Putrajaya Botanical Garden (Malay: Taman Botani Putrajaya) is a botanical garden in Presint 1, Putrajaya, Malaysia. It was opened on 31 August 2001 and spans over an area of 93 hectares. The garden is divided into five sections, which are Explorer's Trail, Palm Hill, Floral Gardens, Sun Garden and Lakeside. It features facilities such as restaurant, car parks, bicycle rental and paddle boat rental. The garden is accessible by bus from Putrajaya/Cyberjaya ERL station.

The Putrajaya Landmark or Mercu Tanda Putrajaya is the first landmark in Putrajaya where the site of federal administrative centre was established here in 1995. It is located in Putra Perdana Park (which happens to be the highest point in Precinct 1 of Putrajaya, Malaysia). The Putrajaya Landmark symbolises the beginnings of Putrajaya with its time capsule structure. Its design is a combination of a high-technology theme and the use of contemporary and traditional motifs. Plaza Mercu or Landmark Plaza, is landscaped with trees and water fountains. The Perdana Mall are pedestrian walkways linking the Landmark and Entrance Plaza to Cascade Plaza, Fragrant Garden, gazebos and pergolas.

The Perdana Putra is a building in Putrajaya, Malaysia which houses the office complex of the Prime Minister of Malaysia. Located on the main hill in Putrajaya, it has become synonymous with the executive branch of the Malaysian federal government.

Sultan Alam Shah School or simply Alam Shah (abbreviated as SAS or SSAS; Malay: Sekolah Sultan Alam Shah) is a fully residential school situated in Putrajaya, Malaysia. Sultan Alam Shah School is one of the schools in the country awarded with the title High Performance School (Malay: Sekolah Berprestasi Tinggi) and in 2014 was entitled as one of the ten Schools of Global Excellence (SGE) (Malay: Sekolah Kecemerlangan Global) in Malaysia by the Ministry of Education due to its academic merits, brotherhood-ship of its alumnus, international recognition, broad network and vast linkages. The school is under the royal patronage of the Sultan of Selangor.

The Seri Perdana Bridge (Malay: Jambatan Seri Perdana) spans a length of 370 metres (1,210 ft) across the Putrajaya Lake in Putrajaya, Malaysia's federal administrative centre. It is based on royal Islamic architectural design. This bridge contains eight unique balconies/rest areas for visitors to enjoy the panoramic sights of the surrounding lake area. The bridge is made up of seven central spans of 75m and two end spans of 55m. There are two separate carriageways over two twin-cell box girders. In the cross-section, the overall width between the extreme ends of two box girders is 23m. The footpath is flanked by railings and the road's median is lined by decorative street-lighting.

The Putrajaya Lake (Malay: Tasik Putrajaya) is a lake located at the centre of Putrajaya, Malaysia, roughly 33 kilometres south of Kuala Lumpur. This 650-hectare man-made lake is designed to act as a natural cooling system for the city and also for recreation, fishing, water sports and water transport. The lake and its surrounding areas form Putrajaya’s most popular resource for informal recreation as a waterfront city.The lake has an average depth of 6.60 metres and a catchment area of 50.9 square kilometres.The well-known Putra Mosque (Pink Mosque), Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque (Iron Mosque), and Millennium Monument (Malaysia) are located on its shores.

Seri Perdana is the official residence of the prime minister of Malaysia, located in Putrajaya, Malaysia.

The Seri Bakti Bridge (Malay: Jambatan Seri Bakti) is one of the main bridges in Putrajaya, Malaysia. The bridge links the secondary road to Seri Satria, the Deputy Prime Minister's Residence, connecting the Government Precinct in the north to Precinct 16 in the south. The concept design was developed from several shorter span, with a precast pretension "Super-T" beam slab deck with spans up to 35 m (115 ft). The total structure length is 270 m (890 ft). There are dual two lane carriageways, 2 m (6.6 ft) median, walkway and cycle track.

The Putra Mosque (Malay: Masjid Putra) is the principal mosque of Putrajaya, Malaysia. Construction of the mosque began in 1997 and was completed two years later. It is located on Putra Square and is adjacent to man-made Putrajaya Lake. The pink-domed Putra Mosque is constructed with rose-tinted granite and consists of three main functional areas – the prayer hall, the Sahn, or courtyard, and various learning facilities and function rooms. The mosque can accommodate 15,000 worshippers at any one time.On 25 June 1999, Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad went to Putra Mosque for prayers.

The Putra Square (Malay: Dataran Putra) is a city square in Presint 1, Putrajaya, Malaysia. The square has been used for festivals such as the Malaysian Independence Day parade. The 300 meter circular Putra Square is bounded by Perdana Putra, Putra Mosque, Putra Bridge and the Promenade Shopping Mall. In a tall flagpole in the square is the National flag of Malaysia surrounded by flags of each of its States. From the square, there are fine views of Perdana Putra, the Prime Minister's Office Building (to the north) and the Putra Mosque (to the east).

Putra Bridge is the main bridge in Putrajaya, Malaysia. It is analogous to Khaju Bridge in Esfahan, Iran. With a span of 435 metres, this bridge connects the Government Precinct to the Mixed Development Precinct and links Putra Square with the Boulevard. It was constructed in 1997. The upper level of the bridge forms part of the Boulevard. This huge three-deck bridge provides vehicle, monorail and pedestrian access. Besides providing the link between Precinct 1 and Precinct 2 on the Core Island, it has been designed to be a special feature of Putrajaya. The piers also accommodate fine dining restaurants within its main pillar supports.

Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Putrajaya Presint 8 (1) is a secondary school situated in Putrajaya, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia. It is designated as a cluster School of Excellence by the Malaysian Ministry of Education.
