Klang District

Bukit Raja (Jawi: بوكيت راج; Chinese: 武吉拉惹) can be referred a mukim in Petaling District, Selangor, Malaysia, that contains several areas in northern Shah Alam which are western part of Section 7 of Shah Alam, Setia Alam (U13), Denai Alam, Bukit Subang, Alam Budiman, Puncak Perdana, Bukit Bandaraya (U11) and National Botanic Gardens Shah Alam. However, definition of Bukit Raja nowadays has shifted south away, which commonly refer to several areas in Klang, that consists of some former oil palm plantation owned by Sime Derby Plantations. The first development of Bukit Raja estate was an industrial area around Bandar Baru Klang and Federal Highway, subsequently Bukit Raja has expanded to the border of Setia Alam with new establishment of “Bandar Bukit Raja” housing project. The main developer is Sime Darby Property, and total covers 4,405 acres of freehold land, first phase of Bandar Bukit Raja was launched in 2002 and has since delivered a diverse mix of residential projects comprising affordable, medium and luxurious houses as well as commercial centers.As of 2020, the township has expanded till Jalan Sungai Puloh and will further develop north till Kapar interchange (alternatively named as Bandar Bukit Raja North interchange) of West Coast Expressway (WCE). Almost half of the township will be used as industrial lands.The former Bukit Rajah estate had a convenience store, temple Tamil primary school, a football field as well as a badminton court for the workers and staff. The labourers lived in accommodation referred to as "the lines". Companies in the Bukit industrial area include Malaysian industrial gas supplier Mox-Linde Gases Sdn. Bhd. and Amsteel and a TOYOTA manufacturing plant. Columbia Asia Hospital Klang also located in Bukit Raja, Klang. UMW Toyota Motor had built a new assembly factory at Bukit Raja. The plant assembles Toyota vehicles such as the Vios, Yaris and the Corolla Cross. The 670,000 square metres new plant is part of Toyota's plans to reorganize its production system in Malaysia. Construction of the new plant, which is 10 km away from the current ASSB plant in Shah Alam and near to Port Klang.

Klang Parade is a shopping complex in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia with anchor tenants such as Econsave, Parkson, Golden Screen Cinemas and Peninsula College. Mini anchors include Kamdar, Dynasty Dragon, E-Digital, Mr DIY, Next Food Junction, Voir, Brands Outlet, and Original Classics (OC). As of March 2019, the mall's net lettable area (NLA) of 675,407 sq. ft. and it is reported to be 98.6% tenanted.

The Teluk Pulai Komuter Station is a commuter train station operated by KTM Komuter and served by the Port Klang Line. This station is built to cater the traffic in Teluk Pulai a suburb in South Klang. The Klang Komuter Station, which also serves the same locality, is located 1 km away.The Teluk Pulai Komuter Station is one of the earliest commuter station in Malaysia since commuter service is introduced in 1995. Teluk Pulai Station has undergone upgrades in 2020 to replace the old building built since 1995.

Setia Alam (Jawi: ستيا عالم; Chinese: 实达阿南) is a township located in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. It is accessible via Setia Alam Highway from the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) since the interchange was opened on 14 July 2006. Setia Alam is also accessible from the Federal Highway and Klang via Jalan Meru. This township is developed by S P Setia Berhad. Setia Alam is an integrated development spanning over 4,000 acres (16 km2) of land. It falls under the jurisdiction of the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) which had placed restrictions on the establishment of entertainment outlets such as pubs, discos and lottery business. Setia Alam is represented in the Parliament by the Member of Parliament for Shah Alam, Azli Yusof and State Assemblyman for Kota Anggerik, Mohd Najwan Halimi.

The Klang Royal Town Mosque (Malay: Masjid Bandar Diraja Klang) is a mosque in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. The mosque is located at Jalan Pasar on the banks of the Klang River giving the image of a floating mosque.

Anglo Chinese School (commonly known as ACS) is a semi-government aided primary and secondary school in Jalan Melawis and Jalan Raya Barat respectively within the district of Klang. It is the oldest school in the state of Selangor and one of the oldest in Malaysia. ACS was founded and established on 10 March 1893, and officially opened by Sir William Hood Treacher.The primary and secondary schools initially functioned together but were separated when enrollment in both schools increased. The primary and secondary schools are now housed in different buildings, separated by a canteen that is located within the primary school and is adjacent to the secondary school. In 2009, a new canteen was constructed for the secondary school. The school is commonly known in Malay as SRK Methodist ACS (primary) and SMK Methodist ACS (secondary) respectively. Students who have studied or are studying in ACS are known as ACS'ians.

The Methodist Girls' School, Klang (Malay: Sekolah Perempuan Methodist, Klang; abbreviated MGS Klang) is a semi-government-aided, all-girls' school—consisting of a primary (Sekolah Kebangsaan Perempuan Methodist Klang) and secondary (Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Perempuan Methodist Klang) school—located on Jalan Raya Barat (Great West Way) in the Klang District of Selangor state, in Malaysia. The school was established by Ruth Eklund on 24 May 1924, after she discovered that there were a number of female pupils attending the Anglo Chinese School during the academic year.

The Klang Komuter station (formerly known as the Klang railway station) is a train station served by the KTM Komuter's Port Klang Line train service in Malaysia. It is located at Jalan Besar, in the southern area of Klang. Parallel to this station is a KTM depot for locomotive and for repairing of freight wagons. The Klang station is located close to the central part of Klang town. It is served by a dedicated taxi and mini bus service. Klang Komuter Station is within walking distance of Klang's Central Bus Hub, which provides connectivity to the whole of Klang and the surrounding areas. The main station building is a small single storied tiled roofed building that was originally built in 1890 but has undergone numerous renovation works; however, the Western colonial architecture of the station remains. Klang station has a side platform part of the main station building and an island platform reachable by a pedestrian bridge. Recently Klang station has undergone upgrades where taller, and wider canopies have been erected on its island platform to replace its narrower outdated versions. However, the main station building nor its facilities have yet to see any major upgrades. There is a new multi storey carpark, opened since 2019.

The Sultan Abdul Aziz Royal Gallery (Malay: Galeri Diraja Sultan Abdul Aziz) is a gallery in Klang District, Selangor, Malaysia. The gallery is about the former Selangor Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah. The Royal Gallery is currently chaired by then nephew of Salahuddin of Selangor, Tengku Indera Pahlawan Diraja Selangor (Yang Amat Dihormati Tengku Dato' Setia Putra Alhaj bin Tengku Azman Shah Alhaj).

Sri Sundararaja Perumal Temple, better known as Klang Perumal Temple, is a 127-year-old temple located in Klang, Selangor in Malaysia. Built in 1892, then reconstructed in 2015, it is of the oldest, and the largest Vaishnavite temple in Malaysia, it is often referred to as the "Thirupathi of South East Asia" after its famous namesake in India. It is the first granite temple in Malaysia. The temple is the most popular temple of lord Vishnu in South East Asia. The temple is located in the royal town of Klang, and is just a stone's throw away from the popular Little India in Klang. This temple is dedicated to the Lord Vishnu in the form of Perumal (also known as Thirumaal), a very popularly worshipped form by southern Indians.

Tugu Keris (Kris Monument) is a huge monument in the shape of a kris in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. Its construction was ordered by the Sultan of Selangor, Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of his reign on 30 September 1985.The monument is located at Klang Royal Gardens, opposite the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes Klang. Both the church and the monument is featured in the landmarks of Selangor list.
