Riparian Plaza is a 53-storey skyscraper located in the central business district of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The building stands at 250 m (820 ft) in height to its communications spire and 200 m (660 ft) to its roof. It was Brisbane's tallest building until it was surpassed by Aurora in 2006 and is a particularly iconic building on the Brisbane skyline. It is a mixed use building, with 11 car park levels from the ground up, 25 commercial levels, and 12 residential levels originally housing 50 penthouse apartments. On top of the tower is a 50 m (160 ft) communications spire. A recreation centre including a swimming pool is located on 39th floor, between the commercial and residential sections. The carpark is accessed via a helical annexe. The tower has an open plaza and promenade space totaling 3,500 m2 (38,000 sq ft). The upper plaza level contains Madame Wu, an Asian Fusion restaurant. The building was developed by Bloomberg Incorporation Limited with a construction cost of A$130 million. Bloomberg retained ownership of the 30,000 m2 (320,000 sq ft) commercial component and sold off the residential apartments during construction. It is located at 71 Eagle Street, and was the last waterfront vacant block in the Brisbane CBD. Riparian Plaza provided the first, new, premium office space available in the Brisbane CBD for a decade. The building has a total floor area of approximately 55,000 m2 (590,000 sq ft). Brisbane Square completed in 2006, was the next major office building constructed in Brisbane.

Officially named the AMP Centre, the AMP Place is a gold-coloured skyscraper located in the heart of the Brisbane central business district in Queensland, Australia. It can be seen from most parts of the city and is known locally as "The Gold Tower". When the skyscraper was completed in 1978, it was Brisbane's tallest building. It consists of 35 floors and is 135 m (443 ft) high. The architects were Peddle Thorp & Walker. In April 2021, CPP Investment Board and Dexus sold the building to Marquette.

One One One Eagle Street is a 194.7-metre (639 ft) office building at 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, located in the city centre. With 6 star Green Star office design rating, the building is part of the CBD's 'Golden Triangle' district. Its location is the site of the old Indigo House building, which was demolished over a period of six months starting in 2008. 95% of all waste from the old building is to be recycled or reused. The site is located between the Riverside Centre and Riparian Plaza buildings. Leighton Contractors constructed the Cox Rayner-designed skyscraper which has 54 floors including 44 levels of premium office space and 115 car parking spaces in the under ground carpark. The building cost $700 million to construct.

Naldham House is a heritage-listed office building located at 193 Mary Street, Brisbane CBD, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was built from 1864 to 1889. It is also known as AUSN House. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.

Waterfront Place is an office building in the Brisbane central business district in Queensland, Australia. It is located at 1 Eagle Street, beside the Brisbane River. It was constructed by renowned Queensland builder and developer F. A. Pidgeon and Son who led the projects development in a joint venture with Folkestone Limited. Construction was completed in 1989. The building stands 162 metres (531 ft) tall. The Waterfront Place foyer is regularly used for art exhibitions. A grand piano is featured in the southern end of the foyer and can usually be heard playing during the morning as office workers arrive at the building. During the Christmas season, choirs and instrumentalists perform Christmas music.

Wenley House is a heritage-listed warehouse at 20-30 Market Street, Brisbane City, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Thomas Taylor and built in 1864. It is also known as Jewell's Building. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.

Eagle Street Fig Trees is a heritage-listed group of trees at 118A Eagle Street, Brisbane City, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. They were planted c. 1889 by Walter Hill. It is also known as Fig Tree Reserve and Plantation Reserve. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 13 May 2004.

Telecommunications House is a heritage-listed former clubhouse and now office building at 283 Elizabeth Street, Brisbane City, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It is also known as Corbett Chambers. It was designed by Claude William Chambers and built from 1906 to 1909 and was further extended c. 1914. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 5 April 2004.

The Riverside Centre is a skyscraper designed by Harry Seidler and located at 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Completed in 1986, it contains 40 storeys and rises 146 m above ground. The building is owned by General Property Trust. The base of the building fronts the Brisbane River with a CityCat wharf, has many cafes and restaurants, and is the site for the Riverside markets on Sundays. The Riverwalk, which links the central business district to suburbs both up and down the Brisbane river was built between the water and the public space surrounding the skyscraper. The open plaza and steps at the tower base is a recommended viewing point for the Riverfire celebrations. The building has been heritage listed and formerly held the Brisbane Stock exchange. Norman Carlberg was the sculptor who collaborated with Seidler on works for the Riverside project.The site was initially a cemetery. It was later occupied by low level buildings attached to wharves.Riparian Plaza, the second major building in Brisbane designed by Seidler, was completed in 2005 and is located near the Riverside Centre. One One One Eagle Street is located between the two buildings.

Riverside ferry wharf is located on the northern side of the Brisbane River serving the serving the Brisbane central business district in Queensland, Australia. It is served by RiverCity Ferries' CityCat services. From 15 November 2020 it is also being served by CityHopper and Cross River services.

The Cathedral of St Stephen is the heritage-listed cathedral church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane and seat of its archbishop in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. St Stephen's was only meant to serve as a temporary seat for the archbishop, and plans for a replacement were made with the Holy Name Cathedral, however the cathedral was never built.

The Central Plaza Complex consists of three commercial office buildings located in the Central Business District of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The complex was constructed in three phases with Central Plaza 1 completed first in 1988, followed by Central Plaza 2 in 1990 and Central Plaza 3 in 2008. Central Plaza 1 is the tallest of the three buildings, as well as the fifth tallest building in Brisbane.
