Narodowe Archiwum Cyfrowe (NAC; English: National Digital Archives) is the national archive of Poland, formed 8 March 2008 from the merger of the Archives of Audio-Visual Records and the State Archives of Poland. It acts as the national archive for Poland and holds the central archives of the Poland government. They are the state official archives and aim to provide digital files as a response to the development of recording, storing and access technologies The vision of the NDA is to: archive digital materials, including digital documents archive photographs, films and sound recordings create digital files of hard copy materials share digital information and make the collection accessible online

The Medical University of Warsaw (Polish name: Warszawski Uniwersytet Medyczny, Latin name: Universitas Medica Varsoviensis) is one of the oldest and the largest medical school in Poland. The first academic department of medicine was created in 1809. It is one of the most prestigious schools of medical science affiliated with a number of large hospitals in Poland. The academic staff of the Medical University of Warsaw are recognized nationally and internationally for their contributions to the research and practice in medicine. Many of them hold the prestigious posts of National Medical Consultants. The Medical University of Warsaw provides general and specialty training at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Students learn at five clinical teaching hospitals who provide general and tertiary medical care to patients. Students and staff also conduct scientific and clinical research at these hospitals as well as are involved in a number of clinical academic departments located in other hospitals in Warsaw. MUW offers 19 degree programs including 3 full-time degree programs in English: Dentistry, Medicine, Pharmacy.

Free Polish University (Polish: Wolna Wszechnica Polska), founded in 1918 in Warsaw, was a private high school with different departments: mathematics and natural sciences, humanities, political sciences and social pedagogy. From 1929, its degrees were equivalent to those of university. In the years 1919–1939 the institution employed 70–80 professors. In the academic year 1938/39 educated about 3000 students. The university conducted clandestine courses during the German occupation, but after the war, its activities were not resumed.The university was disbanded in 1952.

The Ochota Massacre (in Polish: Rzeź Ochoty – "Ochota slaughter") was a wave of German-orchestrated mass murder, looting, arson, torture and rape, which swept through the Warsaw district of Ochota from 4–25 August 1944, during the Warsaw Uprising. The principal perpetrators of these war crimes were the Nazi collaborationist S.S. Sturmbrigade R.O.N.A., the so-called "Russian National Liberation Army" (Russian: Русская Освободительная Народная Армия, RONA), commanded by Bronislav Kaminski. The worst atrocities were committed in the local hospitals, in the Curie Institute, the Kolonia Staszica housing estate, and the Zieleniak concentration camp. In all, about 10,000 residents of Ochota were killed and had their property stolen, after which the district was systematically burnt down by German forces, as were the bodies of many of the victims.

Och-Teatr is a privately owned performing arts theater located in Ochota, Warsaw. It was founded in 2010 by Krystyna Janda's Foundation for Culture. It has a total of 554 seats, 100 of which are unnumbered in the smaller Och-Cafe Theater section.

The Warsaw Icon Museum (Polish: Muzeum Ikon w Warszawie) is the first museum in Warsaw and the third in Poland dedicated to icons. Located in the Ochota district of Warsaw, Poland, the museum is housed in a former boilerhouse.

The Roman Dmowski and Ignacy Jan Paderewski Institute for the Legacy of Polish National Thought is a Polish educational and historical research institute. Announced to appear at a press conference on 3 February 2020, it was formally inaugurated by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, Piotr Gliński, on 17 February that year. Its stated goal is to conduct research in the history of Poland through the lens of political philosophy, with most attention devoted to the analyses on Catholic, conservative and National Democratic thought, though some have raised doubts about the true purpose and impartiality of the organisation. Since its inception, it has started the Patriotic Fund to promote its goals and is currently repurposing a manor in north-eastern Poland for the Roman Dmowski museum. It has also participated in the lawsuit against the National Radical Camp as an expert witness.

Wyględów [vɨglɛnduf] is a neighbourhood in the north-western part of the district of Mokotów in Warsaw, Poland. The name of the area comes from the village of Wyględów-Kościesze, which was founded in the 15th century and was placed near what is now the Bełska street. The intensive development of this area began with the construction of a fort by the Russian authorities in the second half of the 19th century. Fort Mokotów belonged to the inner ring of the forts of Warsaw. A new stage in the development of the Fort Mokotowski area, as well as other Warsaw suburbs, came in the years 1916-1917 with new proposals on joining suburban districts to the city and establishing its new borders.

The Foreign Intelligence Agency (Polish: Agencja Wywiadu (Polish pronunciation: [aˈɡɛnt͡sja vɨˈvʲadu]; or AW) is a Polish intelligence agency tasked with the gathering of public and secret information abroad for the Republic of Poland.It was created in 2002 from the reform and split of Urząd Ochrony Państwa, which was split into Agencja Wywiadu (AW) and Agencja Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego (ABW). The current Head of the Foreign Intelligence Agency is Lieutenant colonel Piotr Krawczyk.
