Notre-Dame de Clignancourt

Jules Joffrin (French pronunciation: ​[ʒyl ʒɔfʁɛ̃]) is a station on Line 12 of the Paris Métro in the Clignancourt district and the 18th arrondissement. It is located in Montmartre, between the town hall of the 18th arrondissement and the Notre-Dame de Clignancourt church. The station opened on 31 October 1912 as part of the extension of the Nord-Sud company's line A from Pigalle. It was the northern terminus of the line until 23 August 1916 when it was extended to Porte de la Chapelle. On 27 March 1931 line A became line 12 of the Métro. The station was named after Jules François Alexandre Joffrin (1846–1890) who was a councillor of the 18th arrondissement and a député.

The 18th arrondissement of Paris (XVIIIe arrondissement) is one of the 20 arrondissements of the capital city of France. In spoken French, this arrondissement is referred to as dix-huitième. The arrondissement, known as Butte-Montmartre, is located on the right bank of the River Seine. It is mostly known for hosting the district of Montmartre which contains a hill known for its artistic history, the Bateau-Lavoir where Pablo Picasso, Georges Braque, and Amedeo Modigliani lived and worked in early 20th century, the house of music diva Dalida, the Moulin Rouge cabaret, other historic features, and the prominent Sacré Cœur basilica which sits atop the hill. The 18th arrondissement also contains the North African and African district of Goutte d'Or which is famous for its market, the marché Barbès, where one can find various products from the African continent.

The Montmartre Synagogue (French: Synagogue de la rue Sainte-Isaure) is situated on the Rue Sainte-Isaure, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. Since 1904 a small Jewish temple has been functioning at this location. In 1907, baron Edmond de Rothschild contributed to its expansion. During the Second World War, in 1941 the synagogue was damaged by far-right French collaborators. · · .

Clignancourt porcelain, also "Porcelaine de Monsieur" or Manufacture de Monsieur, was a type of French hard-paste porcelain, bought or established by the architect Pierre Deruelle in 1767. The factory remains at what was then Rue de Clignancourt, Montmartre, Paris; it may have already been in production at that point. In January 1775 it was placed under the protection of Monsieur, the King's brother, and future Louis XVIII. The porcelain was then called Porcelaine de Monsieur. The factory was transferred to Deruelle's son-in-law in 1790, and production had presumably ceased by the time the building was sold in 1791.The wares were very high quality, and often similar to those of Sèvres porcelain. The Metropolitan Museum of Art has a very rare round plaque inset as a table top, painted with flowers.The mark was originally a windmill (a symbol of Montmartre), replaced in 1775 by the prince's initials of "LSX".

FEMIS (pronounced [femis]) is an acronym for Fondation Européenne pour les Métiers de l'Image et du Son. Based in Paris, it offers courses balanced between artistic research, professional development and technical training. In 2012, The Hollywood Reporter rated La fémis no.6 in its best international film school rankings (it included U.S.-based film schools) and no.3 in its 2014 best international film school rankings (it excluded U.S.-based film schools). St. Sava's Church (Serbian: Црква Светог Саве) in Paris is a Serbian Orthodox church in France. The church had been used as Protestant church in the past. From 1962 it was rented for worship, and in 1984 it was purchased and converted to the Serbian Orthodox Church. The church is located at the address 23 rue du Simplon, in the 18th arrondissement.

Porte de La Chapelle Arena (also known by its project name Paris Arena II and its trade name Adidas Arena) is a future multipurpose and modular hall located in the Chapelle district in Paris (18th arrondissement). The hall will have a capacity of 8,000 seats for sporting events and 9,000 seats for concerts and shows. It is expected to be delivered in the summer of 2023. It was originally intended to host the wrestling events and men's preliminary basketball tournament of the 2024 Summer Olympics, before hosting the Paralympic table tennis tournament. Finally, the Olympic events of badminton then rhythmic gymnastics take place there, followed by para badminton and athletic strength. As soon as the arena is built, it will become the residence of Paris Basketball, as well as PSG Handball for its large games.

The Musée d'Art Juif was a private museum of Jewish art located at 42, rue des Saules, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, France. The nearest Paris Métro station is Lamarck – Caulaincourt on Line 12. The museum was established in 1948 in the Montmartre district of Paris as an homage to the Jewish culture destroyed by the Holocaust. Its first collections were religious objects donated in 1951 by the Jewish Restitution Successor Organization, and subsequently a document collection focusing on European synagogue architecture. Marie Chabchay, the museum's first curator, embarked on building up a collection of graphic works by Russian, German, and Parisian artists. The museum contains twelve rooms with collections including a reconstructed synagogue and synagogue models, ethnological objects, paintings, sculptures, and tomb stones from Prague. In 1998, major portions of its collection were moved to the new Musée d'Art et d'Histoire du Judaïsme in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.

Marcadet–Poissonniers (French pronunciation: ​[maʁkadɛ pwasɔnje]) is a station of the Paris Métro, serving Line 4 and Line 12. Previously, there were two stations. Marcadet on Line 4 (operated by the CMP) opened on 21 April 1908 as part of the first section of the line from Châtelet to Porte de Clignancourt. Poisonniers on Line 12 (then operated by the Nord-Sud Company as line A) opened on 23 August 1916 as part of the extension from Jules Joffrin to Porte de la Chapelle. When the CMP took over the Nord-Sud in 1930, both stations were joined with an underground corridor. The joined station opened on 25 August 1931 under its current name. The name Marcadet is taken from the Rue Marcadet (from the Latin mercadus, "market"), which name appears on medieval maps, and from the Rue des Poissonniers, used since the Middle Ages by fishmongers (French: poissonniers) to bring fish from the North Sea to the markets at Les Halles.
