Naldham House

Waterfront Place is an office building in the Brisbane central business district in Queensland, Australia. It is located at 1 Eagle Street, beside the Brisbane River. It was constructed by renowned Queensland builder and developer F. A. Pidgeon and Son who led the projects development in a joint venture with Folkestone Limited. Construction was completed in 1989. The building stands 162 metres (531 ft) tall. The Waterfront Place foyer is regularly used for art exhibitions. A grand piano is featured in the southern end of the foyer and can usually be heard playing during the morning as office workers arrive at the building. During the Christmas season, choirs and instrumentalists perform Christmas music.

Officially named the AMP Centre, the AMP Place is a gold-coloured skyscraper located in the heart of the Brisbane central business district in Queensland, Australia. It can be seen from most parts of the city and is known locally as "The Gold Tower". When the skyscraper was completed in 1978, it was Brisbane's tallest building. It consists of 35 floors and is 135 m (443 ft) high. The architects were Peddle Thorp & Walker. In April 2021, CPP Investment Board and Dexus sold the building to Marquette.

169 Mary Street is a heritage-listed warehouse at 169 Mary Street (corner of Edward Street), Brisbane CBD, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Richard Gailey and built from 1887 to 1888 by T Game. It is also known as Coal Board Building. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.

Youngs Building is a heritage-listed warehouse at 93–103 Edward Street (corner of Mary Street), Brisbane City, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was built in 1910 and repaired in 1912. It is also known as Optical Products. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 22 February 1995.

The R Martin & Co Building is a heritage-listed warehouse at 41 Edward Street, Brisbane City, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Alexander Brown Wilson and built from 1885 to 1886 by Thomas Rees. It is also known as the South East Queensland Water Board Building, Brisbane & Area Water Board Building and Geedeejay House. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.

Metro Arts Theatre is a heritage-listed building, originally a warehouse and then a theatre complex, at 109-117 Edward Street, Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia. It was built in 1890. It has also been known as Community Arts Centre, Coronation House, and Metro Arts Centre. Theatres within the building have included the Edward Street Theatre, also known as New Edward Street Theatre (as part of the Community Arts Centre in the 1980s), while the Sue Benner Theatre, the Basement and the Studio came later. Metro Arts moved out of the building in late 2020. The building was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.

It was designed by Francis Drummond Greville Stanley and built from 1879 to 1929 by John Petrie. It is also known as Stamford Plaza and Harbours & Marine Building. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.

It was served by Transdev Brisbane Ferries' CityHopper service and a cross-river service to Kangaroo Point (to the Holman Street and Thornton Street ferry terminals).These services were suspended in July 2020 and formally cancelled to stop at this wharf in October 2020.
