The Delaware River Region refers to an area in western New Jersey (USA) along the Delaware River border with Pennsylvania. It encompasses Burlington County, Camden County, Gloucester County, Mercer County, and Salem County. The area is primarily part of Greater Philadelphia with the exception of Mercer County, which is part of the New York City Metropolitan Area. It is one of six officially recognized tourism regions by the New Jersey Department of Tourism, the others being the Greater Atlantic City Region, the Skylands Region, the Southern Shore Region, the Shore Region and the Gateway Region.

Hollingshead Airport (FAA Identifier NJ25) is a privately owned restricted-use airport located in Clarksboro, New Jersey in the United States. It was previously known as Peaslees Airfield. It is located on the former estate of Ambassador Amos J. Peaslee. Hollingshead Airport is located 4.7 nautical miles from Philadelphia International Airport. The airport is situated inside the Class B airspace for Philadelphia International Airport. It is the only Restricted Use airport in the United States within Class B Airspace. The airport and the first hangar were designed by Vincent Kling, a well known Philadelphia architect and avid private pilot who oversaw many of the renovations and additions on the Peaslee estate. Kling would later go on to author the Master Plan for Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. During construction of the airport tower, Amos J. Peaslee had the workmen install a stone from the Great Wall of China, which he had obtained during a visit to the wall.

St. Peter's Protestant Episcopal Church, Berkeley in Clarksboro is a historic church on King's Highway in the Clarksboro section of East Greenwich Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey, United States. St. Peter's was founded in Berkeley (now Mount Royal, NJ) in 1770 by the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel, the missionary arm of the Church of England. The current church was built in 1845 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.

As of the 2000 United States Census, the population for ZIP Code Tabulation Area 08056 was 2,469. However, in more recent years with major suburban housing development, Mickleton along with the rest of East Greenwich has experienced a major population boom. Mickleton's Quaker roots can still be seen in its "Friend's Meeting House", a Quaker church, and in the "Little Red School House", a schoolhouse building from the 17th and 18th centuries.

As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 9,555, reflecting an increase of 4,125 (+76.0%) from the 5,430 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 172 (+3.3%) from the 5,258 counted in the 1990 Census.East Greenwich Township was created by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 10, 1881, from the eastern part of Greenwich Township and the western part of Mantua Township.
