hectare headquarters on the avenue's junction with Guadix Drive.ADB Avenue and San Miguel Avenue form the eastern city limit of Mandaluyong and the western city limit of Pasig. North of Guadix Drive, the road enters Ugong Norte, Quezon City. It is also home to the Robinsons Galleria and The Podium shopping complexes.

The Robinsons Equitable Tower, formerly known as the Robinsons PCI Bank Tower, is an office skyscraper located in Pasig, Philippines. It was completed in 1997 and stands at 175 metres (574 feet), making it the current 2nd-tallest complete building in Pasig, and is one of the highest building in the Philippines.

Robinsons Cyberscape is an office development located in Ortigas Center, Quezon City, Metro Manila, one of the oldest CBDs in the Philippines. Owned by Robinson Land Corporation, the development is composed of two buildings named Robinsons Cyberscape Alpha (Tower One) and Robinsons Cyberscape Beta (Tower Two). Expected to be fully turned over by 2016, these buildings introduce a total of 80,000 m2 (861,112.83 sq ft) square meters of additional space in Ortigas CBD.

The BDO Corporate Center Ortigas at the Ortigas Center is an office skyscraper in Mandaluyong, Philippines. Located along ADB Avenue, It is one of the tallest building in Ortigas Center standing at almost 689 feet (210 meters). Its main tenant is Banco de Oro.

Robinsons Galleria, also known as Robinsons Galleria Ortigas, is a mixed-use complex and shopping mall located at EDSA corner Ortigas Avenue, Quezon City just near SM Megamall. The mall is owned by Robinsons Malls, and it is their flagship mall. It is the 1st Robinsons Mall to bear the Galleria branding. It was built on January 12, 1990 with a total gross floor area of approximately 216,000 m2 (2,330,000 sq ft).

Saint Pedro Poveda College (more commonly known as Poveda, formerly known as the Poveda Learning Centre and Institución Teresiana) is a private, Roman Catholic co-educational school run by the Teresian Association of Lay Missionaries, which was founded in Spain. It is located in the heart of Metro Manila's Ortigas Business District. The alumnae and present students of this school include daughters and granddaughters of Filipino presidents, industrialists, politicians, businessmen and prominent figures in Philippine society. Founded in 1960 as Institución Teresiana, the school was inaugurated by Maria del Carmen Franco de Martinez-Bordiu, the Marquesa de Villaverde and only daughter of Generalissimo Francisco Franco of Spain. It conducts classes in three languages: English, Spanish and Filipino. The school's regular program from Grade 1 to Grade 12 is exclusively for girls, while its preschool program from Pre-Kindergarten to Kinder 2 and the Poveda Distance Learning Program (PDLP) with offerings from Grade 7 to Grade 10 are open to both male and female students.

Wynsum Corporate Plaza is a 35-storey office skyscraper in Ortigas Center, in Pasig City. The building is equipped with a double glazed curtain wall system for additional energy and efficient cooling complemented by a combination of a polished red granite exterior wall and composite cladding. It also has 11 elevators.

The St. Francis Square is a complex of three buildings located in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, Philippines. Groundbreaking and construction began in 1998 and was completed in 2000. Due to some controversies regarding the St. Francis Square Group of Companies, construction and the finishing of interiors were halted. Construction resumed in 2009 and the building was finished in 2011.

Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria is hotel located at the Ortigas business district in Manila, Philippines. Built in 2004, Crowne Plaza Manila is the first Crowne Plaza property in Manila. The hotel has 263 deluxe and suite rooms. The current General Manager of the hotel as of 2019 is Jolly Barun.Crowne Plaza was the first hotel in the Philippines to roll out a mobile Internet solution for its Wi-Fi needs.In 2011, Crowne Plaza has undertaken a refurbishment of its ballrooms. The renovation of events space marks the facility's first make-over since it opened its doors in 2005.In 2018, the bicameral conference committee for the Bangsamoro Organic Law was held in the hotel.In 2019, the Philippine Fashion Week was held in the hotel, with it becoming its permanent home for the next three years.

The Orient Square (officially The Orient Square Building or Orient Square IT Center, acronym: OSB or use as a code: OS) is a first-class, high-rise and tallest building along Ortigas Center's main road, F. Ortigas Jr. Avenue (known as Emerald Avenue) in Pasig, Philippines. It rises 160 metres from ground level to roof, and is currently the 7th tallest complete building in Pasig, and the 76th tallest building in the Philippines. The building has 38 levels above ground, and 7 basement levels. It will be a mixed-use building, both office and residential. Orient Square Building is currently one of the modern landmarks in Ortigas Center because of its architectural design and its one-of-a-kind curtain wall that glitters at night from the lights inside the building because of its transparency. The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) declared it an Information Technology Building in January 2006. The building has a 6-level concrete podium as its base, while its main body is fully clad with aluminium unitized curtain wall. It has a distinctive design of having multiple corners, especially on the top floors, making it easily recognizable among the buildings in Ortigas Center.

The Podium West Tower is a 48-storey office skyscraper in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is part of The Podium mixed-used development, a project which was started in 2002. At its base, occupying the first five levels of the building, is The Podium shopping mall. The Podium shopping mall opened in 2002 but construction of The Podium West Tower would begin years later in 2015. The building topped-out on September 27, 2018 and overall construction of the tower was finished in May 2019. Prior to its completion, the US Green Building Council has given the building LEED Gold Mark certification. The Building and Construction Authority of Singapore also gave the building provisional Green Mark Gold Award.

The Podium is a mixed-use development located along ADB Avenue in the Ortigas Center, a major business and commercial district in Mandaluyong, Philippines. It was developed in December 2001 and officially opened in August 2002 as a joint project of Singaporean company, Keppel Land, and BDO Unibank.The mixed-use development has a floor area of 140,000 m2 (1,500,000 sq ft) and consists of a shopping mall of the same name, which has a floor area of 50,000 m2 (540,000 sq ft) and two office buildings built on top of it, having a total floor area of 90,000 m2 (970,000 sq ft). The buildings are the BDO Corporate Center and The Podium West Tower which were built in 2015 and 2019. A six-level expansion (Phase 2), located beside the main mall, was opened on October 27, 2017. The expansion will also include a podium within the towers, and was opened on 2019. The main building (Phase 1) entered renovation works following the opening, and was completed in December 2018.
