Henry Asbury House (also known as the Swain Residence) is a historic house located at 211 East Waters Street in Clarkesville, Habersham County, Georgia.

The Grace Church in Clarkesville, Georgia, also known as Grace-Calvary Episcopal Church, was built in 1839. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.It was designed and built in Greek Revival style by local master builder Jarvis Van Buren. It has mortise and tenon framing.While it was separately listed on the National Register in 1980, it is also included as a contributing building in the National Register-listed Washington-Jefferson Street Historic District.

The A. P. Hill House, on N. Washington St. in Clarkesville, Georgia, was built in 1930. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.It is a one-story brick Craftsman-style bungalow.It is also known as the Peter Rosetty House.The house may no longer exist, because it seems difficult to identify any candidate matching the 1980 photo using Google Streetview imagery of 2018, along Washington Street.

The Market Building, on N. Washington St. in Clarkesville, Georgia, was built in 1935. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.It was built as a Works Progress Administration project.It has also been known as the Agriculture Building. It is or was located just west of the town square.It may no longer exist, because Google Streeview survey of Washington St. using November 2018 imagery does not seem to turn it up.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and includes 13 contributing buildings and a contributing site.The district has about 12 houses, two antebellum Greek Revival churches (both built by master builder Jarvis Van Buren, one already listed on the National Register as Grace Church), and the city's small cemetery. It is located along South Washington, South Jefferson, and Wilson Streets between Green Street and Laurel Drive.
