Queensway Terrace North (QTN) is a neighbourhood in Bay Ward in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Its neighbourhood association is bounded to the north by Carling Avenue, to the west by Pinecrest Road, to the south by the Queensway (Highway 417), and to the east by the Transitway. These boundaries include the adjacent neighbourhood of Britannia Heights.

Foster Farm, nicknamed "the Farm", is a neighbourhood in the Britannia area of Bay Ward in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is roughly bounded to the north by Richmond Road, to the east by Pinecrest Road, to the west by the former Ottawa/Nepean city limits and the south by the Highway 417, the Queensway. It is bordered by Fairfield Heights, Queensway Terrace North, Redwood, Michele Heights. The total population of this area according to the 2016 Canada Census was 3,636.

Redwood is a neighbourhood located in Ottawa's west end. The boundaries of the neighbourhood is Greenbank Road to the east, Baseline Road to the south, Morrison Drive (old Ottawa-Nepean border line) to the west and Highway 417 to the north. Its sister neighbourhoods are Qualicum, Leslie Park, and Queensway Terrace.

Ottawa West—Nepean (French: Ottawa-Ouest—Nepean) is a federal electoral district in Ontario, Canada, that has been represented in the House of Commons of Canada since 1997.

Ottawa West—Nepean (French: Ottawa-Ouest–Nepean) is a provincial electoral district in eastern Ontario, Canada. It elects one member to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. The riding is represented in the Ontario legislature by the NDP's Chandra Pasma. The riding has been fairly solidly Liberal. In the 1999 provincial election, former Member of Provincial Parliament Alex Cullen lost the nomination to Rick Chiarelli following fierce party battles. Cullen instead ran for the Ontario New Democratic Party (NDP). The seat was won by Tory Garry Guzzo. In the 2003 provincial election, former Ottawa mayor Jim Watson ousted Guzzo. Former Ottawa mayor Bob Chiarelli won the seat in a March 4, 2010, by-election, after Jim Watson left his seat to run in the 2010 Ottawa municipal election. Chiarelli lost his seat to PC Jeremy Roberts in 2018 which saw the former governing Liberals fall to third place in the legislature. In the 2022 provincial election the NDP's Chandra Pasma defeated Roberts, the only PC incumbent to lose his seat in the election. This marked the first time the NDP had ever won the seat, either provincially or federally.

Ottawa–Rideau was a short lived provincial electoral district in Ottawa, Ontario. It elected one member to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. It was created in 1987 and was abolished in 1999 into Ottawa South, Nepean–Carleton, Ottawa West–Nepean and Ottawa Centre.The riding included all of pre-amalgamation Ottawa south of Walkley Road south of Baseline Road. It also included part of the city of Gloucester north of Leitrim Road between Limebank Road and Conroy Road. It also included part of the city of Nepean northeast of this line: Black Rapids Creek to Woodroffe Avenue to CN railway to Merivale Road. The riding elected two members of the Legislative Assembly: Yvonne O'Neill, a Liberal from 1987 to 1995 and then Garry Guzzo, a Progressive Conservative from 1995 to 1999.

Queensway Terrace South is a neighbourhood in College Ward in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It used to be part of Queensway Terrace but in 1967, Highway 417 was built and split apart into Queensway Terrace North and South. The borders are to the east Southwood Drive, to the south Baseline Road, Queensway (Highway 417) to the north and Greenbank Road to the west. Along with next-door Ridgeview, the neighbourhood is part of the Queensway Terrace South Ridgeview Community Association.The community was established in the early 1960s along with Ridgeview, Parkway Park, Redwood and Qualicum. On the west side of Pinecrest Road there are townhouses and a couple of high rise condominiums. It is home to Pinecrest Public School and Pinecrest Shopping Centre. Pinecrest Shopping Centre was converted into box stores in 1998. Loblaws used to be there and moved to College Square. Ikea, Chapters, and Sears are in the area. In 2011, Pinecrest Ikea became the largest in Canada. Also on Baxter Drive there is a shopping strip with restaurants and take outs, the Ottawa Citizen, and other businesses. It is also home to Kilreen Park.

Belltown is a neighbourhood in the Britannia area of Bay Ward, in the west end of Ottawa. It is bounded on the east by Britannia Park, on the north by the Ottawa River, on the west by Andrew Haydon Park and the south by Carling Avenue. Prior to Ottawa's amalgamation in 2001, the neighbourhood spanned the Ottawa-Nepean municipal boundary. The neighbourhood's population is 2089 (2016 Census), with 294 people living in the Nepean portion.

Lincoln Fields Shopping Centre (later Lincoln Heights Galleria) was a community mall located in the Lincoln Heights neighbourhood of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It was located between Carling Avenue and Richmond Road just west of Lincoln Fields station. In October 2019, the mall was closed due to changing demographics in the area and departure of the Walmart store.Lincoln Fields Shopping Centre was developed out of a project named "Cinema City", proposed in 1964. The proposed CA$25 million complex would feature over 80 stores across three floors, a three-screen movie theatre and four luxury apartment buildings with a planned opening date of March 1967. However, the following years saw no development. The project was repeatedly scaled down and expected construction costs rose to $85 million. The site's original developers eventually sold the land to a new team who instead proposed a $3.8 million single-story shopping mall. The mall broke ground on June 9, 1971 and opened on May 24, 1972, becoming the city's third enclosed shopping centre. In 1985, the mall underwent renovations and was rebranded as Lincoln Heights Galleria, though residents continued referring to the mall as "Lincoln Fields".In 2016, the Walmart store closed and relocated to Bayshore Shopping Centre. This cause the mall to lose a significant portion of its clientele. In November 2018, the Wendy's restaurant, housed in a separate building fronting Carling Avenue, burned down in a fire that police said was deliberately set.In January 2019, it was announced the mall's leases would terminate on July 31 of that year. The mall's eastern half was demolished in summer 2020. This left the Rexall and Metro stores in operation until they moved into two newly built spaces the following year. The mall's western half was demolished in 2021. Long-term development plans by RioCan include high-density residential towers on the site.
